Of all the Uhaul centers I been to, this one has some issues. Maybe i should of called ahead to ask but from previous experiences, never been an issue I had a friend follow me to the location so i could drop off the truck for the day while i was work to return latter in my personal vehicle to get a unit to unload the truck I pulled in and one of the attendants said, ok but over in another area, to which i did, I was getting of the truck when the same attendant was there and said the manager said no i couldn't just park there because of space on the lot and was a liablity. I was ok never had this problem before but ok I drove back myself during my lunch hour to secure a unit at the site, I was there for an hour because they didnt know what was wrong with key card system. Then when i did try the key , it didnt work. the second try did. for a faciility with limited space. there is ONLY 1 door accessible for an interior unit and there was a 26" truck parked in front of it. The attendant said it would not be there when i returned after work to unload. When i did return after work at 6pm it was there along with person who rented it and was unloading I asked him how long he was there and such. His answer astonished me. He parked it there the evening before and got his unit the same day i did. and still got to leave for the next day. I was not able to leave any vehicle I like to report this facility is discriminating. Some can and some can't do certain things. If they don't do for all the same then that manager needs to have a discussion with his program. I only chose this location for a matter of convenience of where i am located, def would not for the service. I was not in the mood to drive around and locate other locations, I would have if I had the time,greg S.

Linda at the call center was rude. They couldn't find any of my info even though I had the contract right in front of me. When I tried to drop my uhaul off I couldn't use the app because it said I was registered. I tried to recover info and it kicked me out of the system. Sat online with check in customer service for 45 minutes and never got anyone to answer. Will never use Uhaul again. Your customer service sucks. Sean and Jason took excellent care of us. Sean handled my reservation and was very helpful and friendly. When I came to check in Jason checked us in quickly and answered our questions. When we brought the vehicle back, there were several people in line. He worked to handle each person quickly and to answer all of their questions. I would definitely use this location again.Marsha W.

Always start customer out with at least 7/8 of a tank of gas because then when the customer is charged over four dollars a gallon and three dollars extra for them to do the work and the tank is below a quarter full they feel like you were doing your part and not laying it on the customer it is not good when the customer hast to leave you and go straight to the gas station it's a waste of the customers time makes you look foolish and it's good customer service and don't give me that bull crap like I was told every time we don't have time for that I got told that four different times in the last three months three times just within a three week period as a ride on a Monday then that same Thursday then 2 1/2 weeks later also you need to give better customer service On the walk around before the customer leaves one time I got told I went over 400 miles when I was lucky to even crack 295 that happened the second time I rented a truck and didn't think to take the pictures of what the mileage was when I got in I learned my lesson and they're on the suggestion of the person who rented me the third truckJames L.

Same thing one guy running the register to get people checked in and out and the other guy could be heard saying he had been getting trucks checked in and going to get them all day. He was busy trying to work on a car in the garage area. It wouldn't have hurt him to take 10 minutes out and get the line down then go back to what he was doing. UHAUL should have always have 2 people working register only and others bringing the trucks, etc...LORI G.

My only problem is the charge for 11 days during the time that I have covid-19 which I thought they was according to representative on the phone well in Topeka said oh just call and let us know when you're on your way or when arriving now there. So I understood it that I would be paying for the first two days February 19th through the 21st and then 1 day/night of travel with car dolly and it was just March 2 to 3 2021. So if you think of the honor the agreement or understanding on the phone they should say that on the phone and in-person not one thing on the phone then not let the people at the store know the discussion good night saying I owe $670.70. And this is pretty much all I have a complaint about service on the phone in the stores this time I use a lot and have used since 2014 for storage and truck so the store itself pretty good and the people are nice and they've been working with me on payments for the storages when behind or I just missed a few.James T.
General manager was totally rude cussed me and aslo one of his employees. Was late taking a trailer back so i called to let them know and before i got to speak to let them know i got cussed out by empliyee forst then general manager. Went inside store and general manager contuined to have a attitude and would nit listen. Ive used this places many if times and nit once was treated this way until this happen. My recommend that bith employee and General manager should not be employed at uhaul.JOSE G.

It was admitted that the truck we drove was in need of maintenance. The rolling door was extremely hard to open and close. I strained my shoulder today trying to close it. The speedometer did not work properly and they said that they knew the truck needed maintenance. Not a great experience with the guy who rented it out to us this morning either!Bonnie S.

Terrible service!!! I paid for a tow dolly and paid additional for them to attach my car to it, and they didn't.. we didn't realize it until we stopped 5 hours away on a different town. We could have had an accident.Andrea P.

I am giving you a yes because of convenience of the location but the truck was dirty the instructions were not well explained I had a 7 AM arrival time and you guys open up at 7 AM but you guys did not open up at 7 AM it was more like 715 and then after I finally get done checking in I get told that it Hass to be back by 7 AM the next day I feel someone should've walked around the truck with me so I could inspect the truck with them and be on the same page they just pulled it around and said it was ready breaking was very bad in the truck to get up and go was very bad I've been track meaning it had no real power and seemed worn out good thing I wasn't driving it farJAMES L.
