Difficult to say the least!, u-haul on line no help!
SPYLEOS RKeep men seeking day labor off property. A couple of them appeared to move somewhat aggressively towards our car as we entered the property to pick up our rental.

TAJAE Slocation the changed me to was very difficult to get in and out of and out of my way. The 1st trailer we hooked up to i thankfully discovered a flat tire. we switched trailers, no problems.
TED SThe truck had two dash warning lights on - a traction control or something service notice and tire pressure lights. Also with over 100k miles it was clearly in desperate need of new shock absorbers. My wife and I joked we could get whiplash the way the truck bounced and bounced after bumps
David TI made my reservation online. It was moved to a uhaul further out. I called a few times to talk with the customer service department and the second agent I got said she saw multiple vans for rent and secured a specific van for my use. I appreciated her help but I should not have had to make calls to secure what was already secured and then changed.

HOWARD KI found the staff to be very helpful and very pleasant in their delivery of service. This most likely will be my go-to location whenever I need a U-Haul truck.
MONICA LThe truck was absolutely filthy, the vent smelled like cigarettes, the check engine light was on the whole time, the cab rattled, steering was off by 45 degrees, and it used 16 gallons to go 85 miles with about 1000 lbs hauled. The customer service has always been great, and I have rented from them before, and I would again. But this truck was horrible.

ABDUL GI rented the truck while dealing with a flooding situation in my apartment. I used the truck to move my personal belongingsand artwork to prevent further damage. I returned the key the same day and was told the manager would follow up with me, but I never recevied a call. The truck itself was clean and functional , but the lack of communication from management during a stressful situation was disappointing. I would reccommend better followup and customer support for customers dealing with emergency moves.

Neither were available the day I needed to move, and I had to purchase a dolly at this store as I could not change the move day and time from my apartment as I had no other choice.

MARYAM MWhen I returned the vehicle, there was a Hispanic girl who was not nice. I asked for a receipt and she told me to wait. I waited 10 mins and she did not bother to help until I approached her and asked for update. Even then, she was mad at me and was rudely responding. After a long day of moving, that’s not a customer service anyone should be met with.

SUE WI was so impressed with the ease of the dropoff and pickup of our Ubox container. Janal (the delivery driver) was friendly, thorough, and communicative. I also loved that we could track the truck location to anticipate its arrival. Our box also had plenty of furniture pads. Fantastic service so far, and looking forward to seeing how it fares on the other end of our international move.

MESFIN SOn a rainy Friday morning my truck was missing the windshield wiper blade on the driver’s side. I had to stop into a service station to replace it.
DENNIS FHave the equipment asked for available. Asked for a dolly, was not available at time of pickup. I made this appointment a couple of weeks in advance, no excuse for not having equipment asked for.
ERNEST SRequested a dolly when I booked to only find out when I arrive they don’t have any The Tire Detection Systems error message was on when I went and talk to the rep they acted like I was crazy and would not get me a new truck The truck inside was not cleaned Just not impressed and not happy with my experience

YASSIN AI did he mobile pickup but could not find anyone to give me the key. I jumped in line and when I got to the front they told me I should have skipped the line. It would be good to give that guidance on the App. Also the location had poor cellphone service so I could not upload the photos the App was asking for. The App should give you an option to simply take photos in case they are needed later

JULIAN PIt took me 50 minutes to be seen by an associate, as not a single person working there seemed to be in any rush to get folks checked in considering the long line. They then proceeded to spend 15 minutes trying to dig out the van I'd reserved, without any success. I'd now spent almost 90 minutes at the location, without receiving a vehicle. They then gave me a 10-foot van, which was fine, but not only did I not get the discount the store associate promised me for my long wait, but I was charged an extra $45 after returning the vehicle with no explanation of what it was for.
