Moving forward when picking up the UHaul. They should mention theres an email for them, for when they return the UHaul at the drop off location. Before leaving the premises they should open there yahoo email and finish the return contract. It would've been better if I knew about that email. I would've use it before leaving the premises. Everyone should be treated as if they never rented a vehicle. New rules new equipment /technology for the rules and regulations not everyone is tech savvy Please don't assume because you have been there xxx amount of years and that you know the rules and regulations that everyone should know it.. or understand how quickly your being processed that everyone understands at the same level. Check in was pretty smooth Customer service was a little rough.. Returned the vehicle and had no clue of the return check in process.. Was rushed and not sure why but felt like I was a victim not a customer..Christy A.
