The people at this location are super nice and helpful. Truck was clean and drove well enough through the falling snow and unplowed roads. Location was easy to find. It maybe could use a few more parking spaces, but that might have been made worse by the snow. I would recommend this location and U-Haul in general because they have many truck sizes to choose from and the price is reasonable.

System was bad. Had to manually put in information, copy and paste. Card reader didn’t work. Manually put in wrong card number. Took very long to get truck. After leaving got 4 calls asking when I was coming in to get the truck. Told them I picked up truck. One call was to give card number again because payment didn’t go through. Then upon returning truck about 7 hours later I got call asking when I was going to return it saying I was 4 hours late. I told them I had it for 24hrs and returned it only after 7 hours use. You have the truck. Didn’t even know they had it even though I dropped it off, they inspected it and gave me receipt. Worst U-Haul rental. Now I have to check to see if they didn’t charge me multiple times. They did not know what they were doing.

First of all the van I rented was given to me full of trash. After I told the guy that handed me the keys and he went outside and took the trash out, taking time away from my 4hr rental.
Second the miles that were on the truck didn’t match what the contract said. I told the guy again and took pictures of the dash when I took it and when dropping it off. I was told not to worry that everything would be fixed in the system. Well nothing was done and now I’m being overcharged double the amount that I was told. I’m still trying to the issue resolved, hopefully I get my money back.

I used U-Haul storage facility for close to four years if not a little bit longer. I never had any problems at all if I ever had any questions the staff that was there was very kind and courteous and very professional. If I ever need storage in the near future I would definitely use U-Haul.

The gentlemen who took care of us when we returned our truck rental was absolutely great. He set us up with our storage unit and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied and all our questions were answered! Great customer service! I would definitely recommend!

it is infested with mice, rats ,& squirls!! they will not tell you if your door falls off track, you things will be ruined & you will get sick trying to move out!
i sincerely hope the health department comes soon

The storage units have rats and mice .. I do NOT recommend anyone to rent a storage there . This is the location in Waukegan IL on Lewis ...The storage unit was around $165 a mont with no AC and you are guaranteed to get rats and mice 🐀 in your furniture and stuff... super disgusting
Please save your money and rent somewhere else

My storage had to be infested with rat or mice.It was poop everywhere. They ate a whole in my Fur jacket, couch, clothes and mattress. Ive never been so disgusted in my life and I'm 47 years old.

When I called U-Haul on Saturday and set everything up I was quoted a price of 210 something for the truck a car hauling trailer and a storage bin when I got there on Sunday they charged me 150 more
