Every time I go to this location they are low staff take forever and do not have the equipment that they promised over the phone. It might be because someone from a central call center promises one thing and when you arrive they have no clue what your talking about. Not to mention they dont even smile

Only problem I had was I returned after hours so attempted to use your website return. It would not acknowledge that I was in correct return location and would not allow me to proceed. There happened to be someone there (assume it was the manager) working outside, and he told me I could just leave the truck and he would contact me if there were any issues. Had he not happened to be there, the fact that the website program didn't permit me to complete check in would have meant I would have had to come back the next day to return the truck - I would not have been at all happy about that.

I was charged for using the dolly when I did not. I DID order it online but I changed my mind during the move and ended up never using it (the green seal was not broken upon return). I still was charged.

There was usually only one worker at the counter and sign up was painfully slow. The slowness and tedium was due to the system, not the employee.

The vehicle driver's side door would not shut properly....I felt compelled to hold it the entire time. But that's minor compared to the service I received. The staff was EXTREMELY rude, particularly Claude (I believe that was his name). I could enumerate the particulars of that visit but without exception every interaction with the man was distasteful. The younger man with him was only in training but unprofessional and juvenile in his actions. The entire experience was negative and felt equally by two other customers who were in the building around the same time. I would go out of my way to discourage anyone from utilizing this business.

One person available to handle traffic on a Sat. and Sunday. No communication. Manager that was on site not friendly. Seemed more worried about his lunch than the customers. Had his plate of food sitting on the check in counter right in front of the customers as he continued to eat while checking people in. Very unprofessional.

When I picked up the truck the GM confirmed the moving items I needed which were moving blankets and when he gave me a truck, I assumed they were there. When l got home to load there were none. Poor customer service especially from GM - I feel like you should always double check before the customer leaves to ensure they have everything they needed and requested.

There was only one person working the front counter when we picked up the truck so there was a long wait but the person at the counter (Peter) was very efficient and friendly and did a great job.

Please figure out what went wrong on this transaction and train personnel better to understand the implications of a contract. She was also very insensitive about the trouble it would have caused us to go to another location 30 minutes away at 5pm in the evening on a Friday after we had just flown in from California. The drop off was very easy. The general manager let us go in 2 minutes. Strangely he could not find the van we had returned on his system though! Hopefully our final settlement will turn out ok.

I don't think the problem is with the store I'm pretty sure it's with corporate. My first reservation was lost. My second reservation was cut in half because someone else needed the truck. I didn't bring the truck back exactly on time and was charged 50 extra dollars. It was awful I would never recommend U-Haul and I'll never use them again
