The staff was friendly and helpful but the trailer terrible! The staff sent me on my way with the lights not all working! Had to pull over on the trip and rewire the lights myself. Only lights that were working was the blinkers and they were very dim. After the repair all lights were working and bright as LED lights should be.

Ok, once I got to this location, all was well. However, I had booked a 15-foot truck online and had a reservation for a pick-up at a location 1 mile from my house. The day before I was to pick up, I received an email stating that my 20-foot truck was reserved. I called to say, I needed a 15 footer due to space limitation in the parking lot I was moving into. I received NO call back from that location, so I stopped in; they made no apology for not calling and made no effort to help me find the truck I reserved. Had to do all that leg work myself and ended up driving an extra 12-15 miles to get the truck I needed.

My experience was just okay. When I arrived I was told I needed a major credit card to get the rental. I called earlier that day to confirm if debit was okay and the lady on the phone told me yes. The truck was sandwiched in and it was difficult to reverse out. I would have appreciated the employees pulling the truck out to a much more accessible area. The truck was dirty and smelled of smoke. I was concerned I'd be charged for it. Thankfully, I was not. The gentleman who accepted the rental back from me was friendly and funny. He was the best part of my experience. The location is also on the corner of a busy intersection and it's difficult to turn left to go towards the highway. That's not their fault but it did make driving a large vehicle more stressful.

Felt like a criminal when we pulled in. No real acknowledgement of us with one person on the phone checking in our truck and the other inspecting the truck. They didn't know if we were a one way rental or a local truck. I was unsure if everything was processed correctly so went inside to get a receipt.

The staff seemed to assume that I knew the process as well as they did. They didn't ask or explain anything of interest from the customer's point of view. The cashiers mumbled and spoke very quickly. However the equipment was in great shape and the location is very convenient.

The customer service was really great. The experience was easy and efficient. The only reason it isn't a five star is that the parking lot in front is teeeny and a bit stressful with a big truck.

Nice truck. Used it to pick up new furniture. Be careful of driving long distances, thou. Can be expensive.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Keep that up. Store was clean and had many supplies.

Nothing bad to say with the staff. I don't care for the call center only to get a price on something. (They were nice as well) I need to know if I can afford it before I give my life story to just ask a question. I understand that is the way things are done these days but maybe just answer a question on pricing THEN get all the personal information. But the guys at this location were great!!

Got charged erroneously for an extra day and when they said they couldn't take it off, the assistant manager could not even give me a customer service number to call. I had to get the number from the pick-up location manager and then it was the wrong region. The lady on the phone transferred me to the other region's phone number. The drop off location folks really didn't have their act together with customer service or solving of any problems. The manager wasn't there and unreachable and I don't feel like he trained his staff very well. I am also disappointed with the overall system of U-haul. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing!

Overly expensive...we shouldn't be charged for mileage and fuel. That's double charges for the same thing.
