Got a text redirecting me when I was halfway on my 40cmin drive to the original pickup point, place I was sent to was 1 block from my house. First trailer had a broken coupler. Second trailer hadn't been cleaned thoroughly
Michael RThe place was a live construction zone. Uhaul put me and my family at risk. Dropped the trailer off on the street No direction, dangerous and a hazard. Absolutely ridiculously dangerous.
Tina CWhen I went to return the trailer I found this location is under construction. This information was not shared with me prior. There was no U-Haul employee present, I had to circle the block thinking I missed the driveway. Had to park on the street and phone the Uhual phone number provided for this location. No answer, therefore had to phone the general U-Haul phone number, where I was informed to leave the trailer on the street curb, that was my return location! Not happy, wasted 30 min of my time.
Terry OThe only reason this location is rated low is because it's under construction. The construction site is clean but there's no signage about how to enter or where to go when you get in. It is clearly going to be a great location once it's done, but currently it's very confusing. I would recommend it. once construction is complete.

DAVID EDrop off location was changed to a depot still under construction. No signage for key drop box that is not visible. There was a proper drop off location 1 block away.
