I moved out on the 7\12\21 and I payed in full this month and didn't get any thing back from them and wan i move out of storage it was so much mice poop all in my stuff and my couch was full of mice poop and pee I'm not happy at all and i asked the guys in the office if i can get something back from my storage that i pay on time ever month and they told me to call the 1800 number and i call and know answers. Dont recommend online check in Couldn't find bar code to scan. Not in location stated on site and counter help didn't give right location for bar code either. It's on the window not by the propane tanks!! More info needed than expected. Already gave license number but asked for it all over again. Had to take photo. Had to have other contact person in case you didnt return truck in time. Had to get approved. Took over half hour to get approved. If we didnt chat to find out what the hold up was would have taken longer. Had to talk to this contact person. My other contact person was unavailable. No message stating cant reach other contact. Just a PITA!!. 3 people got their trucks when they went into uhaul. Go in and get the truck.Gregory R.

All in all, it was an easy experience. The truck was rough but did the job thanks to my abilities. I feel if someone is going for a longer move they should try to get them a better truck. This one had a gap in the door that needed a rag/cloth to keep the whistle on the highway from being unbearable.Michael L.

the rear chain hook on the car transport was borken when I picked up the car transport and I was NOT aware of it until I went to put the car on it and use the rear chain. That should have been noticed by the Uhaul representative who hooked up the transport to my truck. Otherwise the pickup location was well run and easy to use.Glenn C.

The pick up truck smelled. I called to make the reservation and told them I needed to tow a trailer. Once I got there I was told that the hitch wouldn't accommodate the size I had so a $30 rental turned into $70+ quick. If I had known I would had gone a different route. It wasn't the fault of the store but the person I spoke to when I made the reservation. I definitely was not happy especially since I only had to go 8 miles.ANYA B.

The facility is very nice. The workers were knowledgeable and friendly. The online sign up was easy. The gated system is difficult. Our access code only worked twice and the card only works sometimes. I don’t like that once you are in there is no way out without the card. I get trying to monitor coming and going but it is scary to not be able to get out quickly as needed. Also, the card thinks we are checking in when we are checking out and vice versa. The machine to check you out the display is broken. We have a hard time driving out. The manager at the Utica branch on Lomond Road - Brian - absolutely ruined our experience. We've had a very stressful time having to move abruptly due to a delay in our house closing from Covid-19. Therefore we rented multiple trucks (4) and also 2 storage units. All - in - all we've spent A LOT of money at the location over the past 2 months. We dealt with Brian a couple of the times and he always had an attitude and was not friendly. One of the times - we had to get into the office (which was difficult due to work hours) and we popped in real quick 10 minutes before closing. We just had a simple question and Brian, legitamately yelled and was upset because they were about to close. He made us feel bad for stopping in and bothering him so close to close. We apologized for it being so close to 7pm, and his reply was an eyeroll while saying, "yeah whatever." We immediately rented a truck / trailer from another company and emptied our storage units.
