The rack that slides into the truck was broken and was difficult to slide back in after use. Upon return we told the employees and one said he new the truck was like that. Take the truck out or fix it.

The experience was flawless. I arrived at 12 for my reservation and Sylvia was extremely efficient and I was on my way in less than 5 minutes. The truck was clean-and new with inly 148 mils on it. taking the truck back-check out-was even easier, less than 2 minutes and I was on my way. I will recommend to all my friends.

My rental wasn't ready as I was told it will. Had to wait for almost 3 hours resulting in me being late for work! I called customer service 5 times after got transferred multiple times, finally spoke to Tyler. I expressed my concerns and disappointments he offered me a discount on my rental , but I didn't get when I returned the truck. The gentleman who charged my credit card basically didnt care and seemed annoyed. He didn't care to check or call customer service , and said he had nothing to do with it" Tyler never noticed the account and I was charged full price for such a poor service!

When I picked up my order, on Sunday the 22nd, there was a long wait and there were issues with the computer system. Also, the first trailer that was brought out was not what I ordered, it was an uncovered, not a covered trailer. Besides these small issues, the staff was cordial and did a good job of helping me. The were apologetic about the aforementioned issues. My drop off experience was much smoother.

I rented a trailer recently for two days atvthis location in Waukegan and the service could not have been better or more efficient! Both guys working were friendly and fast in getting me out the door! The trailer rental was a bargain also at only $75 for two full days! When I returned the trailer I was greeted quickly and didn't even have to enter the building to 'check out'!! I will definitely be renting here again in the future. My experience here was excellent !

Your manager was rud, unpersonable and acted like he was better than anyone. I have been reating from this location for about 10 years now. He has no customer service skills. I would be a shame to call him a manager. He even wears a tag saying he’s the owner. The other staff was wonderful very caring made me feel like I was the only customer and that I was important to them. You need to get rid of this manager. Didn’t even know how to say thank you.
