Ensure your equipment is in good working order. I rented a 6x12 utility trailer with ramp and when I got to my destination to use the ramp we noticed one side hinge was completely broken. This caused the pins to be bent and we had to hammer them just to remove them to lower the gate. It was still usable but just barely cause I had nothing too heavy. Had i had something heavier to load it would not due to the busted ramp. Your service people were nice and polite though. But somewhere a process failed and needs to be worked out. I did a walk around the trailer before leaving but didn't even think to check the ramp gate. Maybe should add that to your checklist upon returns going forward.

Better people skills. The guy at the desk was so rude. I had recently renewed my DL online and had not received my new one. He refused to rent me the truck even though I had a copy of the renewal receipt and new license on my phone. We argued for about an hour and then someone else came over and helped me. He had the worst attitude. He just didn't want to do his job. I will drive 40mins out of my way not to rent from here again.

My installation technician was called away several times to do other jobs while working on mine. That's probably typical but I did schedule this install as a “customer waiting with vehicle” job for the estimated 2-3 hours I had been told it would take. Ultimately I was there just under 5 hours. But the end result is great and I appreciate the attention to detail that my installation technician took in completing the job.

I was screwed over by U Haul regarding gas. I was charged 89.00 for a fuel surcharge after I had put 60.00 worth of gas in the tank 2 blocks away from the rental station. And they said there is nothing they can do about it. I have been doing business with them for over 40 years but I will not be using them again.

Nothing as always I have a nice experience at this location they are very courteous and fast .that's why when I need to rent a truck I always go to this location they get u in and out without a long wait .the sales people are very polite and experienced. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my truck rental needs .

Staff was limited when picking up a local trailer rental. People were having to wait a long time to get waited on. The young lady working the desk was having system issues but she handled it very well. When i arrived their were 3 people in front of me and by the time i was waited on their were 6 people behind me. I would suggest allowing people to check in and get their trailers on their own. Let them know which trailer and what spot they are in. This could allow a lot of people to get equipment and get out of the way of customers needing assistance.

The tires need to be replaced on the trailer I rented. They made it to destination and back, but look like "around town" tires at best - middle half of the tread was worn down to the point that there were no grooves left. However, they made a 360 mile round trip with no issues.

I did not like that I recieved the vehicle with 1/16th of a tank and then was asked to fill it up to a quarter when I drove less than 20 miles. Everyone on the staff was very friendly and if they make less than $30/hr they deserve a raise. Also it's sleezy to ask people to "donate" to fund y'alls tax break at checkout. I'm sure the person reading this deserves a raise too.

I was sent to three different locations for the truck I rented when trying to pick it up. The second man at forestdale blvd was very condescending and my dad believed he was drunk. My order was apparently changed numerous different times with no notification to me. The movers loading the truck almost cancelled because it took us over 90 mins to finally receive a truck(we did not get the truck I ordered). Also did not have all the equipment I reserved. Very disappointed and will be calling customer service to explain how awful this experience was.

The staff who helped us (Timothy and Anthonio) provided EXCELLENT customer service. We rented a trailer, and it was our first time using our hitch. Upon attaching the trailer, they found out that the wiring was installed incorrectly on the hitch. They went out of their way to quickly change the wiring so there was minimal disruption to our day. THANK YOU! A+ experience!

The customer service that I received from Landon was impeccable, he was very detailed and explained every step of my rental in full. He is a valuable asset to your company. The only problem I had was with the returning of the truck after-hours, I dropped the keys before following the instructions on the return video.

The truck was really old and reeked of smoke. There were even ashes in the ashtray and a burn hole in the seat. Staff wasn't very friendly. Felt like I was inconveniencing them picking up the truck. I prefer a different location moving forward.

The Store was supposed to open at 9. No one showed until 9:45. I had movers scheduled, so now we are out double the money for movers because of how long it took for the person who showed at 9:45 to help us. Both employees who came took personal phone calls on their cell phones while assisting customers who had been waiting an hour for the store to open up. My first month of storage was supposed to be free per the promo and the employee charged me and then informed me there was nothing she could ro and I would have to come back next month if I got billed then. When we came back in after unloading to return the truck, an employee was sitting behind the desk on a stool sleeping. My husband got a picture of this. Unprofessional, untimely, rude.

Storage facility was frustrating experience, every visit, due to extremely limited (motion sensor) hallway lighting, always hard to come on & only stayed on for 10 min max. Zero lights in storage unit

Every time I went to access my storage unit the main door was locked. I would then have to go into the office and wait for someone to come unlock the door which was usually about five minutes.

Rented Ubox delivered to my home in June.Called 1st of October to have it picked up.Picked up Dec. 6th.We moved to WA. Been charged 2 months for a Ubox no longer in use. Poor customer service.

Someone from uHaul put a padlock on my uHaul u-Box and nobody knew where the key was. They were extremely unhelpful and told me I had to get the lock off myself before they came to pick up the box
