The Staff always goes above and beyond for me, my staff and my business. Brandon, the Manager, always makes sure that our trucks are there for pick up, clean, running great and making sure we have a great experience, All the employees at the location are very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and as I have seen personally, always go above and beyond for every customer. Problem developed with the security chain attached to the trailer & my vehicle. The Denver people indicated it was strung to low & placed improperly. We did not notice this problem until half-way trough our trip & the chains & my new lock became a problem as they were ground down as a result of contact with the roadway. We had a very difficult time in trying to correct the situation but ultimately were successful although my new lock purchased from U-haul is a total loss.

I rented a small trailer. The light connector that was on the trailer to extend to my plug on my bumper had a good connection to my car but the connection to the trailer side was loose and dirty. The employee brought out a tester and another wire and fixed quickly. Better maintenance would solve this issue. Otherwise everything was great.

The turn signal lights worked on the trailer, but were not designed properly to show up in the day time. Not very safe. They were too dim. Everything else was excellent

I would like to take a moment to point out a U-Haul employee that has been nothing but help to my nonprofit and cause. The employee name is Brandon Gallagher. He's The manager of the Utica branch on Lomond. My name is Orrie Watson and I'm the director of a nonprofit called Reset New York. Website resetnewyork.org. I rent about three U-Haul truck or trailer per week. And it's like I have become family to the staff. I'm in and out in no time which helps out a lot because I'm a very busy person. But the manager of this branch literally goes above and beyond to help our cause . Because I rent so much we had a number of different problems pertaining to the trucks such as battery is dying and transmission slipping. And the manager make sure it makes it his business to make sure my experiences are top notch every single time. About two weeks ago I called the store in a panic because I need it to pick up a truck load of items for my thrift store and it had to be done at that moment or I would have lost everything. I called Brandon and he decided to stay after business hours to make sure I got the truck I needed to make sure my task was completed. I have the upmost respect for the rest of the staff as well which treats me like family every time I walk through the door. When I show up to the location I can see the headache they go through with other customers for no apparent reason so I try to make sure my visit is always pleasant quick and on point. They are very helpful in explaining how the equipment should and should not be used and they were very honest even when it's completely swamped in the store. I don't know how the folks at this location can keep such a cool head with the stress that walks through the door on a day-to-day basis. But I highly recommend this location for all of your U-Haul needs. If it wasn't for this location I would lose out on thousands of dollars in materials in donations. I have seen Brandon and another employee named Courtney man the store with only two people and customer after customer walking to the door I would come in at 7 AM and by the time I'm done by 7 PM they're still in the store. So I would like to personally thank the manager for his continuing support of our cause and I look forward to doing a lot of business with this location in the future. To be honest I don't know where we would be if the service there wasn't a swift as it was because of some people may know when you're getting free items they feel that you owe them something and I have to be on point and ready to move at a moments notice because I could lose out on a lot. I hope they give this man a raise and your staff needs a vacation . Thank you U-Haul for hiring one hell of a staff

Courtney is the best! She is very professional, kind and understanding. I use Uhaul a few times a week, and she keeps me coming back to this location. I've seen irate customers come in and flip out about things out of her control, and she keeps a calm and positive demeanor always.

Customers are served on a first-come first-served basis, regardless of reservation. So, don't get impatient because you're running late and you have to wait your turn. Try getting there earlier, next time. I've been pleased with the staff and operation every time I have used their equipment.
