The only issue that we had was when we called the corporate number and they ended up reserving a new U-Box for us instead of letting the local office know that we were coming to pick up the U-Box with our things in it. I drove 11 miles. I put in a gallon of gas before returning. Yet, I was charged for 2 gallons more at the end by Uhaul. There is no way for the customer to verify the tank fuel level is the same as when they picked up the truck. It sure looked the same on the gauge to me.David I.

I did the online pre check in and it wasn't much faster then go in a rent a uhaul. The service was acceptable, but not really great. The van it self was clean and well managed.Ashley H.
Although the truck and svc at the store were good, they somehow messed up my contract and it ended up costing me over $300 more than what I budgeted for. I called the customer svc number and the lady that I talked to was very rude and made me feel like she thought I was lying to her. I've used uhaul for all my moves and it seems something like this always happens. For what it cost me, I should have just payed a mover to haul my belongings and will probably do so in the future.Brandon G.
I had reserved a storage unit and when getting there informed they aren't available. I had to take a smaller unit that didn't take care of what I needed. The 2 ladies working tried to be helpful, but I still didn't get what I needed. Access to unit is very limited. Hopefully this is just because it's still new.Jeannie W.

Why do you not have trailer jacks on the tongue of the trailers? I understand you have a assistance there but it's not available when you drop it off after hours. The 6x12 trailer I rented was extremely heavy to pickup with no jack. Also, the parking lot is pitch black at night, your trying to unhook a trailer with no jack in the dark.JORDAN J.

A covered area out front where trucks are parked for inspection upon return would be nice. It was pouring rain when I got there and both I and the employee working got soaked as I was getting personal items out of the truck and as he was checking the truck back in. Do not lie to customers. When you say you have equipment - make sure it is available or comp the client for the cost while providing another vehicle ASAP. The manager had a decent truck in the lot but would not release it as he said it was for local use. IT was there when we drove by with the vehicle with the broken seatbelt.Steven D.
