You don’t have enough people working at the U-Haul and sometimes I would have to wait a half hour to 40 minutes just for someone to help me inside the office.

Che C | First ImpressionsI am a long time frequent storage renter The only bone I have to pick with my site of storage is that often times outside of the facility there’s a lot of trash. Most of it has been blown in by the wind however, it does look pretty messy and not consistent with most U-Haul that I’ve been to, Edwin, the site manager Has been very helpful and respectful and eager to help the clients. I do appreciate his efforts.

I can call and ask questions they were very polite.
