You need more help at this place. If my reservation is at 9am, I don't want to have to wait a half hour in line to pick up a rental and wait I'm a line when I drop it off. This happened on two occasions when I rented. A stressful and unpleasant experience. I will not rent from here again and not recommend to others. Terrible place.James A.

I made a reservation two weeks ago at the location. I called 3 days before pick up and was told I didn't have a reservation. They set one up over the phone. Then,,,,No truck when I showed for pickup. Customer rep rude. A truck happened to come in that was for someone else but he gave it to since I was so frustrated. When he realized I was upset with him he started being nicer. You really should have 2 or 3 people working on a Saturday morning at this location. Too many customers move or need trailers on a Saturday and one person behind the counter can't take care of them. Also, when I returned the van around 1:30 pm, there were trailers and cube trucks lined up all the way to the street because the one guy working was too busy to move them out of the way. People who came after me had to park their returned rentals out on the street.Melody W.
I tried renting from the Baraboo location and it was a nightmare. Finally while I was there to pickup the trailer it was so frustrating I cancelled. I arranged to pickup a trailer at the Westtown Madison location and everything from reservation to final return was flawless. Will use the Westtown location in the futureDave H.

Double check the trailer connections. A Uhaul employee connected my trailer, but did not tighten down the ball connection. When I started to load the car on the auto transport the trailer tongue lifted off the ball hitch. Luckily the trailer did not roll and damage my truck.David V.

I made a reservation for a cargo van weeks in advance but since they didn't have vans some called and asked if I would be willing to take a 10 ft truck at the same price. It was in convenient but I agreed but when I checked out through the app the rental was the same but safe move was more. I shouldn't have to pay more for your inventory issues especially when I was told it would cost the same.Stephen L.

The person who helped me was quite good. I bought a ball mount for my hitch in order to rent a trailer. He recommended the correct one, reversed the ball and installed it. Your salesman also hooked up the trailer and the lights and got me on my way.Kenneth S.

I made a reservation online for a storage unit. Before we left St. Louis to drive the U-Haul truck to Madison Wisconsin to put things in storage for a couple of months for my daughter I confirmed that the reservation was there online and all set. When we actually got to the U-Haul location, we were told that there was no unit available in the size that I had reserved. We were told that the reservation was not really a reservation. Fortunately we were able to divideThings between a smaller unit and we were able to find someone we knew in Madison to let us put things in their house. If it is not really a reservation it should not be advertised as such. Or they should have an option to pay money upfront to actually reserve the unit.Barbara C. | First Impressions
Everything was great until I moved out and process was done. Then you filled out my information wrong for my unit that I have left in March and had a lien on me for not paying for April and May. The last two times I was there I notice a larger dumpster that held more garbage.
