Asked for a appliance dolly and furniture pads, paid for them and did not receive them. Desk personal had very little experience working the front desk and had to constantly ask the other worker for help while they were with another customer. We were refunded the money for the dolly and pads, but it was an inconvenience not to have them to help move.

The phone reps were very helpful. The truck was dirty as indicated in my pickup pics, the app did not accept my code for check in, they lost my charger even though I called to say I left it, and I was charged for gas after I returned it with gas appropriately. Not a good turn of events.

Have the equipment available that is rented. The salesperson (Marge) and Zack (at store in person) confirmed the hauler was at the location. It wasn't. Teach them how to understand inventory levels. The car hauler I got from U-Haul location was not in good shape. The gent working there, who was extremely helpful, had a difficult time with the car hsuler. The component to attach it to the truck had broken upon arrival in Cuhahoga Falls.

Booked truck 2 weeks in advance at u-haul location close to home. Received a call day before pick up informing me I needed to pick up my truck 20 miles away from desired location. Once at new location at set time had to search through lot to find truck was not up front ready to go. Once found in the back of the lot found that the truck was blocked in by another vehicle and still had a car trailer attached to it. Went into location and employee was helpful pulled around front and removed trailer.

When a came back to pick up the auto transport the Uhaul watched my uncle climb out the window of my car after he got it on the transport. It wasn't until we got almot to our destination when my uncle realized that the car door would open fully. Also the auto transport wasn't secured and my car could have detached from the uhaiul

My most recent experience wasn't bad, it just wasn't great. The truck wasn't dirty, but not clean. There was a small dirt clod in the back and the windows and mirrors were dirty. Not so much so that I had to stop and clean them but enough so that I wished they'd been cleaner. The back up camera worked approx 50% of the time. I told the guy who checked me in about it and presume it will be fixed but fixing it now doesn't help me given I'm done with it. I can understand how it could have been missed though since it did work approx 50% of the time. The electronic checkout process was clunky. I had to re-enter a bunch of information into the app when I arrived despite having "checked out" electronically hours before picking it up. Also there was a vehicle pulled up within maybe 10" of the lockbox making it difficult to get to it to get the key out. Why can a vehicle get that close to the lockbox? Should there not be something to prevent a vehicle from blocking it? All in all the truck performed the necessary duties of a truck but the above prevents me from giving this rental a 5 star, or even a 4 star rating. Just average.

I rented a truck and an auto dolly. The paperwork went smoothly, they got me out promptly and again when I returned to hook up the trailer. Very helpful. The mandatory face masks were awful however.

Checking out the Trailer went very smooth. Returning the trailer was smooth also. But the man that had me back the trailer in and unhooked it for me did not enter it that it was returned, it happens. When I was called about it and told them that it was returned. They checked and let me know it was there. A very simple oversite, part of may have been I opted for a e-receipt. But overall this location is great, every time I have used them.

Contactless pick up didn't go that well. Mileage was wrong and had to be updated. Dolly was not in the truck and wasn't included in the check out so we didn't check for it. Check in went even worse. While attempting to to complete all steps on my phone an employee is in the truck and tells me that is only for when they are closed. He was rude and didn't answer me when I asked so are we done then? The next morning I get a call saying our truck is still checked out.

Truck was loaded completely full (including a freezer full of food) and broke down. Had to have a friend tow it to our location to save the food in time as uHaul wouldn't. Our unloaded were scheduled and we missed the window. Had to unload the furniture ourselves and I am so bruised and sore.

The guy who drove the truck around didn't explain anything. One of the reasons I had to call roadside Assistance. That experience was horrible. I had to do the request twice after waiting on hold for over a hour.

They were very busy on a Sat am and I had just had foot surgery so standing in line was a challenge. there were 2 clerks and 1 came in as I approached the counter. Maybe a ticket number on busy days so I could have set down and waited.

Several customers were not wearing masks even though there is mask mandate. I mentioned it to an employee- he didnt seem interested in doing anything about it. Another employee was wearing the mask improperly- around his chin, leaving his nose and mouth exposed.

Took 4 times for counter help to load in my info as computer program would not respond at end of each session, then sent me to the wrong destination city on paper and not to my address which I told them and they took multiple pictures of. Lack of caring and computer frustation.

Small Parking lot, Employees seemed disorganized, I even complained about the truck and was treated like it was no big deal. Well it is to this customer because I returned the truck a day early and with extra gas made No Difference. Won't rent from u-haul again unless it's a $20 a day pickup.

I was asked for two additional phone numbers. I offered one, and then question the reason why and she moved onto the next step. At the same time a white guy came in, to rent a piece of equipment. I was close enough to listen to the other clerk process the next customer in line, the guy never ask for additional contact numbers. I felt like I was being singled out as though I was being profiled

Inside of cab hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in quite a while. During the pandemic, I think this a huge miss on your part. Store is crowded and disorganized. Truck drove just dine, but certainly wasn't clean.

Rude CSR’s, website did not show balance due so I paid a late fee, and it is greedy to not offer prorated refunds to people who are moving . I will do everything in my power to never use uhual again.
