The trailer was listed as a 5x8 but it was really only 4’2” across. Wasn’t a problem but could have been if what I needed to haul was wider. Exact measurements of the equipment would be nice.

All paperwork should be completed at the time of turn-in. I would have explained the discrepancies at that time with the fuel level marked.

Morgan is outstanding - he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure all customers (not just us) were taken care of every time we stopped in over the last 4 months. The young gentleman that helped hook up the car carrier and load the car was friendly and got us on our way quickly.

When I picked up the truck yesterday there was a half full coke in the cup holder. There was an appliance dolly rolling around the back, and a pile of unfolded blankets. I used neither. There was a bottle cap and an disposable earplug on the floor. I returned the truck exactly as I found it...and was charged a cleaning fee. The drivers side door did not close properly, and the truck had no backup alarm.

Only one person was working when I arrived to pick up my truck. It took way too long to get processed. Unacceptable to me.

The gentleman who helped us was exceedingly helpful and friendly. Because of the service he provided, I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family.

The manager, Morgan Smith, was once again extremely helpful, courteous and professional. I highly recommend this location and I use it regularly when I need to rent a vehicle for a delivery job.

Only one person on duty; makes for slow service.

This is the 2nd time I used this store for my moving needs. Both times went smoothly for the most part. They were having computer issues this last time, no fault of their own, which slowed things down a bit. But when I asked to upgrade to a larger trailer, they were able to accommodate me with no problem. I would use this location again.

The customer service representative gave me a tip on saving money.

Include valid mileage estimates instead of overcharging for mileage less than the trip.

It was good experience. No waiting while pick up and drop. Thanks for your business.

Moved things along well even though it was a weekend and they were quite busy. Good job !

Long line. I took care of everything online, and my time at the counter was less than two minutes. Everyone ahead of me, on the other hand, took closer to ten minutes. So I wound up waiting close to an hour. An express pickup line for those who took care of everything online, in advance, would be helpful.

I rented over the phone, it was a disaster. The U Haul guy had me on speaker phone, it was impossible to understand him. Even after I complained he did nothing to improve. He also reserved the wrong trailer. Great service when I picked the trailer up at 8:00.

I was charged for a dolly that i didn't rent - contract to prove it. I was charged for cleaning - the truck was spotless. I called customer support who said the invoice would be reviewed and i would hear back within three business days. It has been four full business days and have heard nothing. This is theft. Also, when i went to pick up the truck there was an employee skateboarding pretty uncontrolled. The board kicked out several times, and almost hit my girlfriend's car as she waited for me to get the truck. He would try a trick and then shout and swear loudly when he missed the trick (which was constant). It was really annoying and unprofessional, but more importantly almost damaged our property. The actual guy who rented me the truck was good though - the only redeeming quality for this location.

Clarify how things like blankets and dollies are handled. It seems like these things are always forgotten. Who is responsible for and Ensuring the feet in the truck?

I tried using the self check out app. When I arrived the app told me where to find the vehicle except I couldn't find it. I had to go inside and wait in line only to find out that the app incorrectly shows where the vehicles are and the correct area can't be seen from the area shown by the app. When I finally found the vehicle the app told me that it had tried to call my alternate contact but they hadn't answered. Nowhere does the app say that it needs to contact the person before I could take the vehicle. Most alternate contacts are for use only if there is a problem. I was told it was to confirm my identity because apparently a picture of my drivers license and a picture of me weren't enough. I decided to go inside again to finish check in. The clerk brought the vehicle around and checked gas/mileage/etc before turning the vehicle over to me. When I got in the low tire pressure light was on. I had to go back inside and wait in line again to get the problem resolved. I finally was able to use the vehicle. When I returned the vehicle I followed the directions posted - I pulled up to the return area and waited with my vehicle as directed. After waiting about 10 minutes with no one showing up another vehicle pulled up to the front door, the driver went inside and immediately returned with a clerk to check him in. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes despite the fact that a) I followed the directions as posted (and that I've followed multiple times in the past) and b) the clerk should have seen my vehicle was first in line but still chose to serve the other customer first. His reply when I mentioned it to him was, "oh, I didn't see you pull up." Isn't that his job? None of your processes work as stated. The app has bad information and is ridiculously cumbersome to use. Following posted instructions don't result in being served. How long would I have had to wait before someone came out even though I was doing exactly as instructed. I have used this location for more than 5 years. It used to be very well run and efficient. My last 2 experiences have been terrible. I will likely not use this location again.
