I was told the drop off charge would be $40 extra; however, when I got the bill it was double? Absolutely mad! I would have return unit too original location if i was told the charges up front. Also you inviting a class action suit by doubling extra insurance and road service charges. How as a customer to I benefit by paying double the amount of these charges on day I returning the equipment?

The trailer wasn’t swept out. Also...the trailer leaks. We drove through a lot of rain and apparently the water being slung up off the road gets through. The bottoms of some boxes and the mattress were wet when we arrived in Nashville.

I ordered a UHaul online to pick up in one location and drop off in another. After confirmation I was told by text messages that my location had changed do to availability. I wasn’t keen on this but okay I went with it. This happened twice more. Location changed. I decided to go into the drop off location in person. The staff was very helpful and Got my cost down. Pick up and drop off a breeze.

No problems at all. I was very impressed with the service I received. In the rain, the gentleman went out to hook up the trailer I rented. There, I discovered that the opening would probably be too small for what I was picking up. The technician called another location to find a larger trailer and I was able to pick that up and complete my plans. Thanks! Kirk

I called this location Saturday morning to confirm what time they closed and to tell them that I was brining our U-haul that evening. They told me that was fine. I got there around 6:45 but couldn't just drop the truck off because I needed to get a storage unit. They told me that there was nothing they could do and they couldn't help me because they were closing in 15 minutes. I didn't make a big deal about it because we technically could still have the U-haul for one more day. My husband and I went back Sunday at 1. We had to check our truck back in by 2. Since we'd done a one way trip, I was given a certificate for one month of storage for free. The guy helping me that day could not figure out how to apply the certificate to my account and begin to get very agitated. After about 10 minutes of trying, he asked me if I could step to the side so that he could help the customers that had been waiting in line behind me. No big deal. That's fine. After waiting around for almost two hours, he finally told me that he couldn't get it to work and was unable to get in touch with the manager so he would let me keep the truck one more day free of charge and that I could come back in the next day (today) and talk with the manager. He assured me that the manager would be there all day long and would help me when I got there. I made sure to tell him over and over again that I was aware that they closed at 7 but I get off of work at 6 and I work about half an hour away from that location which would put me arriving there closer to 7. He said that was fine and he would leave a note for the manager. My husband arrived there tonight about 6:35 and were greeted by two workers, neither of which were the manager. When I explained what was going on, one of the workers blatantly said "well if you don't have all of your stuff moved in by 7, you'll just have to come back tomorrow because that's when he close". I explained to him how I had been given the run around since Saturday and it was extremely frustrating being told different things by every person that I'd come in contact with up to that point and that even if I did come back tomorrow, it would still be the same time because of my work schedule. So my husband and I freaked out trying to get everything squared away and into our unit before 7 but the worker was kind enough to stay an extra 10 minutes to let us finish up. Overall, I had a terrible experience at this location and I am looking forward to getting mine and my husband's stuff out of the unit so that we won't ever have to deal with this specific location again. Honestly, this interaction makes me not even want to deal with U-haul ever again.

Don't think the trailer had been inspected when dropped off. There was some (minor) debris inside. When I noted this, our helpful service guy (the one who hooked up our trailer) quickly grabbed a broom and swept it out.

The first rental I picked up on Saturday broke down and there wasn't an estimated time for help and I had to be out of the old place by 1 that Sunday, so I can, to pay for another rental on Sunday to get this handled. The guy working Antonio wasn't nice acted like it was my fault that the vehicle would not crank. At the end of the day at 3 the first uhaul at to be towed because the battery would not hold a charge. I would think I would be get a refund for the vehicle on Sunday and apology from the gentleman working for not even one second of I'm sorry anything just rude! Please call me at 205 302 8903

The online process to reserve is broken. I went through the steps to rent this truck online, and when I got to the store, it wouldn’t let me check out on my phone. Then I ended up having to give all my information at the desk. No explanation. One employee with multiple people waiting at the desk. The employee was arguing with a customer who had a truck break down on her. He was very rude. No empathy. The truck I got had so many dings and scratches not marked with an X, it took me 20 minutes to take photos and upload them on their website. Also, the website wouldn’t let me load all the photos of the damages. It couldn’t store them all. This process and place is a hot mess.

This is the location that I use everytime I move. The service reps are very knowledgeable and nice. It's a clean store and very convenient location for me. I enjoy doing business with them.

My only comment concerns the tow Dolly itself. The wheels on the tow Dolly were out of balance and the tires were worn. With the car in tow, there was significant vibration transmitted to the cabin of my truck and the steering wheel. It was very uncomfortable and annoying. The wheels need to be checked and/or replaced.

Storage facility was frustrating experience, every visit, due to extremely limited (motion sensor) hallway lighting, always hard to come on & only stayed on for 10 min max. Zero lights in storage unit

Someone from uHaul put a padlock on my uHaul u-Box and nobody knew where the key was. They were extremely unhelpful and told me I had to get the lock off myself before they came to pick up the box
