My only concerns are 2: 1)about 1 of the 4-5 units I’ve had there over time had a persistent right foot rail issue making it very difficult to close latch and lock. Repair was requested but never saw an improvement. 2) I moved out of last unit on day before payment due for next month (D287), informed the office, but monthly charge was still made on following day. Will be monitoring for refund. Thank you.
DARRAGH D | Overall ExperienceAlthough a couple employees were very kind, one was not and charged us for a lock for our storage unit that we’ve never purchased. We have two other locations that we have small storage spaces from U-Haul and in this year loan since January 1, we have used for U-Haul trailers and 120 foot moving truck to move from Cedar Rapids to Virginia last November. We did the same from Virginia to Cedar Rapids when we arrived. Our storage unit was filthy with nasty glue mouse traps and the floor was disgusting. I had to find a kind person to adjust our bill over the lock. We never bought. I will continue to use U-Haul, however not the location in Sterling Virginia.

Male person there finally took it. Gave my email address to female who said they would send an email closing account--never happened.
