Love everything I received. I had waited hours and i got free stuff for my wait and a month free on storage rental. So awesome!

I moved out of the facility 3 weeks after renting it and informed uhaul.com, I then received a notice that my next payment was due I called spoke to uhaul representative who stated a note/message would be sent to this location and let them know to close my account out. 3 weeks later I get a late notice. I called uhaul once again. I hope this request for a rating is the end of that storage unit. This is the reason for. 4 star rating, if not for that I would give 5 stars.
