Get customers IN and OUT Quicker!!!! Had a reservation for 10am. Got to Uhaul at 9:15am and didn’t pull out of there till 10:45am. ??????????

The person who helped me was joking around and gave me the wrong trailer that I was requesting. He did fix it in the yard but his joking around took longer to get the rental completed and I was in a hurry

Very Great Experience. The truck had a problem with the back closing and we called it in and they sent someone out and Bryan (Brian) came out fast and fixed it even faster and showed us how to properly use the lock so it didn't happen again :) thank you for being awesome and for the Great Customer Service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ! :)

On March 22 I was given a drop off location of "15139 Anacapa Road, Victorville, CA 92392 http://uhaul.com/s/071C8E5450" which is a business called "Anacapa Self Storage" but has no facilities for returning U-Haul equipment. We then tried to find an alternative site to return the trailer and reached an agent in Atlanta who then directed (via text) to a telephone number called "Scheduling Agent" who, after we had found another local U-Haul store, directed us to that very store. Too much hassle!!

Better reservation process. I was told to pick up a truck in phelan which was pretty far drive from were I was. When I arrived to phelan propane I was told that there was no reservation made for the truck. Luckily they still had a truck available. So on my way back I received a call from another uhaul rental facility on Palmdale rd. In victorville. that was confirming a pick up for a truck. This facility is a lot closer than the one in phelan. Which is where I should have been sent to from the beginning.

I guess you guys don't have military discount in person this is the first time I've ever had this issue and honestly I'm not pleased I will not be returning to this Uhaul and if it doesn't change isn't going to get worse

This company needs to inform customers that they need to include the trip home from Uhaul location and count those miles as well. I calculated the mileage from my home to the home I was moving to, which added up to 12 miles. I used it up on the way home. They give you no leway... and that should be revealed at the time of rental agreement finalization. That's cheating customers, and the mileage we pay for is used up, then we have to pay for extra mileage during our move and returning equipment back to location. That's cheating customers out of extra fees for mileage.

The people were nice and friendly. David was really helpful. Why is there veterans discounts? The wait time is kind of long to pick up and drop off a vehicle, but overall it was a great experience. I guess because when you’re being helped they really make you feel important and welcome. They answer any questions you may have, too.

I waited over 2 hours waiting for help. Our rental wasn't there but we made reservations. The guy behind the desk kept disappearing. Equipment finally attached but not working claimed our vehicle was the issue. We went and found another rental (not uhaul) and equipment worked perfect. The guy didn't seem to wanna try. He asked his manager for help but he didn't want to. We request our refund and it took over half hour for that. It was a nightmare!

All went well with reserving online and picking up a trailer and refrigerator dolly. Friendly service from all I encountered.

Check out took more than an hour for just the paperwork, compared to the ten or less minutes to hook me up. Then when it came to the after-hours check in. I spent more than an hour and a half trying to make it work on my phone. I called the help line twice and at the end of the day I was not able to return the trailer with the app/ online. I'll say this: because if this experience with U-Haul I am now in the market to buy a trailer, just so I don't have to deal with all the red tape and paperwork that comes with renting a trailer for U-Haul.

Your process is to much 1. Taking my card # , coded number on the back and my zip code. How are you guys keeping my information safe? 2. Then a picture of me and all the information again and copy’s of my license. Once again how are you keeping my Id and information safe? If I didn’t do an order that need to get picked up I would of never used the service. It’s to much and did not see how you kept our I’d safe guarded

Even do they only had 2 employees working and there was a lot of customers waiting Joshua Baca was able to multitask and help two customers at the same time, he was the best , super nice, very professional and very helpful... Arrived with only 1 customer ahead of me who was returning a vehicle, the 1 employee behind the counter at no point made contact with me. After the customer walked out the employee did too but at no point said anything like “I’ll be right back” or “I’ll be right with you”, simply didn’t acknowledge the fact he had a customer waiting. He finally comes back in with a family that arrived AFTER me ( I watched them pull in) and started helping them and still didn’t acknowledge me. During the time he was assisting them 4 other customers arrived and he looked but never said anything to any of us and didn’t call for another associate. After he finished doing the rental for them he was taking them out to show them their rental and again said nothing to anybody as he was walking out so I finally spoke up out of frustration and asked “hey bro since apparently we’re invisible and you have terrible service skills, can you call someone to help please?” He stopped, grabbed his radio and called for another associate and said “there, I called someone to help you out” and walked away. The owner finally came in about 10 minutes after and the employee could be seen wandering around outside and texting on his phone but never came back in even though by the time I finally got my rental, there were 6 other customers.

Did not receive email confirmation upon returning the trailer later that evening,personnel did not verify that the dolly was inside of the trailer I did get a call the next day. Personal did look in the trailer the next day and did find the dolly inside. Picking up trailer was very fast and efficient.
