Do not like the check out process. I had to put a debit/credit card on hold. I told several times I wasn’t using that card to pay. They said that’s fine let us know at time of final payment. I got back with truck the person said Im going to go check the truck. I was at counter waiting to pay and he said its been paid for on card you had on file. How can that be when I haven’t been checked out. He said when I checked the truck in I ran your card. He wasn’t even at the counter. I thought he was checking truck for damage snd cleanliness and coming back in to finalize payment. Not happy about the transaction. Actually very upset about the whole ordeal.



The only complaint is that the fuel was on less than an 1/8 of a tank at pick up. I felt it should’ve been a little higher than that.

The young lady I dealt with on entering store was very rude and seemed a bit snappy when I was asking questions on charges I was trying to get some understanding on certain charges dealing with my card since I was sent there thru another dealer attitude was very rude I must say but the manager of the store was very nice held a conversation and made sure everything was ok on his end

Would be nice to be able to not have gotten billed for a second day when I was only 3 hours late in my return. Gas mileage on truck was terrible, I spent 20 dollars to add about a third of a tank. Aside from that, everything went smooth, great staff, etc.

While the location was busy, the wait time to check out was minimal. Equipment was precisely what I had reserved online. Equipment was connected to my vehicle followed by a thorough inspection of tires and lighting. Operation was explained quickly and I was on my way within a few minutes.

The truck drivers side window rattled loudly the entire trip, smooth road or bumpy. Truck had seen better days; shook, vibrated, etc. :( Overall, gas mileage was decent. Size of the truck was great, ramp worked fine. The guy who showed us about how to work the car hauler was great!, very helpful.



I called in to reserve a 9' van. it went through, I believe, a call center the woman put my name wrong and the wrong time. I'm glad the southaven store called me when it appeared I was late. I was actually on my way when they called. Everything went fine I only had the vehicle for about 3 hours. The staff was friendly and efficient.

The trailer I got was poorly maintained and the straps did not work at all. It caused bumper damage to my car. The location was very good and I liked the employees but the trailer was garbage.

I let the guy hook up the trailer and he took pics st the end. When I drove my car off the trailer it came off the ball and lucky landed back on it. He didnt tighten the ball.

Extremely disorganized. Person who took order put on wrong day. Called several times to confirm and still had issues that day. Did really poor job installing hitch on vehicle. Muffler rattles now, didn't use proper wiring harness and "bugs" to wire up, and told us hitch wasn't right for the vehicle but they "made it work". For a nice clean facility I was extremely disappointed. Had I known they did this poor of a job I would have taken to an rv dealer or done myself and saved a couple hundred dollars.

They were closing when I got the and Jason Smith took the time to help me return my truck. Very nice location and very nice staff! Only to 5 minutes because Jason knew what he was doing.

The checkout/pickup process takes far too long, taking nearly 30 minutes. I was asked the same questions when I arrived I was asked on the phone when I reserved. The location was understaffed, with only one person working while I was there. I reserved a furniture dolly when I called to reserve, by at checkout they didn’t have any.

Know what you have in stock- took 30 minutes to find out they had no furniture dollies- I was sent to this location from 15 miles away because the location I rented my truck from called and they were told everything I needed was in stock

The parking lot had just been paved making it very difficult to get in and out. But the staff was very professional in light of the parking lot issue. They made getting and dropping off the truck very easy. And made sure to cover all the information we needed to know. If we need a truck again we will come back to this location.
