The lady that was behind the counter was rude and lazy. The first truck they assigned was parked behind other trucks and it was full of crap in the back of it. I reserved a dolly and they didn't have one. I ordered moving pads and they were not there. When I asked if they could bring the pads out to my second truck the lady behind the counter said no and that she was busy. There was not 1 person in the store. She didn't want to get off her chair. I wasted over an hour in there because they were so unorganized and lazy. I was paying movers by the hour while waiting for this unorganized lazy person to get it together. It was very expensive for the truck rental and the customer service was horrible. I was going long distance and there was no gas in the truck. So another hour to find a gas station and wait in line to get gas even more costly time wasted. Very very unhappy with the overall service. Would not recommend ever again.

You don’t have enough people working at the U-Haul and sometimes I would have to wait a half hour to 40 minutes just for someone to help me inside the office.

Sundays should be open early, not late as well as properly staff the locations because there were a lot of people at open requesting equipment as well as returning equipment and only one person manning the desk and one person doing the service outside and that wasn't enough to get everybody in and out in a timely manner. The staff were super friendly and professional so their service was great, but there should've been more people staffed to ease the load. We were on a time crunch and the fact that the location opened late really put us at a disadvantage for what we needed to do and the fact that we had to wait in line to get the uhaul because both people were overwhelmed caused further delays.

Didn’t want to wait for me to pay $1400. Auctioned my stuff for $10.00 i know i signed an agreement but. How can you value my stuff at $10 when there was over $5,000 alone in electronics??? Wtf

Have the extras in the truck when we arrive. Also if you want pictures of the truck. Before hand have the truck parked in a area were we can take the pictures easily.

The customer service is great. The time it takes to receive assistance is inconvenient. The truck I received was below empty and had to fuel. Was charged a refueling fee even though I followed the instructions in the app. Again customer service amazing.

Before I returned the Truck/equipment (TM3648R -AH56346-AZ) I topped up the gas back to the level but I was charge fuel service fee of $30 and $36 fuel charge for 6 miles. Total miles travelled 6miles max. After I saw the receipt, I went back to the store location but no one was around in the office. I waited for 30min. but still no staff can be seen in the counter. I ready filed a ticket for my concern regarding the fuel charges. In addition, I ticked “no” in the question- was the equipment clean and well maintained? because when we got the truck (yesterday Feb 10), it was dirty and the cab smells weed. But still I took the truck since I was in a hurry.

overall a poor experience. desk person was to busy to help me with questions I had. Obstinately refused to acknowledge my concerns regarding allotted time and as a result tricked me into paying of an additional day. Gave me a truck with and empty tank of gas and called it 1/4 full. Inside of truck was dirty and had not been wiped clean.

When a reservation is made and you go in to pick it up you shouldn’t have to provide all the same information like the towing capacity info, that should have been captured when the in person reservation was done. I did a in person reservation by going to the same location I picked it up from. They need more employees sometimes customers are waiting inside for 5 minutes with no employee inside.

We the Ramos were very impressed and satisfied with the location the gentleman that helped us give us all the information answer all of our questions and he was very nice and polite, which is awesome when we returned the little trailer that we got the lady was very nice very respectful and even told us have a blessed day which is awesome. It took almost an hour just for someone to help me or even acknowledge me. People came in after me and they were helped first and nothing was said to me at all. The store remained with no workers for a long time. When I finally was helped the person helping me (store manager) mumbled the whole time and interrupted me with conversations of his coworker and just had the attitude of not wanting to be there or care. I had reserved an appliance dolly which he informed he didn’t have any. I was completely shocked because I reserved one and I needed it for our move but he didn’t try to resolve the issue by trying to get me one at another location or anything. He said he would refund me for it but just getting my receipt it was not refunded to me. Absolutely the most horrible experience I have ever had at a U-Haul. I will definitely re think my future needs at U-Haul since these are the people they think are fit for the job.

This office didn’t know where I would be dropping it off. We called the number provided and we drove to four different locations. One of the vacations was the wrong address. Finally we got it returned but not worth the gas that I wasted driving in my 8 cylinder Tahoe hauling a 12 by 6 ft Trailer

I am a long time frequent storage renter The only bone I have to pick with my site of storage is that often times outside of the facility there’s a lot of trash. Most of it has been blown in by the wind however, it does look pretty messy and not consistent with most U-Haul that I’ve been to, Edwin, the site manager Has been very helpful and respectful and eager to help the clients. I do appreciate his efforts.

I just wanna thank U-Haul storage in Victorville California for giving me their service because I appreciate them holding my belongings for a year and eight months had access to payments access to my storage at any time and anytime I need to call. I can call and ask questions they were very polite. Every rep that I spoke with each time I called during the year and eight months were very polite and knowledgeable, and experienced in their field of working for U-Haul Storage I just wanna say thank you all and I had a pleasure working with you. Worse storage place ever they were very rude and had no skill in being professional at all they never answer the phones and when you go to the actual location their somehow never in the there you have to wait for about 20-30mins or longer before someone comes back and realize it’s a line on top of that they were double billing me and never gave me a refund when I told the manager I was going to empty my storage he begged me not too because he needed the storage units filled up and that he apologizes for the double billing of my storage units that I had been renting for over a year I paid 2 times a month for 2 different storage units.

This store has the worst customer service. We waited over 10 minutes for anyone to even come into the store. We were there to close out a storage unit. The guy closed out the unit with the same number but a different location. We called and they said they would take care of it. We’ll they still charged us the next month’s rent. You can’t get ahold of them on the phone. Worst customer service ever!!! Go somewhere else!

Vehicle was on E when receiving, ran out while driving out. They put gas in with the gas can and vehicle still was not starting. They went and got another can of gas it finally started up after 45 minutes. When i came back 15 mins before 5pm store was closing when I could have been done unloading with the extra 45mins. Ended up leaving the truck there over night to unload the next day. And it turns out during that night someone stole the gas from the truck with over a quarter of a tank… So they were unable to put gas in for us to move the truck on the other side to unload easily. So it took way longer then expected with this heat walking a distance. Finally someone came and offered help, which we asked for gas to move the truck closer to make this a lot easier. He did, we moved the truck and finished a lot quicker.

I was one of their clients since April I went in I was told that made mean how to get paid I don't know what the month and it was 3/4 by 8 which is a hundred something but they brought up a bill that was about 500 from number one day I've been having a hard time where they have stoled my phone they stoled a price list things that were in there and only they had you know like it to them cuz I didn't have a lock so the last time I wanted to get my stuff and one of the gentleman trying to become a supervisor very very very Dishonored me broke broke me into pieces it's just respecting me call me on my name is that now he even have my left arm off. So no I don't want nothing to do with that that face that I hope something he gets soon soon

I was still being billed after I moved my stuff out of storage. My first time using the U-Haul I was billed for an extra day. I had to call corporate to get my refund. The manager at the U-Haul said she could only give me a credit...which was a lie.

I moved out of the facility 3 weeks after renting it and informed uhaul.com, I then received a notice that my next payment was due I called spoke to uhaul representative who stated a note/message would be sent to this location and let them know to close my account out. 3 weeks later I get a late notice. I called uhaul once again. I hope this request for a rating is the end of that storage unit. This is the reason for. 4 star rating, if not for that I would give 5 stars.
