FREDERIC EThe U Haul app was confusing. It was supposed to let me upload driver's license and other confirming info beforehand but wouldn't, and U Haul customer service couldn't help. Then once on site for pickup, the U Haul app told me to go find my truck before having me go get the key; this resulted in me having to do a lot of walking to find the truck and then walk back to the office to get my key. The app shouldn't tell people to go find their truck when it could be parked a long way from the office because that's a useless step for the customer.
Todd RNester made my day today--knowledgeable, patient, attentive, kind, sharp and humble. He also seemed to be the person helping all of his team with all kinds of things and with a smile. You all are lucky to have him--as was I! Why offer the ability to reserve furniture dollies if when we arrive they aren't going to be provided and instead we just get knowing apologies. This didn't happen to me this time because I bought my own and brought them.

Jasbir MThe person at check in had difficulty with the computer - he needed more training - did not know how to pull up and confirm the existing reservation. He was very good at getting the trailer and hooking it to the car.

EMMANUEL KOnline reservation and pick-up process was smooth and uncomplicated. Site staff is friendly and helpful. Only drawback was I tried to reserve dolly, but they did not have any in stock when I arrived. Would have been nice to know that in advance.

JASBIR MBe sure of what the customer requested. When I picked up the truck I informed the Rep I needed to add another day due to no show movers. And I started receiving calls from numbers that were unfamiliar it was UHAUL saying I need to return the truck. The second Rep took care of it.

JADA TWE HAD COCKROACHES!!!! They had to come from the pod! We have never had a problem, nor did my mom . We did buy boxes from uHaul but they were not used for 2 weeks before packing.

Henry CI didn't realize that the reservation would be cancelled less than an hour after it was scheduled for pick up. I set the pickup for 9am, I arrive shortly after 10am and was told my reservation was cancelled. I do not recall seeing this notice up front when I made the reservation. I'm a very business owner, and I booked a truck for my company's work and I needed to pick it up that morning. I was very surprised that I was locked into a very, very narrow window to come and pick the truck up. I find this policy very difficult to work with - no other vendor I work with gives a 1 hour window or they cancel. Most other businesses let you pick something up after the scheduled time. once the res time hits, and I haven't picked up or cancelled, then you should charge me full rate for the rental fee, but not cancel it.

MORGAN TI returned the vehicle on time and was billed for an additional day, they lied about the time it was returned but I'm pretty sure the cameras will say otherwise. I summited a dispute, the general manager should've contacted me within 72hrs it's been 7days no reply. $98 was withdraw from my account which the cost of rentalfor the 2days i had it. I need my money back!!! WORST LOCATION, WORST COMPANY!!!
KERRIAN WI filled the gas to the level it was before but was still charged additional $9. I disputed this charge but did not receive reimbursement or any communication yet

Larissa Nsteering very loose. brakes mushy, armrest broken, and the big one - seatbelt VERY hard to unbuckle. steering and brakes make an accident more likely. if there was an accident the driver could be trapped in the vehicle and first responders would have to cut the belt, loosing valuable time. my suggestion is to salvage this vehicle if you aren’t going to aink some money into it
WESLEY LWhen moving or for projects I have always used U-Haul and this particular U-Haul location. It is close to the city easy to get to, they always have trucks and equipment and able to schedule help. I have used other truck rental (Budget, Avis) but always return to the Takoma Park U-Haul location for easy quick service.
