Your office was so busy, that it took from 8:45 AM to 9:30 AM for me to get my reserved for 9 AM truck. I got back at 12:45 PM, and waited until 1:05 Pm, when a nice employee asked if I gassed it up and cleaned it. I told him yes, and he said I could go. I was please to not wait longer, but you need more people for checking in/out trucks.Brian R.

This review is from one inexperienced U-Haul user to another: If you are unable to get a hold of the U-Haul representative days prior to your pick-up date, call the place(s) you are directed to pick up from as delays are very much possible. Some ideas: since the customer has to make a phone reservation, the person answering the phone can enter the information requested in the computer in such a way that there is no need to re-enter it when the customer comes to pick up his rental. Change the way alternate contact info is obtained. There is no way that people will answer there phone with a call coming from Alaska when you live in Victorville Ca for verification. You should get alternate contact information prior to checking out your vehicle not at 8:00am the day of. .Shayne J.
First the store was 40min late opening. Then I get a truck that is sucking fumes and had to go to the gas station before I got on the road. I knew I had a 180 mile trip and it was going to be a long day. This put me more then an hour behind schedule. I needed that time to be able to get back from Orange County before traffic. Not to mention several things seemed to be wrong with the truck and when I tried to address it with the gentleman checking me back in he just got blown off. I am really not happy and spent 250 dollars and have to do this 2 more times and just not sure I can put my trust in a company who puts customer safety and and time last on the priority list. I would think that when you tell an employee that this truck needs to be looked at the FIRST thing you would ask is what is wrong but no and I an OK and next customer in lineNANCY M.

they opened up 20 minutes late, other people complaining while waiting for them to open. When I went to return moving truck, no body around to help me. I finally went inside after waiting for 15 minutes, guy says he will be right out to check in my truck, must of forgot about me cause I sat there waiting for another 15 minutes (30 minutes total now), guy never came out. I went and complained to someone else, then the first guy finally comes out and thanks me for my 'patience' only after pissing me off. Really?MICHAEL S.
this location was very poor in service, truck was not ready on time as promised, there are only two employees and neither of them knew i had made an online reservation to use my phone to pick up the vehicle, they do not rent dollys for one way trips! i was not advised at time of booking that i couldn't rent a dolly one way, the mileage on the truck was wrong at pick up and they couldn't change it, The truck was clean enough but not maintained, i had to add 2 qts of oil to bring the level n the dipstick, employee didn't care, waiting to hear from uhaul on charges and refund of guarantee. I would not recommend this location to anyone, it is very under staffed and needs way better managementJoshua O.
