Red Velvet Cheesecake Cake recipe - from RecipeGirl.com Red Velvet Cheesecake Cake Red Velvet Cheesecake Cake Red Velvet Cheesecake Cake Red Velvet Cheesecake Cake Red Velvet Cheesecake Cake Red Velvet Cheesecake Cake Red Velvet Cheesecake Cake Red Velvet Cheesecake Cake Red Velvet Cheesecake Cake Yield: 12 to 14 servings Prep Time: 1 hour + cooling and chill times Cook Time: 1 hour and 15 minutes Red Velvet Cheesecake Cake This recipe has a few steps to it, but it's all worth it in the end! It's easiest to make the cheesecake layer one day and then assemble the rest of the cake the next. Ingredients: CHEESECAKE: •Two (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, at room temperature •2/3 cup granulated white sugar •pinch of salt •2 large eggs •1/3 cup sour cream •1/3 cup heavy whipping cream •1 teaspoon vanilla extract RED VELVET CAKE: •2 1/2 cups all purpose flour •1 1/2 cups granulated white sugar •3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (not Dutch process) •1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda •1 teaspoon salt •2 large eggs, at room temperature •1 1/2 cups vegetable or canola oil •1 cup buttermilk •1/4 cup (two 1-ounce bottles) red food coloring •2 teaspoons vanilla extract •2 teaspoons white vinegar CREAM CHEESE FROSTING: •2 1/2 cups powdered sugar, sifted lightly to remove any lumps •Two (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, at room temperature •1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature •1 tablespoon vanilla extract Report this ad Directions: 1.Prepare the cheesecake layer: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Place a large roasting pan on the lower third rack of the oven. Place a kettle of water on the stove to boil. Spray a 9-inch springform pan with nonstick spray and line the bottom with a round of parchment paper. Wrap a double layer of foil around the bottom and up the sides of the pan (you want to seal it so the water from the water bath doesn't seep into the pan). In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to mix the cream cheese- blend until it is nice and smooth and creamy. Mix in sugar and salt and blend for 2 minutes, scraping down sides of the bowl as needed. Add eggs, one at a time, blending after each addition. Finally, mix in sour cream, whipping cream and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Set the pan into the roasting pan in the pre-heated oven. Carefully pour the hot water from your kettle into the roasting pan (it will fill the pan surrounding the cheesecake). Pour enough water so that there is about an inch of water coming up the foil along the sides of the cheesecake pan. Bake the cheesecake for 45 minutes. It should be set to the touch and not jiggly. Remove the cheesecake from the roasting pan and let it cool on a wire rack for at least an hour. When it has cooled, place the pan into the freezer and let t

The office tried to charge me double from what the online quote said. It wasn't until I requested an itemized list that they agreed to correct it. They then asked me what my estimated mileage would be, I told them 30. They charged me upfront. My idea was that they would either refund me or charge me the difference afterwards. When I returned the uhaul, I had only used 14 miles. They said they couldn't refund me the difference. I ended up paying for 30 miles.

Very little interaction - asked about our experience and I said truck was poor. No follow on questions asked by U haul staff. Seemed they did not know how to respond or did not care.

would like to thank everyone I was dealing with at the U-Haul. I was in a tight spot when I moved back from Florida and they really took care of me. Peter is awesome along with everyone I spoke with on the phone. I will recommend this location to family, friends and anyone I hear talking about needing a moving vehicle. Thanks again. James.

The drop off was a little confusing, I understood I was to drop off in Stoughton,WI. but when it came time to drop off I called for directions to the UHaul in Stoughton, was told I was scheduled to drop off in McFarland, it was no problem since I knew where McFarland was, but still was confusing, was waiting for the phone call looking for the truck.

From reserving my trailer online, picking up and returning to the same location, everything was seamless. Staff was extremely courteous, polite and helpful.

Not much, if anything!! Agent was very friendly, helpful, willing to help hook up trailer in a snowstorm.

Robert Alexander was very knowledgeable and helpful. Not only that but he was engaging and made my experience at U Haul fun, which is not usually the case.

Staff was not knowledgeable about scheduling policies, in particular about drop-off

This place is too confusing. The instructions are confusing to understand. There is no big arrow that says drop keys here. You have to find the key box and hope it gets to the worker tomorrow.

Nothing customer service was excellent

Both pickup and drop off locations were excellent. However, when I reserved the truck online I choose to drop the vehicle off at a location that no longer deals with U-Haul - an auto body shop on Lisa Lane in Middleton, WI. You probably want to remove this site from your location options. Otherwise, very pleased. Thank you.

Windshield wipers inadequate. No check through upon pickup. Customer initiated questions on ramp operation and fuel. Transmission didn't shift smoothly. High mileage vehicle for the long trip (@77,000).

Overcharged dollies (used two but charged three) and didn't give me the receipt or the breakdown. Totally scam

The 10' truck had major mechanical issues. I could not maintain rpm going up slight inclines, was in the "red" when my foot was on the pedal maintaining speed. I did not have a heavy load (no dressers, sofa, etc...baby crib, wheel barrow, boxes of clothes and dining chairs). The only time in the "green" was when my foot was off the gas pedal.
