I think U-Haul could do a little better with the condition of the trucks. Being the main location in Victorville. The reps are always courteous and helpful. Thank you U-Haul I got the job done

Quinton (I believe was his name) was super friendly and able to assist us. We had two vehicles on the road and one started having issues. We called ahead and when I got there he had things squared away already so we just needed to take care of paperwork.

I reserved a furniture dolly along with a 15’ truck and was told there were no dollies available, double booked the truck despite the fact that I reserved it the day prior and received the truck with only 50 miles left (almost on E). I notified the employee that helped me and was told I would get a $21.60 “discount” if I returned it with a quarter tank. I obviously didn’t do that due to the fact that in order for me to achieve this I would most likely be spending close to if not more than the allotted discount I would be getting making said discount a wash or a straight loss. What did they do to remedy this issue, they charged me almost 30 dollars for not dropping the truck off with a quarter tank despite being informed it wasn’t received with the “guaranteed” amount of gas and failed to tell me they would charge me for not returning it with more gas than what it had on pick up. If I could get 0 stars would.

The eletronic pick up didn’t work properly, the gas was not at half like it said, there was a homeless person sleeping on the ground in your parking lot. The truck was not clean and rides like a military truck..zero comfort.

Only thing that I didn't like is that the truck has a lock and it didn't work. I left the truck loaded over night and I didn't feel comfortable without being locked. Also I had to sweep the inside of the truck. I always ask if they are clean and they say yes but in reality they still have trash. Found a bottle in the front rolling around.

First, the agent who took my reservation did not place a note on it indicating my contractor would be picking up the truck like she said she would. This caused a series of problems when my contractor arrived to pick up the truck. Then she didn’t tell me the credit card I used to reserve the truck would not be used to pay for the rental causing problem No#2. Next the employee at the rental, Mathew, had a terrible attitude who wanted to cancel my reservation because he said I was being aggressive on the phone. Imagine that, I’m trying to resolve this issues over the phone and having your U-Haul employee giving me attitude. Great job of customer service. This man should be nowhere within a hundred feet from any customers. When I tried paying for the rental over the phone, he said are you sure you want to do that? What was he going to do? Commit fraud with my card information? So unprofessional. Then I got a truck with less than 1/4 tank of gas. So long U-Haul. I’ll go with budget from now on.

When I booked my reservation I was told I would get a 5 or 10% discount that did not happen on my contract.What can you do about that?Shouldn't tell people either going to get a discount?And then you don't give it to them

The U-Haul location on Lorner Drive next to Costco under the management of Edwin is simply . Outstanding great customer service staff kind, polite, and courteous. I do business there all the time as a property owner. I’m always in need of trailers to help my tenants. I would recommend that location over any other site in the whole high desert

Really wished I memorized their names but the guy that helped me at check in did a great job at communicating with me and helping me check in. I was lucky enough to be there early and saw how quickly and efficiently helped customer out in answering all of their questions and concerns and giving great recommendations. As for the guy that helped me check out, he made it super easy and convenient for me. I arrived at the location and in less than 5 seconds he was there to help me check out. In no way did I ever feel rushed and felt like I was arriving home. Highly recommend this location based on their seasoned employees

I reserved a truck with dolly and didn’t receive one then I called a rep send me to U-Haul place and they didn’t have a dolly but charged me. I should at least get compensation for driving all the way bck because ur rep told me she reserved it and they didn’t have one

I always use this location when I rent, which is probably about twice a year. But the girl that helped me was extremely unknowledgeable. She didn't put in the drop off location address that I tried to give her for my one way rental. Before i walked out, i noticed that the drop off showed the same city, and i went back in and told her it was wrong. She said "it didn't matter, just call this number when you're ready to drop off" and highlighted an 800 number on my receipt. I received a phone call from u haul, saying that there was a destination in the same city as where I started, which was wrong! I told her the city i was going to, and they tried saying that they were going to charge me extra and that I should've had it fixed immediately, which i TRIED TO DO! MY ONE WAY RENTAL was supposed to include 114 miles. I put 100 miles on the truck. And they tried to charge me for mileage! VERY dissatisfied with this experience!. Will NEVER use this location if that young lady is there. I think her name was Madelin M

Continue to have problems with your Uhaul facilities. I have utilized Uhaul, transportation and storage facilities many times over the last six or seven years as I have relocated several times. To my dismay, your system allows your sites to charge a customer even though they haven’t utilized any of your services. Why because so many of your facilities keep a debit card on file active. I don’t believe they ever asked me permission and I find charges after charges for monthly storage and rental service have not utilized. My bank Wells Fargo has pursued refunds on my behalf and I discovered this week that the Uhaul Victorville has charged me for October and November storage even though I vacated that storage facility on October 2. Because my bank took action, my card is no longer on file in Victorville and the young man there tells me that there is a procedure, but he’s waiting for assistance from someone so that I can get a refund of just over $300. Please I hope this is the last time.

I am a long time frequent storage renter The only bone I have to pick with my site of storage is that often times outside of the facility there’s a lot of trash. Most of it has been blown in by the wind however, it does look pretty messy and not consistent with most U-Haul that I’ve been to, Edwin, the site manager Has been very helpful and respectful and eager to help the clients. I do appreciate his efforts.

I just wanna thank U-Haul storage in Victorville California for giving me their service because I appreciate them holding my belongings for a year and eight months had access to payments access to my storage at any time and anytime I need to call. I can call and ask questions they were very polite. Worse storage place ever they were very rude and had no skill in being professional at all they never answer the phones and when you go to the actual location their somehow never in the there you have to wait for about 20-30mins or longer before someone comes back and realize it’s a line on top of that they were double billing me and never gave me a refund when I told the manager I was going to empty my storage he begged me not too because he needed the storage units filled up and that he apologizes for the double billing of my storage units that I had been renting for over a year I paid 2 times a month for 2 different storage units.

This store has the worst customer service. We waited over 10 minutes for anyone to even come into the store. We were there to close out a storage unit. The guy closed out the unit with the same number but a different location. We called and they said they would take care of it. We’ll they still charged us the next month’s rent. You can’t get ahold of them on the phone. Worst customer service ever!!! Go somewhere else!

Vehicle was on E when receiving, ran out while driving out. They put gas in with the gas can and vehicle still was not starting. They went and got another can of gas it finally started up after 45 minutes. When i came back 15 mins before 5pm store was closing when I could have been done unloading with the extra 45mins. Ended up leaving the truck there over night to unload the next day. And it turns out during that night someone stole the gas from the truck with over a quarter of a tank… So they were unable to put gas in for us to move the truck on the other side to unload easily. So it took way longer then expected with this heat walking a distance. Finally someone came and offered help, which we asked for gas to move the truck closer to make this a lot easier. He did, we moved the truck and finished a lot quicker.

I was one of their clients since April I went in I was told that made mean how to get paid I don't know what the month and it was 3/4 by 8 which is a hundred something but they brought up a bill that was about 500 from number one day I've been having a hard time where they have stoled my phone they stoled a price list things that were in there and only they had you know like it to them cuz I didn't have a lock so the last time I wanted to get my stuff and one of the gentleman trying to become a supervisor very very very Dishonored me broke broke me into pieces it's just respecting me call me on my name is that now he even have my left arm off. So no I don't want nothing to do with that that face that I hope something he gets soon soon

I was still being billed after I moved my stuff out of storage. My first time using the U-Haul I was billed for an extra day. I had to call corporate to get my refund. The manager at the U-Haul said she could only give me a credit...which was a lie.

I moved out of the facility 3 weeks after renting it and informed uhaul.com, I then received a notice that my next payment was due I called spoke to uhaul representative who stated a note/message would be sent to this location and let them know to close my account out. 3 weeks later I get a late notice. I called uhaul once again. I hope this request for a rating is the end of that storage unit. This is the reason for. 4 star rating, if not for that I would give 5 stars.
