Service was great except the two guys at the front did not acknowledge me when I walked in. The nice lady came out from the back and that’s when one of the guy even made eye contact. Just remember that the customer is the reason for you to be in business so try to always put us first.

Everything was great, really! The staff was friendly and helpful and the Ford cargo van seemed brand new. It was spotless clean, and a really nice ride, to boot. The perfect size for taking donations to Loudoun Hospital for the annual rummage sale, and a very reasonable price. We wouldn't hesitate to use this location again.

I dropped off the truck I rented since I moved from 15 miles from my original location. Upon arrival to the back of what looked like a junkyard, the representative told me to just park the truck and give him the keys. No need to check it back in as I am all set. The next morning, U-Haul charged me an extra day because they said I did not return the truck within 24 hours, but in fact, I returned it within 4 hours after my initial pick up. The person at the drop off location did not check-in the truck. I had to call U-Haul customer service to sort it out. I highly suggest that if you drop off a truck at this location (or any locations), have the representative check-in the truck and make sure it is checked in to avoid any hassle or additional charges. Also get the name of the person who checked it in as customer service would like to know the name. Now I have to wait 5 business days to get my money back because of this U-Haul location's screw up.

Not sure why UHaul has online checking but when you get to the facility you still have to wait in line and get processed again at the counter. It defeats the purpose of online check in.

This is a nice LARGE U-haul location, personnel were out in the parking area when I arrived, they told me where to park the car hauler and walked over, scanned my paperwork and I was done, in and out in 10 minutes, great service.

Awful. Showed up and was told we couldn’t take the trailer. Then we came back to get it with the proper vehicle and the place was closed. Had to rent another trailer from a different location ASAP as we were heading on a month long road trip.

The gearshift was tricky. It easily slipped from reverse to neutral or drive to neutral. That’s my only complaint. Everything else was top notch.

The slide on the door was rusty and very hard to open (even though I mentioned it, it was never greased. The employees and owner were extremely pleasant and nice to work with.

Needs better pest control. After 6 months, I found a mouse or mice had gone through almost everything, leaving trails of droppings, dyed blue from the pest control trap. There was one dead mouse.

The only huge downer is pricing. Your competitor, one-tenth a mile up the street is considerably cheaper. I got the same size unit less than half of what I pay with U-Haul & its atmosphere controled.

I've been with Uhaul - Sterling for years . I've never had a problem until now, we moved out of our storage unit before the next billing cycle . Made then aware and still got charged.
