Worst experience ever. Just being called in the middle of a move that I have to return the truck by 8am while I had booked for 24 hrs? Was it my mistake? That he was trying to help me? Was it for FREE? Nonsense.

Worker was rude when I told him I needed my key to the truck. Truck did not have the dolly or the furniture pads in it that I paid for. Upon returning the truck I was berated for not knowing that I needed to ask about those. What is the point in checking in with the app and picking up the key from a lock box if I still need to interact with unhappy employees to get the stuff I rented. Shouldn't these things be placed in the truck prior to my pick up time so that it is ready to go. Extremely dissatisfied with rental.

Tried to use the app to check truck in after hours and it would not let me. I was charged for something that was not my fault! If your app isn't working should not pass that issue on to the client.

Inform them that uhaul has a new system for checking in a truck after it’s been returned instead of charging a customer because uhaul has to do it. Try mentioning this new system of going on line and doing what uhaul has been doing for years, going though to make sure the equipment is clean, there is gas, and checking the mileage.

You have a rude employee( the black guy that was working September 14 @ 5:30 pm). The only word I can use to describe him is jackass. I wouldn't send anyone to that location because of him. I am in management and I wouldn't keep anyone that cost me business. The only saving grace is the other guy was nice and fixed the contract but even he isn't enough to make up for the jackass.

During the pick-up everythig went great. When I returned the equipment, there was a different person there and nothing was right. He complained about me, what I did, and everything his co-workers did. I assume he was a manager because others responded to him he was in charge. If this person stays there I will never Drive past Grandview to a different location.

Windshield had not been cleaned. Had bug splatter across it from previous renter. Would have been nice to start with a clean windshield.

The manager had the opportunity to step up and address my concerns but told me to call corporate. As a manager I feel you should use that face to face opportunity to go above and beyond to assist a customer who already had a very poor experience during the entire rental period. Seriously considering using other companies after this experience. The entire rental process was outstanding poor.

I'm not sure I blame this specific location just uhaul in general. Don't use uhaul! There equipment is unreliable. I've had two major breakdowns in less than a year leaving me stranded for hours and delayed for even longer. The roadside assistance communication is a joke it takes so long in between calls and them making decisions that leave you baffled. If I could do it over I would pay a little more for better maintained more reliable equipment. Don't make the same mistake I made by going back for more of the same.

The employees at this location are very unprofessional with each other as well as the customer. There was profane language, bad attitudes and generally an overall dissatisfying experience. Not to mention I was cussed at and walked away from because of a disagreement-clearly there was no leadership because another employee did not even attempt to correct the behavior or check on the customer.

Your on line reservation system is HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE, AND A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. Choose my preferred location on the U-HAUL site, filled out all the information, SITE response was trailer not available at my chosen location. Then had to go back and choose another location, re-enter equipment information, SITE response was a trailer was available at the new location. reserved trailer at new location, and got confirmation number. Went to pick up trailer at the new location, trailer not available there, NOT CARRIED AT THAT LOCATION. Went home pulled up confirmation email. Confirmation email had changed pickup location as the original U-HAUL location I had tried to rent from. I Had a 3:00pm reservation with a 4:00pm appointment to pick up equipment. Wasted 45 minutes running around and driving extra distance not planned for because of this. Arrived 25 minutes late. I have never had trouble when dealing with my preferred U-HAUL location directly. I HAVE ALWAYS HAD PROBLEMS WHEN MAKING ARRANGEMENTS THRU EITHER YOUR CALL CENTER OR ONLINE AT YOUR WEBSITE. The employees at my preferred location let me know how to talk to them directly when my call is redirected to your call center, and that is what I will do from now on.

We returned about midnight and there was barely room to park. The first truck could have pulled up a lot further - so that needed to be clarified for people returning here. It was clean and well lit.

Maybe more employees to help, it was a busy time on Tuesday right after labor day in the afternoon. Also not enough room in the parking lot, I'm sure you know that already. Otherwise everything went fine. Helpful people!

They didnt load the dolly right, all three guys didnt know how. Straps fell off car. Extremely dangerous. Absurd. waited 45 min to only realize I already paid. Small location not enough room to pull into.

The guys at the Blue Ridge Road location are friendly, expedient and generally fantastic. I'm a fan of Uhaul, but they make the experience even better.

Rude CSR’s, website did not show balance due so I paid a late fee, and it is greedy to not offer prorated refunds to people who are moving . I will do everything in my power to never use uhual again.
