One of three Ubox containers got separated from the other two and did not ship with them. The missing container was mislabeled and the location was unknown, it wasn't showing up in my account. The container was finally found and is scheduled to arrive eleven days late. The other two containers arrived on time and contents were unharmed.

The service was friendly, clear and efficient. Overall it was a simple, smooth and professional experience. One recommendation was that it wasn't obvious when I returned the equipment that I could simply ark and leave the keys in the ignition. There are signs clearly indicating where to park the equipment, but I did not see any indication on what to do once I parked. As noted above, the service was friendly and helpful. I went inside and asked one of the employees. She explained with a smile and told me I could just leave it parked with the keys in the ingition.

Moises S.This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. After dropping off the equipment that I rented (10' truck), UHaul LOST the truck while it was on the site's premises, and refused to close my contract until they 'completed paperwork' on their end. This is absolutely unacceptable clientele treatment, and counter the confines of a legal agreement. I fulfilled the duties of my contract when I returned the truck to the premises and was advised by a UHaul representative to leave the truck and to place the key on the seat. At that time, my contract should have been closed, and I should have received no further correspondence from UHaul. Instead, one full week later, I am notified by UHaul that my equipment has 'not been returned.' After spending several days trying to get in contact with the UHaul location and requesting that my contract be closed after being informed that the drop-off was recorded on the security camera, I was frustrated to hear that UHaul was denying my request to close my contract. I will never use UHaul services again, and I will share this experience.

Causing me to have to purchase one that i won't use again… the store should buy the one i bought off me. The manager explained it was a first come first serve rental… i didn't see it on the website (i could be wrong). One of the associates was nice enough to extend my hours for use. The truck needed air in one of the tires…. And it might need new struts too. I have no issues with the employees but it was unfortunate i had to spend more money on equipment with another businessman than the rental and use of the truck. I would have used another rental company if i knew my request wouldn't be fulfilled.
Sean W.If I remember correctly, I gave an approximate pick up time. So I am assuming everyone else that made reservations did the same thing. When I arrived at 9:00 AM, there was a line of 12 to 15 in queue and only 2 and sometimes 1 person checking us in. I personally stood in line for more than 45 minutes to check in and the line was longer when I left. If check-in times are defined, then there should be a good idea of how many customers are going to b showing up at a specific time of day, and then staff appropriately.

Might be better to hire another 2 people to consult with customers ij line, prior to the main consultation, possibly to get them fully prepared just to collect the car. Otherwise, there's a build up

Arthur N.I couldn't even get out of my Uber before a sea of men swarmed the car offering their day labor services. Then once out the car, they incessantly followed me around offering "help" despite my insistence that I did not need it. I also had an extremely hard time getting the key to turn in the ignition several times. I know have a welt on my finger from having to twist and turn the key sufficiently to get the truck to turn on. This was beyond acceptable. What if I did not have such strong motor skills to do so? Also, to receive an attitude from a store associate when I expressed needing help with the key was unacceptable.

Lowell David G.There is an older Black woman who works at this location who is a complete and total BITCH! The rest of the staff, I encountered, was terrific! She gave me a hard time after I dropped off the trailer. I had pulled into a parking space to get my bearings before I left and she harassed me then. When I pulled back in to the lot, later in the day, and was motioning to my son about where to pull in the 10' truck, she was all over me again. This BITCH should not be anywhere near customer service!!! Call me if you want the details! The gentleman who served me both times, who actually did the work, was PHENOMENAL, polite, efficient, etc. She is UNNECESSARILY CONFRONTATIONAL and should find employment that better suits her sensibilities. Also, I've moved 3 times in the past 6 years, including yesterday, and you always give the option for mobile pickup. IT NEVER WORKS and we always end up waiting an hour in line for in-person pickup. It's AWFUL. Get a software that works and stop over promising.

Strangely, when I went to return the vehicle (and it was less crowded) the two men could not help me, but the woman at check in was able to help. She deserves five stars. The rest of the experience one - I did rent a vehicle and it worked. But the management needs to look at the staffing issue and the attitude of some of the staff (not the woman at the counter, who was a real customer service star).

The lady at the front desk and the manager who sat beside her could use some custom service training. The way she spoke wasn't pleasant and for a manager to allow this was appalling. Then as we open up the moving van we see a couple of roaches. I would not recommend this facility and will tell everyone I know that's moving soon to go elsewhere. I'm glad I no longer live near this place and have to utilize this service.

When returning the vehicle the mechanics were rude and disrespectful of black people but were quick to take care of the white people and very polite to them. If this owner and his family of misfits does not like the black community I'm here to let our community know NOT to take our business needs there!!! The level of disrespect was unimaginable and I will NOT give them my business ever again.
