they tried to charge me $48 more than when I went up there they act like they didn’t know what I was talking about but it was definitely trying to take $48 off my cash app. I showed them and the guy said he was confused and what was going on too you running the store, but you don’t know what’s going on never will I ever refer anyone to them

The gentleman who helped us make our reservation over the phone was incredibly professional & pleasant. When we arrived to pick up the truck this morning, we were thrilled to find his phone etiquette was genuine. We were greeted warmly & promptly taken care of. True, authentic customer service like this is so rare these days, where we've become accustomed to impersonal, scripted interactions. If Davelle isn’t already a manager, he would be an ideal candidate for your management trainee program. As a business owner, I would hire him on the spot based on our phone and in-person interactions. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Davelle and this U-Haul location!

Your system is very slow. The checking out process took much longer due to the young man being unable to pull up the end of contract questionnaire. He had to back out and go back in starting over 3 times. The guy at the counter said to bare with them because they're system was slow. Get faster and better internet speed please. The young man who checked me out was very professional, polite and tried so hard to get it completed but his hands were tied. He still did an outstanding job! Thank you Uhaul for your service. Highly recommend!!!

There’s just a blatant disregard for common courtesy or customer service when the employees don’t want to deal with work. If your store is close please post a sign or lock your door. I doubt I’ll be using this location again. I rent uhauls regularly for our business but this location will not be getting my business anymore

The three young men that were there on Saturday July 3rd at 10am gave exceptional, polite service. Daniel was new and the young man that was training him was answering all of his questions. You could tell he wants him to be comfortable and understand. It’s was nice to see! Buy them lunch!

Extremely friendly and helpful. Great staff, and as a business owner, I know how hard it is to hire good people. All three people on that shift were great. Your technology, however, is lacking. The app did not work. I tried the website from my phone, also could not get the rental picked up. Plus it's almost impossible to see my phone to take pictures in the sunshine. Even when the app is working, it's not a great app. Needs a lot of work. I also have a huge issue with you not accepting our vehicle insurance. I not only have a personal automobile policy, I have a business BOP that covers rentals. I specifically added that coverage for situations like this, but you want to charge me the full value if there's any damage upon return. Because of this, I cannot see us renting from you in the future.

The staff at this facility are rude and unprofessional! I’ve told them 5 times now that we’re not renting this space any more, and they still call, email, and send snail mail to me. I called yesterday and Keegan was an extremely poor listener who then actually hung up on me! I talked to the “manager” 6 weeks ago and told him we were walking away from #119, but the harassment continues! I’ll never rent from U-Haul again!

There was 2 ladies working when I returned the van. The afro american lady printed me out a receipt and advised my total was $48 and some change, however my charge to my card was $67 and some change, Up front I said 20 miles but I did not use no where near that. The hisspnuc girl therw. Ahe had blue hair kept talking to the afro american girl while she was attempting to clisw me out. I had to ask her to let her finish checking me out....NOT PROFESSIONAL. Then I was attempting to purchase more of the 4 pack storage bags, they couldnt locate how to scan them so I wasnt able to buy. CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING IS NEEDED!!!! Earlier that same day when I went to pick up the van. BRANDON had no issue in ring me up for 2 packs of the packing bags.

Thank you for watching over my belongings 24 hours a day for every day that I left it at uhaul. I couldn't keep them with 24 hours a day. I So it was really helpful to have uhaul there for me.

The gentlemen who took care of us when we returned our truck rental was absolutely great. He set us up with our storage unit and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied and all our questions were answered! Great customer service! I would definitely recommend!

it is infested with mice, rats ,& squirls!! they will not tell you if your door falls off track, you things will be ruined & you will get sick trying to move out! i sincerely hope the health department comes soon

The storage units have rats and mice .. I do NOT recommend anyone to rent a storage there . This is the location in Waukegan IL on Lewis ...The storage unit was around $165 a mont with no AC and you are guaranteed to get rats and mice 🐀 in your furniture and stuff... super disgusting Please save your money and rent somewhere else

My storage had to be infested with rat or mice.It was poop everywhere. They ate a whole in my Fur jacket, couch, clothes and mattress. Ive never been so disgusted in my life and I'm 47 years old.
