JASBIR MWe rented a motorcycle trailer to bring my large BMW bike across the entire country. The trailer was on the road for 12 days and performed very well. No issues with the trailer, connections, or security of the bike in the wheel lock. I would recommend and use UHAUL again for my next move.
DAVID SUpon renting the first trailer, the female employee was very rude and didn't act professional. When I return because I had the wrong trailer. The two male employees were very helpful, very professional and friendly.

GOUTHAM PWhen I got there, they sold me everything and the told me they didn’t have the furniture dolly I reserved and made me take a different dolly that didn’t work for what I was moving. I was told that they have everything for you or they will give you $50 and neither of those things happened. It was near impossible to move my items without the dolly’s and I’m just overall really disappointed with this whole experience. Then they failed to tell me how to return the U-Haul since it was after hours and I had to figure the out and I ended up having to call support because I couldn’t find the key drop off (they had lock boxes but I didn’t have a code). These are all easy issues that could have been avoided and that made the experience so much harder than necessary

MERIEL LI got a truck that had it's check engine light on the whole time and had a broken fuel gauge. I had roadside assistance come out and they did not fix it. I had to call roadside assistance again for additional help. Not a good experience.

KAREN K- The return check-in staff were excellent. - Perhaps it was the cold, but the rear (storage) door was difficult to open and close near the bumper. - The storage compartment was clean, but littered with leaves, and half the floor was sandy. I made sure to clean that up before returning the truck. - I was surprised to find that there was a daily charge for the blankets. I understand the logic, but I don't think it is necessary.

Jasbir MMohamed very kindly re-tightened the ball in my hitch as it had come loose. He also added a washer and a cotter pin and tightened it to spec with a huge torque wrench to make sure it would never come loose again. Most helpful service - THANK YOU!! The staff at the counter was also very warm and friendly.

DARLYNN FApp constantly refreshed pages making everything painful to do via mobile. Van was in rough condition and needed an Oil Change. It was hard to pickup Van as it was squeezed between other vans.

Robert BMy experience in picking up the truck was fine. No issues. However, The truck was not clean the seats were torn up and as it got later in the eve I noticed only 1 headlight was operational. I was short on time so I did not complain.

FREDERIC EThe U Haul app was confusing. It was supposed to let me upload driver's license and other confirming info beforehand but wouldn't, and U Haul customer service couldn't help. Then once on site for pickup, the U Haul app told me to go find my truck before having me go get the key; this resulted in me having to do a lot of walking to find the truck and then walk back to the office to get my key. The app shouldn't tell people to go find their truck when it could be parked a long way from the office because that's a useless step for the customer.
Todd RNester made my day today--knowledgeable, patient, attentive, kind, sharp and humble. He also seemed to be the person helping all of his team with all kinds of things and with a smile. You all are lucky to have him--as was I! Why offer the ability to reserve furniture dollies if when we arrive they aren't going to be provided and instead we just get knowing apologies. This didn't happen to me this time because I bought my own and brought them.

Jasbir MThe person at check in had difficulty with the computer - he needed more training - did not know how to pull up and confirm the existing reservation. He was very good at getting the trailer and hooking it to the car.

EMMANUEL KOnline reservation and pick-up process was smooth and uncomplicated. Site staff is friendly and helpful. Only drawback was I tried to reserve dolly, but they did not have any in stock when I arrived. Would have been nice to know that in advance.
