We were told we could pick up the truck at 7:30 am but the location didn't open till 9 am. The store manager said it wasn't their problem, and just had a go f** yourself tone with us. We wasted so much time waiting for them to open and having to drive back cause someone did not tell us we couldn't get it at 7:30 am or put the keys in the lock box so we could get the truck. They then planned the call center and said it wasn't their fault. Me and my whole family and anyone that asks, I will tell never to use Uhaul every again. This was 100% not okay. Your workers should be trained so that someone doesn't waste 2 hours when trying to move cause no one checked the store hours and that store managers tone was completely uncalled for.

Josh was so friendly and had such great customer service! Ricki was absolutely amazing!!! Josh explained how to check myself back in but had a small issue resulting in my calling Ricki the GM after answering on first ring she check me back in in minutes and had great attitude and very personable even after hours! I definitely recommend this uhaul location!! Thank you and will see you again!!!

Very disappointed in customer service, I made a reservation the day before to have truck for 6ish hours, which I assumed I had. I was not told truck had to be back by 3! As I was told before I left I was told we close at 7 bring back before, ok well I was in a hurry to get moved I didn't have much time to get 3 storage units cleared, I didn't look at contract. I did have truck back before 7 was still charged for the second day. Very very mad at this point!!!! The guy whom checked truck in has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!! All he said was 68.07 like he was trying to get another 68.07 out of me. My friend came in she was also upset and he wasn't making no sense. We asked why I got charged for second day he said I don't know and he didn't do it, we both asked numerous times am I gonna get that money back he said it's up to your bank. Well NO I DOD NOT AND THEY STILL GOT THAT MONEY FOR SECOND DAY!!!!!!! So will I go through this uhaul again NO!! Rude and needs a customer service check. I know it was $22.00 but that was food for 5 days I could have eaten. Not happy with this guy period.

I had to ask the representative to help me with placing my car on the car dolly. She told me that she had just had surgery and was on, "light duty." How does one eork at such s physical job after surgery. She had to get the manager to help, who was very accommodating. When I got home to proceed to move my furniture, the hand truck that I had been charged for and the furniture covers were not there in the truck! I was told that I would get a refund but today I do not see a refund on my checking account for these two items. I did not have time to go back over to the location and get the dolly and it made our move very difficult.

Trailer was not in best condition. It was usable but had been exposed to very harsh weather. Lots of rust and corroded aluminum. It would have made my trip but loolk really bad. Bent fenderd from past use.

When we went to pick U-Haul and get items out of storage to move nobody was there to open the store!! Appointment was at 8am and nobody arrived until 10am and that was after I called customer service! No discount was offered or anything and there were about five other people waiting as well!

The person who attached the trailer to my truck did not secure the trailer properly and it detached while I was in the interstate. Was almost hit by a 18 wheeler as the trailer floppped around and banged into the back of my truck. There is damage.

Had to wait too long to get my truck. I tried going on the app but it was not working so I had to go into the store. Took 30 minutes off my rental time. Everything else was ok until I got the bill. It was not what the quote online told me it was. There was an added charge that I am unsure of

The truck I rented was filthy. I found a French fry i. The door and a rusty straight razor blade and a drivers license on the floorboard that I was told had been missing for over a month (It belonged to the employee at that location) which means the truck hadn't been cleaned NOR disinfected for at least a month. I reported the problem and was told they didn't know how that happened. I was not offered any refund nor did the two employees I reported to seeme overly concerned. I will not be using UHaul again anytime soon. Christie Holderness

where to even start first off they were not delivered to South Carolina on the promised date. Nor were they delivered to the promised storage facility. It was difficult to get them shipped from the storage facility to our final destination as nobody ever answered the phone at the Whitney Avenue location. I had to drive 30 minutes every time I wanted to speak with someone. I did speak with people at the corporateNumber but those messages rarely got sent to the appropriate people. I talk to somebody on the corporate number to reschedule delivery they assured me that they did however the local delivery folks had a different schedule. So the U box is needlessly sat in my driveway and street for an extra five days. I had to breaches of contract where delivery was beyond the date specified. I called customer service to request a partial refund twice customer service hung up on me. I will never use U-Haul again for anything other than purchasing moving boxes. I also would like this message to be relayed to customer service and request a refund. I have zero confidence that anything will come of this which will just reinforce my decision to repeat this message often on social media

“Hawk” Hawkins checked me in and did a FANTASTIC job of making sure I inspected the vehicle well. He also did a thorough job of helping me load my car onto the auto-transport trailer. Need more like him!

I told the clerk that I would probably have the van back in a couple of hours. I had to make 2 trips to Goodwill store because I could not get everything in the van that I was donating. So, I had the van for about 4 hours instead. No one told me that if I kept the van longer that 2 hours I would be charged for an extra day, plus another $10 for the insurance. When I called your 800 number to discuss the charges this morning, the person told me that if I had said that I need the van all day, the charge would have been the $19.95 per day charge. So, tell me how that make sense to charge me for 2 days when I only had it for 4 hours. Especially, since no one said that the 2hours was binding for a $19.95 per day charge. If you are going to play that game, then perhaps I should only have been charged $3.32 for this rental fee: $19.95/24 = $.83 x 4 hours = $3.32. I think I should be refunded the extra day rental and Insurace ($29.95)

Your advertising is misleading. Giant sign says 19$ ends up costing over 100$. I knew this going in but still irritated. Took long time to pick up/drop off. Mobile app had a problem locating me. At some some point in the when first using app I had denied location service could not find a way to allow. Tried all the usual things closing browser clearing cache. Turning off location services and restarting. Mobile needs to ask for location service allowance more than a single time.

Have equipment ready at the time set when the reservation is made. I reserved a truck at 7 am four weeks ago. Was moved to 9 am the day before the reservation. The location was poorly staffed - only two people working and there were more than a dozen customers in line. So after reserving a truck at 7 am the change and wait meant I didn't get a truck to the location where I was loading until after 10. This totally wreaked havoc with our schedule. Also, the truck ran fine but it smelled like cigarette smoke.
