Clean windshield inside and out

REID MThe gentlemen running the counter were extremely nice and professional, but i was unable to check in on my mobile, uhaul systems were extremely slow, and through no fault of the employees, the wait time and lines were long. I would not recommend this location especially without the ability for mobile check in. Mobile check in kept erroring out. These employees need better resources to do their jobs successfully.

mikaela HRunning lights were not working. Dropped at closest location and was charged a “wrong location drop off” fee. Incredibly disappointing. Last time I will rent from UHaul. Bestavia Hills employees did not complete the light check and hung up on me when I was explaining why I dropped the trailer at another location.

NORMAN SThe pickup was great / lady was very friendly and online reservation was great. The drop-off and pricing structure were not. Why is there both a mileage fee (per mile) AND a requirement to refill gas tank? $1 per mile is basically like $18/gallon for the car fuel PLUS needing to refuel. It was represented to me that the the van was completely full when I picked up and that if it wasn't back to completely full, I would be charged for this. I drove exactly 16 miles; yet, when I filled the tank, it took 5 gallons to fill. Doesn't make any sense unless the gas tank wasn't actually full to begin with. I nicely tried to ask the lady who checked in the vehicle about this and blew me off and said "that's not my job - you should talk to the gas station". I then asked the representative in the store - he was clearly annoyed and said that there are "different levels of full" for the gas tank and that I shouldn't have filled to auto-stop level at the pump. Sigh... and cherry on top: 1.5 hours after returning the vehicle, I get a call from the store asking when I'm going to return the vehicle - they need for another customer. I told her I had already returned it - and she was thrown off and said - "ok, I'll have to find the key." Luckily this was a very short-term rental and won't be needing to use again.
Anoop MI had great customer service. I felt the price was extremely high. Prices could be lowered i traveled 3 hours less than 200 miles and spent around $350.

GODDESS Sthis was the location i stopped at to have them look at my trailer. they were shocked when they saw the tires on my trailer. Ty helped me get a replacent trailer and helped me unload my trailer and load the new one. them i went onto dallas

JEFFREY WI brought the trailer back same day as rented ... but two days later was charged for two days. I did receive a refund but it took two calls to resolve. I rent trailers a few time a year from the company and this is the first time for this issue.

SRIRAM SExtremely rude customer service at this location and the other vestavia location down the street. To be fair uhaul sets the workers up for failure by scheduling incorrect trucks for people and making reservations they don’t have trucks for. There were lots of people in the store upset.
EVELYN MLittle more attention to how much business the current customer is doing and whether there could be some discounts applied … especially a small charge for rental pads when oven $6000 has already been spent on truck fees

CONSTANCE BEquipment was sub-par. Belongings were damaged because of the equipment condition and I was physically affected by it as well.
Mark EThe truck has transmission issues and lunges back and forth in a middle gear. Needs to be driven and maintenance performed accordingly.

JAMES HDO NOT SEND ACROSS COUNTRY in a vehicle with 157,000 miles! The vehicle was dangerous in interstate traffic and had engine /transmission issues. We were advised at top-off to report the condition.
PHILLIP CThe truck I rented has debris like leaves and dust inside the trunk. I had to use my blower to clean it and wipe it down before loading. Some blankets were also trapped with debris. Overall, it was an affordable option for someone to move their belongings themselves.
Polly DTruck should be retired or fixed properly with a sealed window and door. It was very loud to drive-my ears are still hurting

JUSTIN TYou can promote and give a raise to the female employee who helped me. She was professional, effective, and super efficient helping both me and another customer at the same time. I had zero wait time. This is the type of employee you want representing U-Haul. My time is valuable and she seemed to fully grasp that concept. BTW, I am an employment lawyer so I know a great employee when I see one.
