How about a full tank of gas instead of 1/8 of a tank? I know gas is high, but there's no reason to rent a vehicle with less than 1/4 tank.

I have went to this location multiple times before making the reservation, I have especially asked for well-maintained truck. The truck that was given to us was hit in multiple areas, and cruise control was not working throughout the drive. I got multiple warnings. ABS light was on service track, hill assist decent traction control, nothing was working. I got multiple error message. and the truck was very poorly maintained, with very low brakes, I have to take multiple stops to make sure. I check with the roadside assistance overall, the truck experience was very bad

The truck was clean and ready to go. No waiting for them to bring it from the lot. It was parked in front of the store facing the street. Just sign the paperwork, check for any pre-existing damage, get familiar with the controls and go.

Took a very long time to process though the sales person whas very courteous though. All supplies were initially not loaded according to the order. The manager had a very "I cannot be bothered/indifferent" attitude.

This location was good, but I won’t make another reservation with UHaul. What is the point of making a reservation if UHaul just sends me to a different location to get the trailer I needed. That’s NOT how reservations work.

Been dealing with location for many years. Now they have no staff and wait time is too long. This renral, waited 15 minutes before anyone showed up to the counter to help. Also failed to process the voucher i have for the 3rd time !

Uhaul moved my reservation to this location, at a later time. This location was not properly staffed to handle the volume of customers and we waited in line for over a half hour just to pick up our keys. The staff was very friendly, but they needed more help.

Probably need a couple more Saturday and prime time counter agents and maybe one more lot worker...to manage the customer line wait. The manager in charge did an excellent job.

The AC went out 80 miles into the trip The gentleman at drop Off located stated another truck AC went t out as well. That’s even a bigger concern considering it’s more than one truck. Especially in this heat. My husband almost overheated.

Picking up was okay. Return was not. Another employee was there. I walked in and no one to be found. She finally came out to counter. She was too busy talking on phone to help me. I told her I returned equipment and she would close ticket but didn't. I had to call Uhaul customer service and they still didn't close out. I called the next day to local location and talked to someone and they finally closed it out. 3 calls to close a ticket? Tell your employees that customers come first before their personal phone calls

You did not convey (albeit buried in the fine print) a $30 fuel service fee on top of the $5.25 per gallon charges. I drove 27 miles and you charged me $70+/- in fuel. Secondly, the truck was not on full. Quarter tank left. It is very hard to refill to exactly where it was and I don't think the associates have any way of doing this either. It's a guess at $5.25 a gallon and that should be good enough. I'd appreciate you looking into $30 rebate. Repeat customer who wanted to get a trailer but that was not available so I rented a truck. Thank you,

So so when when I reserve my uhaul, I called and verified that they got my reservation. The young lady tell me, yes, and there will be a truck there for me, when I arrived, there was a young man that was new. He said, welcome in and everything he told me.He couldn't handle my reservation, so he told me to talk to the young man with the glasses . He was very rude about the reservation.He said, we don't have any trucks right now, so we can't help you. So I asked him, how can you all reserve?Or let somebody make a reservation.And you don't have any trucks available, so I ask them, could I use the van?He was like you have to have a major credit card.I said, well, you would have to accommodate me for something.He was very rude. So I told him I couldn't wait till the next day, so he called the manager and the manager told him to give me a 20 foot truck. Well, I didn't need a 20 foot truck. I just needed something to get a washing dryer and come back.It barely took me an hour. The only thing that saved me for going off on him was the new young man That had just started saying, if he have been here and know the protocol, he would have made sure I was satisfied meaning call his manager with no problem. Well, I sit there and waited for them to get a truck. Another truck pulled up, and I asked him, can I get that truck? He hesitated and was like, yeah, I was like. You don't have to clean it. All I need you to do is check it in and I need to go get my washing dryer. He still didn't help me.The new young man is the one who helped me. I don't know what is going on.This is not the first time I use this location.I use this location.The first of the year in last year and had no problems.But when I went in this time, i was very unsatisfied. The young man that was very rude needs a little bit more work on his customer service

The Store was supposed to open at 9. No one showed until 9:45. I had movers scheduled, so now we are out double the money for movers because of how long it took for the person who showed at 9:45 to help us. Both employees who came took personal phone calls on their cell phones while assisting customers who had been waiting an hour for the store to open up. My first month of storage was supposed to be free per the promo and the employee charged me and then informed me there was nothing she could ro and I would have to come back next month if I got billed then. When we came back in after unloading to return the truck, an employee was sitting behind the desk on a stool sleeping. My husband got a picture of this. Unprofessional, untimely, rude.

Storage facility was frustrating experience, every visit, due to extremely limited (motion sensor) hallway lighting, always hard to come on & only stayed on for 10 min max. Zero lights in storage unit

Every time I went to access my storage unit the main door was locked. I would then have to go into the office and wait for someone to come unlock the door which was usually about five minutes.

Rented Ubox delivered to my home in June.Called 1st of October to have it picked up.Picked up Dec. 6th.We moved to WA. Been charged 2 months for a Ubox no longer in use. Poor customer service.

Someone from uHaul put a padlock on my uHaul u-Box and nobody knew where the key was. They were extremely unhelpful and told me I had to get the lock off myself before they came to pick up the box
