First I called to check on how I get the Uhaul after closing hours because I had a booking for 7:30 p.m. after closing hours. They sprung on me that my Uhaul had been cancelled somehow. So I had the lady on the phone set me up a new Uhaul from a different location for 7:15 p.m. I have the receipt with proof that it was set for 7:15 p.m. We show up and there was no keys there for us and I asked a worker that was leaving because they had just closed and he said they had no reservations even though I had the receipt and order number. So I had to call and RESCHEDULE again for the morning and when we showed up at opening at 9 a.m... the boss was running late and he didn't show up until 9:45 a.m. to unlock the place and get business started almost a hour late. By that time there was such a huge line of angry people and our 9 a.m. reservation didn't even get until almost 11 a.m. Really put us behind on our move and made the process so stressful and rushed. It just seemed like one thing after another. The return process was super quick and easy but everything before that was too much to where I would almost spend more somewhere else with a different company next time to try to hope for less stress and problems.

Clayton N.I would suggest better customer service the day I had to pick up a rental I waited in line for 1.5 hours. Not one clerk greeted anyone in the facility or outside. Not one person said sorry for the wait we're moving as fast as we can or anything they avoided looking up when walking back and forth from getting the trucks. I'm just saying if you know you're going to be busy and short staffed at least have courtesy.
Chyneshia P.I had scheduled online to pickup at 10am, there were 11 customers in front of me with one person working the counter he had to check people in and then had to go pull up the truck. I'm not blaming the help I'm blaming management for not having more one employee. I didn't leave there till 11:15 and had people waiting on me to help me move. Wasn't a good experience.

Told me that was what I reserved, I showed them my reservation and they agreed it was for the 5x8 but they couldn't do anything about it. I had no choice but to use the open trailer. I felt like I was bothering them.

Store was clean, comfortable and secure. They got us in and out in 20 minutes even though there were 2 people ahead of us. EASY pickup!!!

Clyde F.They lost my original reservation at the place that was 2 miles from my house and where I was moving to. I had to drive 20 miles to the new location (my help was waiting for 2 hours at my house to move which cost me), stand in line for 45 minutes because there was only one person working. I was helped and ready to go drive the truck but the worker helped the next person behind me before going to get my truck which added an extra 10-15 minutes on my time. The app was very hard to use when returning the truck. Just not a good experience at all. I have to move the rest of my stuff now and while Uhaul is right next door to the location, I am inclined to go with another company.

The line was out the door when I got there. The only reason I was able to get within an hour is because three people in front of me left the location.

Could not get Q code on the sign to work, long wait on customer service line then cut off called again 30-40 wait so left keys in drop box went back next day and waited in line for a bit. If 2 women alone I'd recommend returning when they're open. Other than that ok!

I made a payment and got a receipt when I returned the truck now you are sending me a bill for more money. Just do not understand why and how I owe more money this long after the rental had been returned.

His response to all my questions were “I have no idea†When I returned the truck, I politely went to his desk to check out and pay him; but this man didn't even notice me because he was on the phone talking about himself. Earlier I had asked him if he received information on my rental and he said that he didn't have a clue. At least his trainees were better helps than he was. Nobody wants to be disrespected while you're paying your money. Thank you!

There were 2 employees standing around outside, when I asked if they could help they said no. Why have three employees and only 1 of them can help customers? After waiting 15 minutes and nothing happening I left and had to make a return trip an hour later. I'll go back to Penske next time.

Kyle B.The guy at the front desk was real good, but the yard crew complained a lot and didn't clean the back of the truck. There was also a pond of water trapped in the side door of the truck. It would be better if this location wasn't so small making it way harder on the crew. So you can't blame them

Also, manager wouldn't check my 2 hour rental in because I got there at 5:05. A couple keystrokes y him could have avoided a week of messaging stress to correct the situation.
