Staff was very unprofessional. Not very knowledgeable about the product being offered. Had their own personal and unprofessional conversation going on WHILE they were servicing myself and other customers. They made it very clear that they did not care about us, and the other customers in the store.

Inform customers that when renting Dolly’s that a message will be generated to drop the dolly off after hours and you can’t. I was not happy.

Other than being double charged for the truck and utility dolly which customer service said they will have refunded to me. It was a good experience would rent from there again.

The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The only issue they had was the speed/issues with their computer systems. They were letting us know what was going on and being very patient. If I was in their shoes, I don't think I could've been as patient as they were.

Took 30 to check the truck out because the store employee said you do updates all day to the computers and when you do he has to re enter all my information all over again, the truck had bad breaks and had problems shifting into gears, and then when I got my final bill I was charged for safe move, 14.95 ? And I declined it but when the system was rebooted it reset it and charged me extra, not a good experience.

Somehow we used 3.3 gallons of gas for driving 10.3 miles? And also the guy didn’t tell us we had to take pictures and be at the location to use the app to check in vehicle after hours. He also put in the wrong number in so we couldn’t find our order.

While I understand that this is a challenge for this type of facility anywhere, it is nonetheless disconcerting to open a storage locker and find everything covered in mouse droppings and a dead mouse

Twice I have rented a van. I requested a dolly on both occasions. Both times the dolly was not loaded. My account was credited for the $7.00, but if I had needed the dolly I would have been unhappy.

Unlike the East Akron Tallmadge St location, the personnel at Fountain St. is great. This is my location of choice.

Make sure that all receipts are attached. We can't return unused boxes because they were ring up separately and we did not get a receipt for them, only for the actual truck and we didn't use approximately 15 of the bundled boxes. Now we can't return them because we don't have a receipt which wasn't given to us in the first place. Other than that, the experience went smoothly thus far.

The truck was basically on empty and it smelled like a smoker lived in it. Even though we couldn’t do anything about the smell, the manager at the location made sure to credit me enough off my rental to make up for the gas I put in, since I returned the truck with plenty of gas. It made the entire experience great.

The pictures that I was sent had not been updated. I would have them check the photos more accurately. Everytime I have been here the employees, have been polite and have excellent customer service.

Customer service lady was very rude and disrespectful and she wasnt even waiting on me. She intervened in a conversation between another customer service representative and began getting smart with me when she didnt even know what was going on, plus she had customers of her own. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. My niece is renting next weekend and I told her not to go there and if another location doesn't have it, then to check another truck rental company like Penske.

Well the drop off box needs to be scenceable so people can see it. No one would think of a pipe. But other then that its good.

The truck was not available at my appointment time. They located another truck 45-50 miles away in Cleveland. I specifically asked abput leabing my car, I was assured I could leave my car there. I drive to Cleveland to gind thete was no parking there. I called the Akron University location to see if truck was available, it was. I had to drive all the way back to Akron. This cost me both time and money.

Nice staff, always clean & well lit. I had a few issues. I was never able to pay my contract online from home or while onsite The office always seemed understaffed, always a 10-15 min wait for help.

Everything went downhill when the old manager left. New manager is hard to get a hold of and the new staff has no clue and are rude. I should have moved out months ago.

I reserved a storage unit and Uhaul canceled it the same day and claimed to not know why. I was left with no storage space except a more expensive unit in another location. Can never reach them.
