I had to walk around to find an employee to get the trailer hitched to my vehicle.

For two times in a row I picked up a trailer from this location that needed repair

So so when when I reserve my uhaul, I called and verified that they got my reservation. The young lady tell me, yes, and there will be a truck there for me, when I arrived, there was a young man that was new. He said, welcome in and everything he told me.He couldn't handle my reservation, so he told me to talk to the young man with the glasses . He was very rude about the reservation.He said, we don't have any trucks right now, so we can't help you. So I asked him, how can you all reserve?Or let somebody make a reservation.And you don't have any trucks available, so I ask them, could I use the van?He was like you have to have a major credit card.I said, well, you would have to accommodate me for something.He was very rude. So I told him I couldn't wait till the next day, so he called the manager and the manager told him to give me a 20 foot truck. Well, I didn't need a 20 foot truck. I just needed something to get a washing dryer and come back.It barely took me an hour. The only thing that saved me for going off on him was the new young man That had just started saying, if he have been here and know the protocol, he would have made sure I was satisfied meaning call his manager with no problem. Well, I sit there and waited for them to get a truck. Another truck pulled up, and I asked him, can I get that truck? He hesitated and was like, yeah, I was like. You don't have to clean it. All I need you to do is check it in and I need to go get my washing dryer. He still didn't help me.The new young man is the one who helped me. I don't know what is going on.This is not the first time I use this location.I use this location.The first of the year in last year and had no problems.But when I went in this time, i was very unsatisfied. The young man that was very rude needs a little bit more work on his customer service

My truck was cancelled one hour before I needed it and transferred to a very inconvenient location and then changed from a 10’ truck to a 26’ truck which I did not need nor feel comfortable driving. Luckily a nice lady at my original location helped me find what I needed and moved me to this vestavia location. I don’t know why your system tried to do what it did but it was very frustrating and no one called to work out a better solution and when I tried calling was put hold the entire time while driving to my original location. If that nice lady did not help me when I arrived in person I would not have been able to complete our move

When I asked for a trailer with a ramp, the 6 x 12 foot was suggested. I thought that was fine, only to find out that the space to get in the trailer was not 6 feet. I had some rolling racks for merchandise that fit in the trailer well, but I had to take products off of the shelves and turn the racks sideways to get them in. Caused delay of time and energy. In fact, I brought the trailer back later that day because it did not fit my exact needs. I was charged for two days rental. I will be going to my location later today to resolve the issues. This location does things quite well. This was just a personal thing with me.

Entire staff was EXTREMELY rude and lacked any sense of customer service. They were more interested in chatting with each other and looking at their cell phones. The extremely rude ran outside was less than helpful and a complete asshole. I will never use this location again.

We were charged a cleaning fee. The trailer was swept clean before we returned it. The rented items were left in the trailer and that’s it. Maybe they charged us because some of the blankets weren’t folded? Who knows. It’s only $15 but it was clean.

They were going to charge me an extra $235 for returning it there when we were TOLD to return it there. Again, it just added unnecessary time on the phone and stress.

I lost my phone in my car and the employee who unhooked me helped call my phone and and find it, despite the fact it was raining. Very friendly and helpful employee. Thank you.

They computer system was down and the check in process was quite long. Over an hour wait. While I understand its not the fault of the specific location... the computer issues caused the agen to select the wrong return location.

When I arrive home I noticed that the back door was locked and there was no key to unlock it. I reached back out to the store and basically told me it was my problem. I took pictures and to let them know know I had proof and they still didn’t want to hear it. I was told I should have done the walk. Through before I left and I responded we should have done it together because I wouldn’t have taken a truck that’s locked that I can’t use. So I couldn’t use the truck that night I had to wait until the next day to go to Home Depot and purchase some bolt cutter to cut the lock which was another 85 dollars. The staff was very unprofessional

Customer service was horrible. Storage unit was not ready and ended up having to go to a different location down the street after wasting an hour at the location. Unit and truck were not ready at the same time. Was told first month would be free and ended up paying $164.

Marco is the nicest and attentive person I have ever dealt with at the Vestavia location. I have used this location many times before and have usually dreaded the people at the counter. He is first rate! Also the Dodge vans are excellent.

The truck I received had extensive damage to the very top. I understand it is my responsibility to inspect the truck before leaving, but that truck should not have been available for renting.

The Store was supposed to open at 9. No one showed until 9:45. I had movers scheduled, so now we are out double the money for movers because of how long it took for the person who showed at 9:45 to help us. Both employees who came took personal phone calls on their cell phones while assisting customers who had been waiting an hour for the store to open up. My first month of storage was supposed to be free per the promo and the employee charged me and then informed me there was nothing she could ro and I would have to come back next month if I got billed then. When we came back in after unloading to return the truck, an employee was sitting behind the desk on a stool sleeping. My husband got a picture of this. Unprofessional, untimely, rude.

Storage facility was frustrating experience, every visit, due to extremely limited (motion sensor) hallway lighting, always hard to come on & only stayed on for 10 min max. Zero lights in storage unit

Every time I went to access my storage unit the main door was locked. I would then have to go into the office and wait for someone to come unlock the door which was usually about five minutes.

Rented Ubox delivered to my home in June.Called 1st of October to have it picked up.Picked up Dec. 6th.We moved to WA. Been charged 2 months for a Ubox no longer in use. Poor customer service.

Someone from uHaul put a padlock on my uHaul u-Box and nobody knew where the key was. They were extremely unhelpful and told me I had to get the lock off myself before they came to pick up the box
