They gave us the runaround! Employees should be more educated on sizes of equipment and what is able to be hauled without us having to do all the research. They also told us they had no trailers sent us to another location. When we arrived office hours 8-5 yet was closed for the rest of the day. Corporate sent us back to the first location. I was one of their clients since April I went in I was told that made mean how to get paid I don't know what the month and it was 3/4 by 8 which is a hundred something but they brought up a bill that was about 500 from number one day I've been having a hard time where they have stoled my phone they stoled a price list things that were in there and only they had you know like it to them cuz I didn't have a lock so the last time I wanted to get my stuff and one of the gentleman trying to become a supervisor very very very Dishonored me broke broke me into pieces it's just respecting me call me on my name is that now he even have my left arm off. Can't even begin to say how bad this experience was. 1st of all moving sucks. We all know this. I booked my truck over 2 weeks ago. I show up to pick it up. It was unavailable because of a cut fuel line. But who really knows why?? I was like no biggie I have a 3 day weekend. I was promised a truck the next morning at 530 Am and I could online check in and go so i could beat the 109 degree heat. I check in on line your site takes me to a customer service line. After waiting in queue on the phone for 20 min I get a rep. He says he'll transfer me to the mgr of the store I'm at. Well of course they were closed an automated message hangs up on me. Another half hour on the phone get another rep she says they didn't leave the key in the lock box and I have to wait till 9Am when they open. So I had to wait 3 and a half hours in a dodgy neighborhood to get a truck at 9 AM that I was supposed to have the day before at 7 Am. U haul sucks! I had to move all my small items in my VW Gti the first day during 109 degree heat. And my bigger items the next in 109 degree heat. I needed this truck early to avoid that. I booked this truck over 2 weeks ago. Your employees need to please share what they're smoking because it's obviously the good shit.David R.

Not allowing the use of the utility trailers for over 3 days is ridiculous, I rented it for 3 days and brought it back at the end of the day, I rented at Apex rentals for 10 days and it only cost me 192.00, compared to uhaul cost of 105. for 3 daysFrancisco L.

Dojo was incredibly helpful. There was a mistake on my original reservation. I had an open trailer but I needed an enclosed one and he fixed it right away. U-Haul is a poorly run company that doesn't not effectively facilitate communication between franchises. The reality is that the franchise that you set up the reservation with does not care about the schedule of the U-Box once it leaves their facility. The franchise that receives the U-box does not care about any schedule that was previously agreed to. Very poor communication between franchises that delays the arrival of your U-box by about 5-6 days. This problem may be unique to U-Box itself, but it's safe to say I won't ever use one again.Jared G.

How about help someone next time, my uhaul truck broke the back sliding door and Noone helped me, I wanted a different truck wouldn't even do that for me, told me I had to speak with road side assistance to fix it but I was on hold for soooo long I never even got to speak with someone from road side so that wasn't much help, so I had to make the door work, and all day had to deal with a door that was over a hundred pounds to open or closeCody B.

We were given keys & told to find our truck, it wasn't brought up for us. The truck ran out of gas before we got it off the uhaul property. Corporate needs to fence this property. Vehicle needed brakes, they were horrible. $40.00 in gas only took us 15 miles before the low fuel light came on, so we put in another $20.00 just to be sure we made it back for drop off. The movers themselves worked very hard and got everything in 5 boxes however, they did not cover any of our belongings with furniture pads which I expected would be done. And more, I rented a van you it's show on pashas 1/4 gasoline but the van stopped itself after I drive not enough 3 miles , the gasoline out, I told you guys about this when I returned van, one fake guy said give me $30 gasoline deposit when next rent, but nobody say yes and nothing to prove it. I arrived at 1150am walked in and there were 2 other customers in there all ready and no staff around about 1210pm a staff member showed up to help us I was finally helped at 1225pm as far as I can tell there were only 3 employees working And now about the truck I had a 10' truck Reserved as I went out to the truck after getting checked out found that both windows were rolled down and the odour coming out of the truck was combination of a heavy cigarette smoker and someone that hasn't taken a bath in 2 weeks and it was out of gas to the point where it would not make it to a gas station The only good was the other staff member that helped me after Discovery the odour instead of locating another 10' truck just upgraded me to a 15' truck at no extra chargeMatthew C.

Arrived at 7:15 for an 8am appointment. Waited until 8:30 to be able to get the truck. Employee was great, but overwhelmed. I have a bad back, and had nowhere to sit, stood for 1 hour 15 minutes in pain. When I got the truck up to about 20 mph, made a horrible squealing noise, felt vibrations in the pedal. Not sure if it was transmission or power steering, but sounded horrible. When assigned the truck, it was stuck behind two other trucks, had to go back to the office and have someone move them. Tried to leave and exit was blocked by a delivery truck, had to maneuver through a small space to leave the facility.Scott M.

I moved out of the facility 3 weeks after renting it and informed uhaul.com, I then received a notice that my next payment was due I called spoke to uhaul representative who stated a note/message would be sent to this location and let them know to close my account out. 3 weeks later I get a late notice.
