I personally found it quick and easy. The young girl at the counter wrote my contract, hooked up my trailer, and had me out of the store in probably 25-20mins. I didn’t catch her name, but she did awesome. I love the fact she had her nails done, and still got down and dirty to hook up a trailer for me.

Not only did Becca deliver my U-Box early, she let me know what time she would be there, literally right down to the minute. Thank you making this part of our move stress free.

This was a brand new facility and was specifically a U-Haul storage and rental location. It was very well stocked with any of the accessories one might need for moving. The facility had nice a large parking lot and a large vehicle inventory. I did not require a storage unit, so cannot comment on that part of the facility, but have to assume the condition and amount of available rental spaces were also ample and in pristine condition.

Its terrible, that they did not have the containers outside, when we got there. I had to tell the clerk that we needed to have my three containers outside. So the clerk bought them out.

Jennifer and her staff were very patient and friendly with me while I maneuvered my way through my novel! They went above and beyond to help me! They are a great team! Thank you for all that you do! If you need help moving they are the ones to call for unboxes and storage.

Trailer, I rented operated properly however it looked like it was on its last leg and ready to retire! I was almost ashamed to pull it down the road.

The air conditioning in the truck broke one hour into my 5 hour trip. I stopped once, and the air worked again for about 10 minutes, and stopped again. I parked the truck while unloading, and when I drove the truck to drop it off, the air somewhat worked. The air was always cold, but the volume of air dropped to the point that there was no air coming out of the vents.

Equipment requested was not onsite, had to go from a $34 rental to a $152 for no good reason besides poor management. Asked for a military discount due to the unexpected increase in rental. Got denied. Al in a hurry without having a line waiting. Manager was unfriendly and never even got a thank you for the rental or even worst an apology for the inconvenience of not warranting the “ guaranteed equipment” pledge. Very disappointing experience, will not ever use again and will not recommend to anyone at all.

When someone puts in a reservation for a trailer or a truck, that trailer or truck should go through an inspection. The trailer I reserved, I could not get because the lights were not working. So they wanted to give me another trailer but that one had a flat tire. So I ended up with a huge trailer that I didn’t need. They didn’t charge me anything extra but maneuvering around with a trailer that size was difficult. If an inspection was performed, none of this would have happened.

I was very impressed with the facilities. John, the manager was super helpful and answered all my questions. His staff were great. I rented a 10 by 10 storage room and the whole process went very, very smooth. Highly impressed.

When I called to discuss a U-Box and the costs, I was not told about a $249 delivery fee for a $69.95 box. That is a significant cost not to be mentioned in the course of discussions. I didn't know about this cost until I received the receipt after the box was delivered. I called the local office and spoke with a man who answered the phone. I asked him what this $249 charge was, and he sounded as surprised as I was. He said he would have to ask someone else and put me on hold. When he came back to the line, he told me they didn't have anything to do with that charge, and the charge is set by the driver. He referred me to corporate who I then called. I received an apology that the cost was not discussed when I called to make the reservation, and I was given reference # 5623583 for a customer action file. I then called the local office and spoke with Carolyn and told her to have the box picked up because I was not going to pay $342.88 for a U-Box, and I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. The charges for a U-Box should be transparent and explained in advance rather than blindsiding a customer with extreme delivery fees that no one at U-Haul seems able to explain.

The facility is well maintained, well lit, and easily accessed. Access is very secure, but simple for authorized users to gain access. Personnel are very pleasant and helpful. Cost of the units were very competitive.

Charged me for an extra day. Come on get real. We did not close until 10 am. The movers hired from uhaul.com were not scheduled to help until 1pm. Why would i agree to return the truck by 9am? Just stupid.

I had a difficult time understanding questions from the counter person as she spoke too quietly despite me repeatedly saying, “I’m sorry, what?” The truck vibrated a lot at 70 mph on the interstate. I had to keep the speed around 65 and it was fine.

Very easy, knowledgeable staff. Really great, clean facility. It was great getting one month free. We needed some time to get moved into our new home and the U-haul Storage was so close and convenient. If you need some place to store your belongings, go to U-Haul.

No electric outlet in storage unit - means no ability to run a floor fan when our "climate controlled" unit was not adequately climate-controlled. Also, no lighting within the unit made sorting through contents of our boxes made difficult and tiring. Staff great! Carts and hand trucks helpful. Probably would choose typical, ground access facility in the future for short-tme storage and need to work in the unit.

We are extremely pleased with everything about this storage facility! We would absolutely use it again and highly recommend it to anyone searching for a storage facility. It is super clean, well lit and secure, from the check-in process to the close out process it was very smooth. Customer service was excellent and employees all looked very happy to help and looked happy to be there. We also dropped our one way trailer off and also rented a local truck to use. The drop process was so easy and the pickup process was fast. The truck was very clean inside. A very well run facility!

Tori, a associate of U-Haul was absolutely wonderful and pleasant ! I also had small interactions with other associates, that was also wonderful. Tori assisted me over the phone around 8am, was so beyond kind and helpful in a moment of conflict for me. She was supportive, showed empathy and was very instructive! She was the first interaction I had and made it great, which is so important for any business :)

Unit was too small for my 6'x12" Trailer. Had to bring alot back to my Air BNB. Could not squeeze one more item in. I do not understand how they think you can get a 6x12 FULL trailer into a 5x5 space?? Just CRAZY. NO WAY.

First time access to unit was annoying. 1- had no idea needed to go first to another key pad to register in before going to the ones next to access doors. 2- I was under the impression that storage units could be accessed 24/7 but that wasn't the case. 3- Access process is still kind of annoying.
