I had rented a truck for two days, returned the truck 1 day and 3hours, later and was charged for 2 full days and some. I think some adjustments could have been made.

Went through 3 replacement trailers, to no avail, still did not find a trailer and had to abandon our vehicle. There was no corporate action besides a refund. Wish there was a more deliberate way to remedy besides just a refund.

The customer service was very good! Maneuvering thru the parking lot with an attached trailer is tricky due to the tight space available thru the parking lot.

Have a better customer service line. Waited on hold for 15 min to ask about how to move mirrors and the guy had no idea. Also had problems on the road and customer service couldn't help. They stated to request roadside service. Out in the middle of new mexico and felt helpless. Luckily we fixed it.

Next time I would really appreciate that the staff wouldn't spend time laughing at people who are not physically to climb in the trucks. There was no running board on my truck, and when I turned around one of the employees was laughing at me. I broke my leg almost 3 years ago and it is still difficult to climb into anything. And the person that helped me get the rental talked too fast.

The online check-in is a waste of time yes. It says to avoid contact and going into the store to do the online check in. However I had to still go in the store and they had to do everything in the store because he said that that's just how it is so why even do the online check-in it's doesn't avoid anything but just causes double the work

BECAUSE OF THIS ONCE I MADE IT TO LAS VEGAS I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE!! CAN YOU INAGINE DRIVING 24HRS GET TO YOUR DESTINATION ONLY TO FIND OUT NOTHING IS SHOWING IN THE SYSTEM FOR YOU!! I WAS MORE THAN ANGRY! I WAS LIVID!! I WAS TURNED AROUND , SHOOOED AWAY, AND TOLD WE CAN'T HELP YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Pick up location 30 miles out of the way from original request. Counter person was not helpful.

The van had something wrong with a tire/wheel. It was very frightening to be on the highway and have the tire light come on and the tire suddenly start vibrating hard like it had a big bubble on it or some thing. Then it would stop after a minute or so. This happened maybe 10 times, and each time was scary.

Additional $60 added to my reservation as well as the entire one way trip was charged at the departing location. Two trucks were charged to my reservation instead of one. The receiving location in TX was very helpful and the process was seamless.

Provide online instructions on how to upload photos. The app would not access my files on my phone, however, it did access my camera.

I would not recommend UHaul or use them again. I was sent about 6 miles away from my original location. Which was inconvenient and time consuming. I estimated my mileage based on the original location. I was not told or given a option to increase my estimated mileage. My last reservation experience was not good either. I was directed to another location within 3 hours of my pickup, via phone call. All charges were not explained. The young lady today was rude when I said it didn't know about extra mileage. I'm going to post my experience on social media if I don't get a phone call.

Terrible Experience. We booked our truck early with a reservation. We wanted the biggest truck because we were moving out of town. The day of we set up the truck with the woman at the front desk, we let her know the miles, and that we would be returning the truck to a different location. We paid that day and bought some other supplies and were on our way. We moved the 1st of October. The next day I received a phone call asking if and when we were returning the truck. When I informed him that we would be dropping it off here soon at this Wichita location. He was instantly enraged and went on to accuse me of stealing the truck and saying I was going to have to pay extra for all these fees, he was so rude. We then went to return the truck and the lady was confused at the contract because it was in fact for an in-town visit. We were confused because we just set it up with the original U-Haul telling them exactly where we were going. We were extremely dissatisfied with the experience, but that wasn't the worst part. A couple days U-Haul had charged my account $750 right out of my bank account. I didn't authorize this charge and I certainly wasn't notified before hand. On top of that I was charged $900 in total plus $85 in gas when I returned it. this caused so much disarray in my life and they were not willing to help at all. Will never use this moving service and will never recommend to anyone. Just wanted to save the next sucker 1000 to move to a new home.

Reliable as always. I made a reservation late Thursday night. I showed up at 6:55 on Friday, grabbed the trailer I wanted, and left with an appliance hauler and 6 blankets at 7:15. Returned everything at 5:30 that night for a 1 day rental. Everything perfect. I have rented here before for several days and did a trailer return alone at 2:00 am in the morning using the app. Again, everything worked perfectly. When I read the ratings, these are people who wanted more than a trailer rental. They always want to cry about something. I am a satisfied customer and will definitely be back. And by the way, I love the location.

Asked for a appliance dolly and furniture pads, paid for them and did not receive them. Desk personal had very little experience working the front desk and had to constantly ask the other worker for help while they were with another customer. We were refunded the money for the dolly and pads, but it was an inconvenience not to have them to help move.

The phone reps were very helpful. The truck was dirty as indicated in my pickup pics, the app did not accept my code for check in, they lost my charger even though I called to say I left it, and I was charged for gas after I returned it with gas appropriately. Not a good turn of events.

Rude CSR’s, website did not show balance due so I paid a late fee, and it is greedy to not offer prorated refunds to people who are moving . I will do everything in my power to never use uhual again.
