The staff at U-Haul, very friendly and easy to get along with, everything i ask for help with they delivered for me. The only problem I actually had is when You haul charge my card for someone else's unit. The problem was fixed right away.
DESTINEY L | Overall ExperienceThe staff at this facility are rude and unprofessional! I’ve told them 5 times now that we’re not renting this space any more, and they still call, email, and send snail mail to me. I called yesterday and Keegan was an extremely poor listener who then actually hung up on me! I talked to the “manager” 6 weeks ago and told him we were walking away from #119, but the harassment continues! I’ll never rent from U-Haul again!

He was patient and understand of our situation despite it being his time to leave and go home. I do recommend the facility have key card access until late hours as stated in the app.
