The staff working are excellent (especially given how busy it gets) and the equipment works! The management is incredibly concerning. I overheard the manager screaming on the phone obscenities to the staff while they were trying to help customers.

CHARLES DI appreciated the online system for approving the status of the vehicle at the beginning of the rental. However, it appeared to have a technical difficulty when I tried to adjust the starting gas tank quantity and upload a picture of the dashboard. Location and worker themselves were both reasonable.
LAUREN LGM extremely unkind, rude, and unhelpful. I reserved this u haul a month in advance and upon pick up they did not have any available so what is the point in reserving it. I will never be using this company again.
SHELBY MThe truck’s transmission was almost completely blown, meaning I couldn’t even get into 4th gear or use the highway. Also the reps lied to me after I spoke on the phone with them - I called to make sure my van was ready and when I showed up 30 mins later they said there are no vans available and that we never spoke. They weren’t willing to help me find a van at all and were honestly quite rude.
JOHN GHonestly the lady at the desk has a bad attitude. You can just feel she hates her job. Zero customer service skills. I know she does her job well, she knows her stuff, but a smile and a "little" personality would go long way.

MONICA SLead woman had a trainee; was rude and unpleasant to me and her new hire throughout pickup - Gentleman named Jerry helped during hook up and he was very nice, helpful and respectful.
MATTHEW JI can't think of anything that would have improved my experience. The person checking me in for the rental was friendly and very helpful. The person checking me in on the return was also friendly and helpful.
JOHN CPick up was fine although the guy is not a pleasant guy, but that's not that bother me. When I went to return the truck, he went straight to 1 specific spot, looked up at the top, pointed at a ding and said, you did that. Well, I didn't do that. And how did he find this one spot in 2 seconds??? He really tried to put this on me, and I had to tell him, either give me my final receipt and let me go or if I'm not given a final receipt in reasonable time, I'm calling the cops and make a police report before leaving. Then only he have me my final receipt. This guy is shady

LISA SDidn’t get her name, but the woman was very friendly, helpful, and quick. She helped me avoid a fee when my original scheduled drop off location refused me because they were full. The US Gas station on Washington St in Stoughton, MA turned me away when I tried to return my truck at my s he filed location and time. How was I allowed to schedule a return without it being possible?
LIA FThe person who waited on me, Heather Blanco, is excellent and deserves five stars but I can't give the overall experience that high of a rating. I rented a pickup truck for the day and the one I was original given had a flat tire. I had to go back inside and get another truck. The truck I drove off the lot was fine. The biggest problem for me is how much work I have to do to get the vehicle and to return the vehicle. I shouldn't have to take all the pictures. It's _very_ annoying. I purposely did not choose self-checkout because I didn't want to do all that work but I still had to. The truck was parked in a corner which made it very difficult to get pictures (except the front). I had to climb a retaining wall to get an adequate picture of the back. When I returned the truck, again, I didn't want self check-in but had to because no one waited on me. Of course pictures and more rigamarole. If U-Haul wants all these pictures, send your agents out to take them. Don't put the onus on the customer

I have been a longtime customer and Sherry and other staff have always friendly and helpful over the years. It may be just a personality thing or he may be unaware.

LAWRENCE UTrain employees to know the exact same information and proper procedures. Consistency, training, knowledge and professionalism are all lacking at this UHaul location in Stoughton. It seems I will have to take legal action to protect myself, my belongings and future withdrawals from my bank account. I would NEVER do business with this location, if it wasn't for convenience sake. This is not the end to these transactions. I will not get taken advantage of or threatened when I am a paying customer.
STACEY AThe location of my rental pick up was changed 2 days before my scheduled pick up. That changed added an hour to my pickup effort (get there and get back from the new location compared to the original location). That's a substantial impact when on a time crunch to pack up.

SALVATORE RMy drop-off experience was the complete opposite of negative. The signage at this location was clear and easy to follow. I was promptly greeted by a courteous representative who was exceptionally polite, helpful, and demonstrated outstanding customer service. I wish I could remember her name—I dropped off the vehicle today around 9:30 AM, give or take a few minutes. She, along with the older gentleman assisting her, were both incredibly helpful and made the check-out process seamless. Hats off to them both for making the experience so pleasant and so much better than my pick-up experience.

ROBERT ETrucks shouldn’t have alerts about needing an oil change. It causes undo stress to the renter, wondering if the 20’ truck with their entire life in it will suddenly putter out and stall mid-move or on the highway.

And to explain that if you need a 2 Wheeler.In advance that you have to rent one it's not included. Also I think with the cost of renting a vehicle not for a long period of time. Then moving blankets should be included for the rental cost.

RICHARD HAFter telling them that the fuel was only 37 miles and i could not confirm the actual mileage they assisted me in reset the warning. when returning the low fuel level was not on so I had more gas than given. Also who rents a vehicle with no fuel. Ripped off 60 dollars for 3 gallons of gas. I will now have to waste time taking them to court

RICHARD HRented a car dolly and was told not to com until 12 because no one is qualified to place it on the hitch. WTF! That's late when I'm a morning person trying to get things done... I said ok. Then I'm told they have too many on the lot so I can't bring it back to them. Seriously??? I asked how much this would be I was quoted $29...get there to find out the person I spoke to runs this place and gave me the wrong price...it's now $45. I could go on and on about this transaction but I'll just say DON'T GO HERE!
