I came to the Titusville facility on 12/20/2025 to obtain a '15 truck at 7:00 am. The truck (DC6866W) was on 1 mile to E with the nearest gas station being 2 miles. Luckily, I arrived at the gas station with 0 miles to E. I was told that I would be given a $35 fuel adjustment if returned at 1/4 tank in which I returned at a little over 5/8 of a tank. In addition, the furniture dolly I requested in advance was unavailable. The $35 fuel adjustment is insufficient given the circumstances I was put in. I was not offered another truck that would allow me to avoid being stranded on the road. I spent $99 on gas to fill the truck up. An email was sent to the GM (pending a response).

As I told the employee I returned the 5x9 trailer from, the d-ring tie down points were not usable as they were pinned between the trailer floor and sidewall. Needs to be looked in to before the next renter has the same problem I had.

Cleanliness was so so, but my main problem was how the trucks run. The trucks need to be mechanically maintained better. The truck I was issued had a check engine light and I was told that they had checked into it and it wasn't anything serious. Why not fix the problem regardless?

Have a working printer so the customer can see the contract and ensure it’s correct. I mistakenly selected in town truck even though I told the person at the counter I was going 100 miles away and did not plan on returning to the pick up location. All calls and requests for assistance were met with sorry, we can’t help. You’ll need to drive an extra 109 miles or pay three times the rental fee. I e rented several times I. The past 12 months and will be taking my business elsewhere and not using UHaul in the future.

The App is limited, this whole thing clicked when I went to U-Haul and talked with the outstanding staff. U-Box made the move much easier than my previous move using a U-Haul trailer, and the flexibility on both drop-off and pick-up schedules allowed me to determine the schedules. Great experience and value!

I appreciated the assistance of the U-Haul agents at this location for accepting my moving truck and auto transport accessory even though during my move, suddenly the drop off location was changed without my consent. Originally this location would not accept the truck and auto transport because the reservation was now showing to go to some other location, but after talking with their supervisor, they at least made the adjustments necessary to allow drop off at this location.

The equipment was clean, but the there was a front and rear Running Light that was out. And one of the lower rivets inside the "Mom's Attic" leaked and we weren't able to use the truck the whole 2nd half our last day due to rain and the attic space kept leaking water.

The staff was extremely helpful and provided us with all of the information and details we needed other make the best decision possible. We needed a storage unit and ended up getting two due to a number of reasons. My only critique is that they need trash cans in the storage building other than the what is in the bathroom. There was small amount trash on the floor in the halls and in the unloading bays that we picked up to help tidy the place up. If there were trash cans, other could police their own trash and have an easy way to dispose.

What a great way to move anything from one location to another. We rented three boxes in Cocoa, Florida and had a week to pack at our leisure . We packed everything with great care and diligent, we had a lot of very fragile items, including China closets as well as highly breakable items. U-Haul picked up the boxes right at the pointed time and transported them to West Virginia. The boxes were delivered on an exact date as promised we then had a week to unpack them. The unpacked boxes were picked up at the agreed-upon day and time. We could not be happier with this move. Everything arrived without any damage. The total price was very reasonable and the Contact was super. thank you U-Haul and employees for a job. Well done.👍👍

With needing a passcode to get in, I feel 24 access would be nice especially for people who work nights and sleep during the day.
I did have some mildewing on my belongings even only being there for 2 months. But. I guess welcome to Florida.
There is cheaper storage in the area that offer the same service.
Over all the space was clean, the people were friendly and I really enjoyed the neighbor recycling service to be able to leave things that you don’t want in good or fair condition for anyone who would like it check it out.

Great staff. Wide variety of U-haul equipment. Two things were over looked with my stay: I was charged a late fee for my storage rental. This was due to the facilities staff putting me on eternal hold or never answering the phone. Until the facility called me to pay my bill. Be aware when you close out your rental follow up with the 800 U-haul number to confirm closing out rental. Great experience other than that.

The woman who was checking us in started a whole conversation with a co-worker. We had been driving for 2 days at this point and it was inappropriate to carry on a conversation while we were there.
The instructions that she tried to give me were confusing. It would be helpful to give the customer a paper with written instructions that are more clear.
We ordered a first floor unit but was told that "they are still working on the security on the first floor" and were given a 2nd floor unit.

When I went to drop off my trailer in Titusville Florida, they had no reservations for me and I called twice to make sure they had my reservation and they had no reservation for my free storage either. It was very annoying. Thank goodness they only had one left on ground floor and I was able to get that. I am very disappointed. I have rented it from you before and I’ve never had this problem right now I don’t think I would recommend Titusville Storage. After a very long ride from New York to Florida I was in no mind to fight the people in Titusville. Very disappointing. It probably was customer service who screwed up my reservations, but I don’t care who it is I was paying and I expected to get service or at least have a reservation.

Most of the employees were responsive and helpful. However, there was a black lady that seemed nice when around others in the office. When we interacted outside it was very different. She was rude, mean spirited and made us very uncomfortable. When we ask her a question she responded with "You talkin' to me?!" Instead of answering our question she said "We are closing soon." Brittany did an excellent job even under difficult circumstances of handling all the duties needed by herself. She was informative, helpful and handled everything smoothly.
Only feedback item .... the Vanbody storage unit (retired truck beds) had a musty / moldy aroma and the rat poison trap in the unit wasn't very welcoming and gives a poor message about contents being damaged by rats and whatever might gain entrance.
Finally, I applaud the one month free storage incentive and appreciate that for the one way rental. Thank you. Wayne White and Linda Henshaw

Because the electronic pads to get in were down for previous week & still were when I left so I had to chase down the one worker you had to let me in so very inconvenient & I could get any help carrying the Harvey stuff because I couldn’t get in the late evenings. Now I am 62 & dealing with back & neck issues from lifting my stuff & getting it into a car. The staff was nice & I felt sorry for them.

I had three different experiences in the same day. Truck rental was good. The lot is very tight to maneuver trucks in, it might be helpful to have staff do that to prevent damages. When returning the truck no one was at the counter to serve myself and three other customers. Check in went smoothly after the agent began helping me. You have some good attitudes there and some need work. Overall my needs were taken care of and I am a satisfied customer

The only thing I wasn't pleased with was I paid for my storage a month before the due date and only used it for 6 days àfter and they told me that they don't prorate so basically I lost 174.00 because I didn't need the storage anymore that is a lot of money to give away I think if the person doesn't need it for the whole month they should be able to get the difference of the days that they didn't use back especially if it was only a few days àfter the month started

They did the best job they could as they were clearly understaffed and overworked. It was hard to watch them have to manage so much, but they really tried their best. Shawn was outstanding At trying to fix things after the people on the phone gave us a different unit than expected. I really appreciated it.

The main issue I had was that my due date would be on the 28th of the month and whenever I would try calling in, I'd be placed on hold for upwards of about 40-50 minutes and eventually I would have to give up. I had to wait for a representative to call me to remind me that it was past due and then ended up paying a late fee because I couldn't get through to call in. Other than that, that's the only issue I had.

Overall I don’t have any complaints with the storage facility at all.
There are some bugs here and there.
The property could be cleaned up better (trash, broken glass, etc).
They could pay their employees better (one time while I was there seeking assistance, there was only 2 employees. One of them walked out on the job due to understaffing stresses & not paid enough to do everything with just 2 people).
Oh! And not to mention, the reason why I left this place. They kept going up on rent multiple times. One time I rent went up 2 times in about 3 months timeframe! It got stupid expensive super quick.
There are much more affordable options literally everywhere else.

when I rented my u-box , the operator at the 1-800 number very miss leading. You can not take the u-box off the trailer!!!!! So the u-box is approx. $80 a month, but the trailer is $5 A DAY!!!!!
