Truck sounded like it had engine problems, wait to pick up truck was 30 min even though I never checked in online, instructions provided by employee for after hours drop off not clear or correct, automated drop off after hours from phone was a pain and slow, manager didn't answer when I called the number on the door after having problems during drop off, didn't receive final bill, I had to contact UHaul, which was a pain, tried to speak to a rep when I first went to book the truck, was out on hold all 3 times and eventually had to hang up bc of wait times, not once with everything have I been able to speak to a live person except when I picked up the truck...very poor customer service all aroundMatthew C.

Actually this was my third trip to Whitney road. First two times were outstanding. Quick and professional service. Today only one person was on duty with a line of customers waiting. He told me and the fellow behind me to leave truck and he would email bill - trying to save my time which I appreciated.. When he did send the bill I was charged extra $54 for excess mileage. This was the third time I made EXACTLY the same trip with no extra mileage charge the first two times. Maybe I got off lucky before. I don't know. But looking at the math it seemed like I was within the allowable mirageof 418.David C.

Miserable experience. Did not need for return visit and took trailer to nearby location in Atlanta. Man there said no problem. I will check you in. Called your national number the next day to make sure it was completed and finished but nothing was in the system. They said it happens and would contact the location and ask them to confirm with a call. Never heard back. Called again that night. Man then told me oh no you can't leave it there and would need to go back amd get it and return to Spartanburg. He could not quote me any price of what would be the charges if I left it there. So though 2 different people said it was ok he said they were wrong. Called the next moe ing and the nice lady in Hickory NC said it was not a problem and because I had already paid more than a one way trip there would be no additional charge. Now I get this email and you have charged me another $48. ??? No one has been consistent or made this easy. Horrible experience and a huge waste of my time.HENRY S.
