So far it’s been great. Purchased about $800 worth of packing supplies and the calculator was spot on everyone I have spoken to has been very helpful and friendly. The app changed while I been in process of reserving and had an issue with the reservation. In St George showing as moved out. Was able to re reserve . Brandon at St George Utah on S River where I reserved a locker for 7/14 replied quickly and helped me with lice of mind regarding reservation. Tomorrow we start the real move. Get it done helpers confirmed via text they will be here at my place 7/13 11-1130. Looking fwd to getting it done

Chad FWe went to pick up a trailer, when we check the tires, we had a double axle in front tires on both sides or poor. We called this location. They told us that that’s what roadside assistance was for. In our travel that should have taken a six hours it took us 10 because both front tires blew within 40 miles of each other and we had to get roadside assistance. This was the worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul. .

SCOTT DI booked on U-Haul app for mobile pick up which I do several times a month. The truck wasn’t there and luckily they had another truck available but the keys weren’t there license plate or mileage didn’t match and it took over an hour to pick up my truck. I’m a little disappointed

Jason LUhaul corporate always changes my size of truck and pick up location each time I need to reserve a truck. It is incredibly frustrating and an inconvience. I went in to pick up my truck and pay the amount I had been given when I reserved it a month prior. When I went to pay, the system wanted to charge me over $500 more than I had reserved it for. I was in there for over 2 HOURS trying to resolve. The manager was helpful and sympathetic, which I appreciated. He said it was a system error. Multiple calls were made and it was resolved, however I would ask that in the future our truck size not change and neither our chosen pick up location if possible. Thank you.
Shiree CEveryone was so professional. They kept me informed throughout my entire move. My pick up and delivery times were all done exactly the time they were supposed to be done. No one was late. All the drivers were very kind and friendly. I was very impressed that they were all female drivers. I will definitely recommend U-Haul pod moving to everyone. Thank you so much for relieving so much stress and making the move very calm.

Just a great location and they could not have a better employee. This young man deserves a raise and needs to move up the ladder. I see management material for sure. TY

David BIt was easy and what I needed. But when requesting a truck online, I selected no thanks on everything so I was only borrowing the truck. No extra coverage of any kind. Then at the store, safe coverage for $15 was added and I didn't realize. So I had to pay $15 extra. That seems unfortunate to spring that on while in the store when a person in a new uncomfortable environment won't realize. I selected what I wanted at home (no coverage), I wish that would have been honored. But the truck worked great, and it was quick and easy aside from the forced coverage.
Wesley HThis location was great in documenting and the sincerity of their concern for what we had experienced the day before with a U-Haul that was not properly maintenanced. A U-Haul tech came to inspect the U-Haul and confirmed that exhaust fumes were entering the cab of the truck which was making both my father and I feel severely sick and fatigued.. I woke up to my father driving over the rumble while he was falling asleep. This is a very serious matter. We could have been killed or have killed someone else or even a whole family. U-Haul had failed to properly replace a catalytic converter, did not seal it properly together which allowed carbon monoxide into the cab of the truck.. U-Haul also failed to make sure their trucks were safe for their customers to drive. My father and I are STILL feeling the effects of the carbon monoxide poisoning we both endured. Which was also confirmed by urgent care staff. We are taking this as a very serious matter. I have filed an incident report with U-Haul but they do not seem to concerned. I will be calling an attorney in the morning.
