The move in below my assumptions. I had to aid every step of the way, from asking where the unit was, asking how I could access it, having to tell someone that there was still the seal on it that they are required to take off, and asking if I had to buy a specific lock that wasn't mentioned to me. This was all done with a snarky attitude the entire time as well, if I haven't had past experience with U-Haul I would tell people to take their business elsewhere.

David M | Overall ExperienceWe did not move in. When we got to the facility it was apparent that this U-Haul was not like the other ones we had used in the past. We were trying to store large pieces of antique furniture and the facility was old, cramped, dirty, damp and dark and was not a place for our items. We left without moving in and quickly found another more appropriate facility for our items. We have already requested a refund.

Buy puck lights at home depot for $5 so you can maybe see inside the storage closets!!! These units ate absolutely not “climate controlled” You should be very ashamed to call this facility yours.
