My rental experience was wonderful. My experience with the storage facility in vestavia was anything but wonderful. Reva does not know what good customer service is. I feel I am owed 1) an apology and 2) either a refund of the first month that I was promised I wouldn’t have to pay but ended up paying or have that money applied to june’s Storage payment.

I put the gas back where it was when I picked it I also took pictures but yet I still was charged for gas I called I was told I'd get a call so I can be refunded and never received that call

Staff's customer service skills are poor. Everyone of the staff members appears to want to be anywhere but at that location. Their attitude borders on them doing the customer a favor by helping them. Some serious counseling is in order by upper management and ownership. If it wasn't for the staff's overall demeanor, this location would get higher marks.

Had a printout showing a return location address 3195 Hwy 280. When I arrived there I waited 10 minutes for Preston to come out of the back room to wait on me. I showed Preston my print out and he pointed to the fine print saying “this location is a preference only”. Then Preston said I could not drop the truck there. I asked “now what do I do?” Preston said, “Call the 800 number “. He made no effort to help me. I was pissed to say the least. I called the 800 number. I had to drive several more miles but finally got it returned. The stress of the move made worse by the unhelpful Preston. This is the third of four rentals this month. Hope the fourth is nicer than today’s #3 rental. Thanks

I was very disappointed that i booked the trailer a month in advance for a different location and was not notified to the day of pickup that u changed the pick up location. It really caused a difficult time for us.

Make sure the gas tank is full and when you rent a 15' truck don't give the customer a 26' truck.

Uhaul never has the trailer at the place close to your house they say they do but they rerout you after driving to the store you booked to

The water light for the reservoir came on after 2 minutes of driving. I opened the hood and it had no water in the reservoir. Everything else was in great shape.

I rented a truck at 5:00 and had it back by 8:30...within the 4 hour allotment. I was told to drop the key in the drop box..and that was all I needed to do. Next day I received a receipt for charging me for 2 rental periods. I have disputed the charge, but I can't rate the place any higher. I should not have to be following up on an overcharge when I did as I was instructed. Poor service!!

Girl on her phone at 6:30 PM, they close at 7 pm, the phone was ringing and she would not get off her personal phone and answer and said out loud to a co-worker, "Do we need to get that, I don't want to get that phone" Then when she went to pick it up the customer gave up. She laughed and said I'm terrible. When I turned my truck in, guy charged me for an extra mile. I told him I got a different number. He said he round up. I said you rounded up a whole extra mile not .2. He said he would correct.

Make sure customer knows what time Drop off is. I was told that drop off was Monday, but nobody gave me a time.

Let them know you swapped their reservation for a 15 ft truck to a 26ft truck before the pickup date. I was put in a bad situation and will use Budget next time. Uhaul promises are no good.
