Make sure your online reservations actually have the equipment there before allowing a person to reserve the vehicle went to pick up on Saturday from online reservation the equipment I had reserved was not there and had not been there for weeks as I was told by employees and had to make a new reservation for Monday which was some how made for the same day even though we had told them Monday it was a whole cluster fudge

It was impossible to find the drop box. I was on a customer support call for an hour before anyone answered. This location is not secure and dangerous as there were people skulking around after hours. You need to change the lockbox design, a small slit in a door is NOT a drop box. Very difficult to find. Maybe have a picture from the store front pointing out where it is, similar to how the mobile drop off requires a picture of where the truck is.

The first attendant who was checking us in rudely told us we had not met our obligation with refilling the gas tank and just walked off. Ricki, the manager came, looked at our contract showing we picked it up half full and said we had met our obligation and everything was fine. I asked for a receipt on the spot so that I could have this in writing and she said she would email it but all was fine and for me not to worry. When I received the email, they had charged me an additional $62 for a late fee and a few miles overage. Ironically, I turned the vehicle in almost a full 24 hours EARLY. The folks at New Furniture Factory (the pick up location) got this resolved for me, but this seemed very back handed for the manager to tell me all was fine and we had met our contract obligations and then charge my credit card after we left.

Pulled up to return my truck my husband turned in the key to the gentleman working there washing trucks and he told us the would email our receipt.. I was then charge an additional day bc he checked the key in 14 mins later then my check out time

Stop overcharging me. I got charged for a hand truck I never received 04/1/2020 $186.72 charged on 04/18/2020 then I have 3 charges total from this rental 4/18/2020 $100.04, then $78.77, then $33.12.

This young man and young woman, the Best Customers Serves People that I’ve met in a long time. I’m a Veteran with a Special Needs Son and my mother in law had just died up in Michigan. Reuben the GM charged my card on file 1 time, and then my bank card 1 time. Paid twice. I highly recommend NOT letting UHAUL reps keep your card on file. This happened on whitney rd Spartanburg location.

Would be nice to rent a truck that didn’t smell like smoke inside of it. Truck drive fine and great customer service. But, didn’t think you would be able to smoke in the truck. But, other than that it was fine.

When we went to pick up the trailer that we had already paid for it wasn’t available. We were sent to another location instead. Then the trailer had a flat tire.
