Buy puck lights at home depot for $5 so you can maybe see inside the storage closets!!! These units ate absolutely not “climate controlled” You should be very ashamed to call this facility yours.

Steven P | Overall ExperienceI'm just going to say that if you need to have storage propane a U-Haul there's not a better place you could get it that the Sicilia on lamond place in Utica New York New Hartford New York the manager outstanding all the staff that works there are outstanding places clean and friendly and I've been doing business with them for about 2 years now I'm buying propane and when I made this choice to come there for my U-Haul storage it wasn't even a question of where I was going and everything was exactly what should be outstanding I would recommend this place to anybody A shout out to all the staff that works there and the manager great job you need to train other people and other places God bless

BRIAN P | Overall ExperienceThe staff was professional and extremely helpful. I have witnessed the staff working beyond their closing time to assist a customer and without an attitude. Management routinely walks the property to inspect the storage units and informs the customer of any concerns. They did this for me assuring that my stored possessions were sufficiently locked in the unit. Due to a medical issue, I was unable to provide a proper lock to the unit. Management placed the proper lock on the unit for me. I highly recommend U-Haul for storage needs. The units were clean and the area well-lit for safety.
doreen s | Overall ExperienceJoe was terrific. Unfortunately, I had to move my stuff out 4 days later. I still was charged on my credit card for the whole month. It’s kinda like buyer beware, except in this case it’s renter beware.
