In my reservation it said no insurance. I confirmed to the person at the store no insurance. When went to extend the truck for a day it added insurance. The final contract had insurance on. I should not have been charged insurance.

Long wait in line to check in and the truck broke down. Took over 2 hrs for someone to come out

Reserved a trailer the day prior. Specifically told the associate I needed a trailer with a ramp. I pointed to the one I wanted. Came back the next day to pickup, after a 20 minute wait because there was only 1 associate present, I was ready to pick up my trailer. The associate than tried to give me a trailer without a ramp. I explained to the associate I specifically asked for one with a ramp. She stated the one with the ramp was not available, I told her I made a reservation for that one yesterday. She went inside and I assumed she was addressing the issue. I waited a short time than went back inside and she told me she could rent me the one with the ramp it would just cost more. I said fine, I don't care I just need the trailer with the ramp. About this time another associate walked in and she asked him to get me hitched up. We walked outside and once again the associate tried to hook up a different trailer, identical to the first without a ramp. I once again explained to him I needed the one with the ramp and I had reserved that one yesterday. At this point I lost my patience, I am not sure how hard it is to understand that I need a trailer with a ramp, I speak clear English. The associate went back inside, came back a short time later and once again told me it would cost more and that he had to check that trailer back in. Once that was done he hitched the trailer. Since I was there almost 45 minutes dealing with this cluster of not my own making, my 11 year old daughter had to use the bathroom. I walked back in to let her do so and as I was standing outside the bathroom, and there is your female associate glaring at me as if I had done something wrong. This is not the first bad experience I had with this location. Another time I went there to get a quote to get a trailer wiring harness installed with a 7 pin converter. I was given a quote for 800 and as I read the quote I saw where they were going to charge me wiring labor at 100 a pop 4 times. Give me an entire break, on my vehicle its plug and play, no wiring needed. Will never rent from that location again.

I rated it excellent, however, there was some return stress and that might've been from confusing paperwork. Contract had contradictory information included and highlighted. Manager had a difficult time figuring it out. Would recommend though!

I’ve rented here a half dozen times and this was the worse by far. The rental truck was dirty, only had 1/8 of a tank of gas, and I had to wait on the truck. Upon return, I was wrongly charged for “missing” moving blankets when they were nearly folded in the back. Ridiculous

The counter representative was on her personal phone with a friend on her earbud while also talking to me. It was hard to tell when she was talking with me and when she was talking with her friend. Then she went out to pull around the truck for me, and it was very clear that the passenger side rear tire was completely flat. She did not notice and was going to hand me the keys to drive away. I refused the truck and I was told by her that I could not get a different one. She did process a refund to my credit card. Fortunately, the store manager arrived and was able to get me a different truck. He was professional and handled the situation.

The lights didn’t work on the first trailer. I asked if we could just pick a different one he said no we had to test why it wasn’t working. After 20 minutes he said the tester is not working we need to find a different tester. At that point I said we’re picking a different trailer or I’m picking a different rental company. I returned the trailer an hour after I rented it. The next day I received a call asking when I would return the trailer!

Asst Manager on duty Sunday 3/29/26 was poor trained and not very knowledgeable! Displayed poor customer service and was not able to reach her immediate supervisor via phone after 3 attempts!! I had to initiate the new reservation because of some capacity code restricting the asst manager from progressing and completing the original reservation! After hour and half registration was finally completed! Frustrating disappointing and extremely stressful

No words. People are rude and every where I went they would transfer me from one person to another and another. I shouldn’t have to go on a wild goose chase from location to location for hours. Absolutely a TERRIBLE company to reserve for, there’s way better people than this junk.

Your staff is excellent and extremely helpful. I just wish I could have 24/7 access to my storage space. Otherwise I have nothing but the highest praise for the staff of that store. I give them a 100% recommendation to anyone who asks!

Prepare the equipment as requested and replace the entire team in Flagstaff; there are not many options for rental in that area and I guess that is reflected in the attitude of the personnel. I am very disappointed in the treatment from this location and I pray that I never have to cross paths with them again and neither does anyone I know or care about.

I’ve never had an issue with the vestavia location, it’s always been a good experience. I was upset to learn that my reservation with the 280 location was canceled on me at the last minute. I had reserved it on the 9th of this month and have proof that it was reserved and an hour before I’m about to pick up the rental, they text me saying the rental I requested was no longer available at their location. I will not be using the 280 location again because of that.

The Store was supposed to open at 9. No one showed until 9:45. I had movers scheduled, so now we are out double the money for movers because of how long it took for the person who showed at 9:45 to help us. Both employees who came took personal phone calls on their cell phones while assisting customers who had been waiting an hour for the store to open up. My first month of storage was supposed to be free per the promo and the employee charged me and then informed me there was nothing she could ro and I would have to come back next month if I got billed then. When we came back in after unloading to return the truck, an employee was sitting behind the desk on a stool sleeping. My husband got a picture of this. Unprofessional, untimely, rude.

Storage facility was frustrating experience, every visit, due to extremely limited (motion sensor) hallway lighting, always hard to come on & only stayed on for 10 min max. Zero lights in storage unit

Every time I went to access my storage unit the main door was locked. I would then have to go into the office and wait for someone to come unlock the door which was usually about five minutes.

Rented Ubox delivered to my home in June.Called 1st of October to have it picked up.Picked up Dec. 6th.We moved to WA. Been charged 2 months for a Ubox no longer in use. Poor customer service.

Someone from uHaul put a padlock on my uHaul u-Box and nobody knew where the key was. They were extremely unhelpful and told me I had to get the lock off myself before they came to pick up the box
