From beginning to end they were friendly, informative, helpful and patient. Suggestions: Do something about your van drivers' seats. It was the most uncomfortable seat in a rental truck I have had, especially after driving 50 miles. Secondly, I was given 3/ 4 tank to start. Please have the tank filled. Try explaining to a gas station attendant that barely speaks English that you just want to get to 3/4 of a tank or a certain number of gallons (based on a guess with your little chart) while he has other customers to serve. I got frustrated and just had the tank filled. At least give an estimated credit for someone who does that. Third suggestion: Have the office phone number available on the paperwork you get on pick up and have it pointed out.
PETER TPaid to have storage in a climate controlled area. Clearly was not the case. It smelled musty, drop ceiling titles looked like they recent water damage. Furniture was covered in mold and mildew upon inspecting after moving furniture out of storage unit. Would not recommend to any family and friends.
