Moving forward when picking up the UHaul. They should mention theres an email for them, for when they return the UHaul at the drop off location. Before leaving the premises they should open there yahoo email and finish the return contract. It would've been better if I knew about that email. I would've use it before leaving the premises. STOP ENFORCING MASK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Besides that, the trailer I rented had a broken wire and the attendant that was already over work had to waste his time to fix it. I'm not sure of his name however he worked very hard and you are lucky to have him as an employee.Tyler H.

Everyone should be treated as if they never rented a vehicle. New rules new equipment /technology for the rules and regulations not everyone is tech savvy Please don't assume because you have been there xxx amount of years and that you know the rules and regulations that everyone should know it.. or understand how quickly your being processed that everyone understands at the same level. Check in was pretty smooth Customer service was a little rough.. Returned the vehicle and had no clue of the return check in process.. Was rushed and not sure why but felt like I was a victim not a customer..Christy A.

I don't understand, I did the pre-check in. I downloaded my Driver's license and everything, but when I got there I had to do everything anyway? The employees were arguing about why I had to show my license again, the Male was telling the female that I didn't have to show my license because it was right there on the screen in front of her. I would recommend the Waukegan location but not the grays lake location. When I initially placed my reservation it was for the gurnee location. The night before I am told to go to grays lake. After waiting in line for an hour I get to the counter to be told my RESERVATION was not there. I get told to go to crystal lake they have one. That store was 38 minutes away. As I'm walking out the door I get told to go to Waukegan. Everything went fine at Waukegan but this entire ordeal was a waste of my time it didn't get my RESERVATION until almost 2 hours after the initial pick up time. This was a HORRIBLE experience. The employee who helped me at the grays lake store was not helpful at all and spent most of his time complaining to me and other customers about his boss and other co workers instead of taking charge of the situation when needed from the beginning.Paul M.

My drop off location was changed to the same location as pick up the day before I planned to move, the truck was damaged in several places. The associate I spoke to in person at the location was very polite.Frank M.
Uhaul needs to better at online reservations and actually reserve equipment if the customer reserved it online. ( just like you reserve a seat at a restaurant.. and when you get there they say it's first come first service ... ) I believe this is a policy issue with uhaul not a people issue .. make your online system smart enough to confirm inventory of a reservation.. I would not use uhaul again .. if fix these things you can be scale your business ..Lindsay J. S.

The man that checked me in was too rushed. He just didnt want to explain anything. I bought 2 bags of sheets to cover my TV with, he never once explained they were rented. I bought 2 to keep and only used 3 sheets. So spent this money for nothing. Everything else worked fine, it was just the bad customer service experience for the kid that checked me in.Jesus G.

We usually rent at Uhaul closest to us in Gurnee on Waveland but couldn't find equipment we wanted so went to Lewis. The storage units have rats and mice .. I do NOT recommend anyone to rent a storage there . This is the location in Waukegan IL on Lewis ...The storage unit was around $165 a mont with no AC and you are guaranteed to get rats and mice 🐀 in your furniture and stuff... super disgusting Please save your money and rent somewhere elseIdalia B. | Overall Experience
