The only issue I had was when I received a phone call from the location asking me when I was planning to return the truck when in fact I had returned it already. Seems like there should have been some due diligence before calling me about this. Also needs to be more personnel working on Sunday mornings since many people are returning equipment after a Saturday move.

Of course moving is dreadful, when customers are returning the equipment we do not want to wait very long outside for a representative to come out and attend to us. The reimbursement of the deposit shouldn't be a hassle either. I'm still waiting on mine.

Truck ran like crap. Both employees who helped where rude. I called to extend my rental from 6 to 8. I returned the truck by 6:20. They tried charging me for another day.

Make sure the tank is FULL, saying it has 15/16th of a tank and to bring it back with that is insane! How am I supposed to judge that, so I just filled it up. Mind you that if I didn’t, I would be charged $3.79 a gallon! Also there was a coke spilled down the side so when I climbed in I got sticky hands. Plus it had a bad exhaust leak which, if not fixed, will eventually cause a burnt valve. The customer service was excellent though. Just work on the vehicles and make sure they are fully fueled before giving them to customers.

Truck was not well kept, very beat and banged up with aweful dents on both sides of the truck as well as terrible front end alignment, was badly off and the steering wheel was sideways which made for a terriable drive experience especially with a 26' truck loaded fully and the customer support help was terriable checking the truck out. The two ladies were arguing and angry at each other and made for a very unpleasant and hostile experience. I will absolutely not be back there and very disappointed with it all...

Pricing is WAY too high and not as specified in ads. I love the fact that ithey had something available in last second/emergency situations, but they are highly over priced. The mileage pricing is where it really hits your pockets.

I am concerned because I did not receive my refund for the car dolly I cancelled nor my $100 dollar deposit for the return of the truck rental. It has been past my 3- 5 business day period in which I did not receive my funds. I call customer service and I am not satisfied with the responses I have been given for assistance. I would like someone to assist me ASAP. This is my 3rd attempt to receive some customer service that I can be satisfied with in resolving my issue. Kevin R House (414) 375-6951.

They didn't put the rented utility dolly and shipping blankets in the truck at all. Nearly impossible to complete my move without them. Stupid workers, poorly managed. A clown show.

The associate by the name of Brittanie was EXTREMELY rude. She had a nasty attitude. When asked questions she was sarcastic and did not do the walk around of the vehicle to inspect for damage before I left. Highly dissatisfied.

The staff was great. The process of checking out and returning equipment was great!! My only concern was my truck had a significant crack crossing the vision line. I was told it would not be replaced until it covered the whole windshield. When light shined on the crack it did distort the light and make it difficult to see clearly . I consider this to be a safety hazard.

The truck wasnt in good shape and beat all up. The appliance dolly the scrap was broken . It would be tight and then it would come loose without warning. As a matter of because of this my refrigerator now is scratched up on the door because of the malfunction of the dolly my refrigerator fell over onto the ground.

Check vehicle prior to releasing to customer. Tire pressure 5-7lbs low for all 4 tires. Start customer with more than one quarter tank of gas.

The only problem I had was when I had to pick the truck up. I had to drive almost 20 miles to pick it up. There were U-Haul facilities closer to my home. I feel that pick ups should be closer.

the site counter clerks were basically passing the buck and wouldn't reserve a UBOX for me. They said ONLY ONE person could do it was she was always out. The 800 number did the reservation.

I actually moved out on April 30, 2018. I had to call three times to finally get y’all to quit asking me to pay for another months rent then you sent me a notice with a late fee. Pad lock on it 2X.
