Kevin DThe Toy Hauler is the perfect trailer! I hauled a tractor with a front tire in between the two back tires. A car hauler would not have worked. The trailer is solid and with two axles handles long hauls with various degrees of smoothness vwey well.
Mark HThe Manager James for some reason he didn’t understand the I drove only 11 miles and left the truck at the same level Of gas he was fighting with me cause he wanted me to put gas when the truck never move from 3/8 of gas that it was. Very unpleasant experience. He said I got you buddy kind of I’m not your buddy or friend iam a customer at the end he charge me what he wanted cause of his emotions.

Teresa SI had lovely service from the beginning to end. The Tampa phone system/computer system had glitches and someone might want to give them new equipment or something to make it easier on all. The LADIES that came to deliver and pick-up boxes were super. I am so glad to see a company that includes women and gives them the chance to do the work that they are capable of.

KARL EThe guy Marvin H was very rude and all over the place he left my paperwork behind outside I had to go to one your trucks to get my paperwork so it wouldn’t fly into the road when I went to drop it off he was trying to charge me more money and said he will give me a discount he was very unprofessional and it wouldn’t let me talk to a manager or supervisor and blame me for picking up late when my appointment time was at 4:45pm oh and not to mention he said the computer kept messing up and said I didn’t get the insurance for the tow dolly when I got it and it says it on my paperwork I would never use you guys again especially after he made a comment about he won’t get in trouble and you guys won’t do nothing to him because he’s well known
DOROTHY OU-Haul kept sending email and text messages every day, asking me "where" I wanted the U-Box placed and a picture of where I wanted it set down. After the 5TH time replying with instructions, I was getting a little irritated and worried that U-Haul would cancel my contract. Similarly, I had to repeat the whole process for the destination location. It made the whole experience of moving more exhausting.

BOBBY RI asked for a number coded lock and was told yes, U Haul could provide one and send with Ubox. Apparently that was not true. U Haul provided 2 keyed locks. The guy who packed my things at my house opened the rounded lock to use and it would not fit the U Box lock. Why would you send a lock like this??? So he opened the other lock and used it. Now I am unable to return a lock AND there was added expense because my helper had to then UPS the key to me. He could've just ordered a coded lock on Amazon or bought one locally. I feel ripped off by U Haul in the lock department.

BILLY DI’ve always had terrible experiences with other locations but this location was great. I want to shoutout this location for ensuring folks have gas in the truck and a clean and maintained truck. It was easy finding the lockbox and I love that you can go after store hours.
Maggie SI got two splinters from the inside of the box. The inside height of the box was less than six feet eight inches, even though it is advertised as six feet eleven inches. The older white boxes are much nicer than the plywood boxes.
Marlys COur goods have not arrived safely yet because they are being held in storage at your Tampa facility until we are ready to have them shipped to us in the United Kingdom. We will be moving there in early February.

Matt PI wish the workers paid attention to which truck they gave us…because upon turning it on and driving off, the tank was literally on E. So I had to put in gas on my own of course…However I returned it the same way I got it..and they still charged me for gas.

IBRAHIM ADamage to one door - 1 out of 2 containers - door hinge & lock was poorly attached, with damage to the door. With screw loose. The slightly off hinges Was problematic fitting locks properly on container.
