But for the most part, Trucks & Equipment cleaned and maintained pretty well. and i do like the fact that this location lets customers rent certain Trucks via mobile services. with out having to wait till they open and stand in line. I had reserved a 26 footer and was given the keys to go outside to look for it. It was no where to be found on the lot. I came back inside and the person inside exchanged it for a 20 footer. He did give me a discount but unfortunately I had to make 2 trips instead of one because of the smaller size which caused my bill to double because of the mileage. I was to tired to complain but I believe I shouldn't have to pay the extra for the mileage.TISHA P.

One person working at the counter, there was a long wait to get my truck. When I got it someone was syphoning out the gas so instead of having half a tank I had less than 1/4 tank. I had to put gas in it even before I could use it. When I turned the truck back in it had more gas than when I left with it.KIMBERLEY W.

The Staff at several locations that I was sent to were great. U-Hauls policies and availability for one-way rental trailers is terrible. Even though I had a reservation two months in advance I had to drive a hundred miles to pick up a trailer that was available for round trips at the local shop. Then I was sent another 50 miles to pick up a utility dolly. They had utility dollies at the location where I picked up the trailer but they were only four in town use.Randall M.

Associates must be more willing to engage with customers. Seemed like I was a nuisance just being there. I made my reservation online and paid for the rental but was still asked for more info once in store.....what's the purpose of Uhaul's online reservation/check-in if it still take another 15 minutes to finish the rental agreement stuff. I was asked for 3 phone contacts....WHY? Associate attempted to verify the numbers but when no one answered, he asked for another number.....simply ridiculous and unacceptable! When I refused to give out further personal info, he said do you have a other ID such as military ID. I gladly handed that to him. He then completed the rental agreement without delay. What if I was not military affiliated...did he want all my contacts? I told him people are working at his time plus the fact this day and age, rarely does anyone answer a call from a number they don't know. Even if it comes up as U-Haul....most people won't answer thinking it a sales call. C'mon people, get with the program,,,,I understand that you may need another contact but 3? Respectfully, DR. The lack of human involvement made the transaction confusing and hard . Even though I went in and got it. The app would not work to verify condition (all scratched up) the agent just told me to take pictures. the bill is still not final and presented to my account. They gave us the runaround! Employees should be more educated on sizes of equipment and what is able to be hauled without us having to do all the research. They also told us they had no trailers sent us to another location. When we arrived office hours 8-5 yet was closed for the rest of the day. Corporate sent us back to the first location. I was one of their clients since April I went in I was told that made mean how to get paid I don't know what the month and it was 3/4 by 8 which is a hundred something but they brought up a bill that was about 500 from number one day I've been having a hard time where they have stoled my phone they stoled a price list things that were in there and only they had you know like it to them cuz I didn't have a lock so the last time I wanted to get my stuff and one of the gentleman trying to become a supervisor very very very Dishonored me broke broke me into pieces it's just respecting me call me on my name is that now he even have my left arm off. I moved out of the facility 3 weeks after renting it and informed uhaul.com, I then received a notice that my next payment was due I called spoke to uhaul representative who stated a note/message would be sent to this location and let them know to close my account out. 3 weeks later I get a late notice.
