During pick up there was only one person working, but they were in the garage and never came out until I knocked on the window. Even after that he seemed put out wanting to help. When I arrived I was told the trailer size I had reserved was unavailable because the one on site needed new chains. Should this have gotten me the $50 guarantee? The last time I got a trailer I was notified ahead of time the equipment wouldn't be available and was offered the next larger size at the same price. I feel I should have been advised sooner than upon arrival. I have used this facility several times in the last year and while you don't have loyalty program it would be nice be recognized as a nice repeat customer. I would like to continue using this facility when needs arise but if need be I willchange locations if this were to occur again.John H.

I am very upset with uhaul. I tried calling multiple times this morning to try and change the location in which we should have dropped it off, seeing as they only let us pick Tiffany springs location which is 30 miles from where we live and there were ton of other locations closer, which made our mileage go up and we were charged for that and wasted the gas tank we just filled up. I was also told from the first location that I wasn't going to be charge for the uhaul until I returned it and was charge the same day of picking it up and was charged a overdraft fee since there wasn't that amount in my bank seeing as I was told that it would be taken out later. I was on hold for 54 minutes with costumer service and when they answered the phone they hung up on me. Very disappointed in the costumer service.Corbin S.

The whole experience was excellent. All I did was rent furniture pads. The phone rental order went smoothly, the staff on site were so friendly and helpful. When I returned the pads on Sunday the computers were down but the staff were upbeat, outside meeting customers and helping. Kudos to management for such great training and positive culture among your employees. I highly recommend!Jennifer S.

I had a conflicting doctor's appt and couldn't make it in time for the drop off and was charged 50 bucks extra late fee, even though they had several truck the same size as ours there. Wasn't like they had a person sitting there waiting for the truck. They were very rude at this location as well. But no matter, will NEVER use U-haul again based on both experiences. My only suggestion would be if I completed all of the process in advance online then I would think you only need for me to show my identification and give you the credit card and you show me what you are putting onto my credit card. Not satisfied with my overall experience at all! I was sent to three different places and almost two hours later I finally got the van I reserved online the night before!! Reserving and checking in online was easy. It saved a lot of time at the counter. Everything was ready to go, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. One thing that might be changed is that you had to run a gauntlet of displays before getting to the check-in counter. This was confusing and should probably be rectified.MARK W.
the person who checked me in - Andy - could not have been more unpleasant. Although i had completed online check in ahead of time it took a long time. Rather than take a picture of my drivers' license directly he insisted on texting it 3 times (didn't go through) then e-mailing it to me (i received this one) then it didn't come back through on his end. finally he solved it in the most expeditious manner - the one i had thought we could start with since we were right there. = yep he took the pic himself. he also refused to have me do a walk through of the truck and be alerted to the potential damages it already might have. I could not figure out how to take off the tow/haul setting (remember no walk through to alert me about how to do that) The check in process was fine - she knew how to take that tow/haul setting off.Rhonda W.

Horrible customer service by both the local store employee and the corporate customer service phone line. We booked a u-haul at one location with a $50 reservation guarantee. On moving day they didn't have the truck. We relocated us to another location 20 miles away, but refused to give us the $50 reservation guarantee money, refused to compensate us for the added 40 miles round trip for switching our location, and also refused to let us return the truck at the original local location we reserved at. We also used the online check-in as recommended and sat outside of the u-haul store for over 30 minutes while it â€œwaited approval.â€ Would have been much faster to just go inside, so I did, and the employee there told me there's nothing he can do for me, I just have to sit in the parking lot and wait. Highly dissatisfied with the lack of customer service all around.Casey M.

I rented the uhaul to be picked up at the Parkville location but they did not have the right one for me and told me that I would have to go to the Tiffany Springs location to pick it up, when I asked to drop the uhaul off at the Parkville location where I had originally planned to and the reason I rented it from the Parkville location in the first place, I was told that wasn't possible unless I wanted to pay a fine. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed that I was inconvenienced due to your employees incompetenceMATTHEW L.

Let customers know they're being billed for insurance by uhaul. Im a ex uhaul dealer i know how everything works. Its very unprofessional that i was taken advantage of by this location I've state farm insurance which covers me on any vehicle I'm driving. #bad businessSHEILA R.

The truck was not in great condition. Over 100k miles and it showed. I also reserved a 10 foot truck at $19.95/day but was given a 15 foot truck and charge $29.95. Not a huge deal but kind of a jerk move.Scott C.
