AMBROZIA SThe people at this location are super nice and helpful. Truck was clean and drove well enough through the falling snow and unplowed roads. Location was easy to find. It maybe could use a few more parking spaces, but that might have been made worse by the snow. I would recommend this location and U-Haul in general because they have many truck sizes to choose from and the price is reasonable.

DEREK SSystem was bad. Had to manually put in information, copy and paste. Card reader didn’t work. Manually put in wrong card number. Took very long to get truck. After leaving got 4 calls asking when I was coming in to get the truck. Told them I picked up truck. One call was to give card number again because payment didn’t go through. Then upon returning truck about 7 hours later I got call asking when I was going to return it saying I was 4 hours late. I told them I had it for 24hrs and returned it only after 7 hours use. You have the truck. Didn’t even know they had it even though I dropped it off, they inspected it and gave me receipt. Worst U-Haul rental. Now I have to check to see if they didn’t charge me multiple times. They did not know what they were doing.

RANDALL GI don’t recall the man’s name who helped my husband and I but he went above and beyond to help us out. He was patient and understand of our situation despite it being his time to leave and go home. I do recommend the facility have key card access until late hours as stated in the app.

JOSEPH MIt is entirely to much to write. However I can say the staff that was there for the of my stay there were friendly then when the new management n staff members took over they were very rude and carried a sarcastic attitude. Very u please with the staff now at this location.

JORGE VFirst of all the van I rented was given to me full of trash. After I told the guy that handed me the keys and he went outside and took the trash out, taking time away from my 4hr rental. Second the miles that were on the truck didn’t match what the contract said. I told the guy again and took pictures of the dash when I took it and when dropping it off. I was told not to worry that everything would be fixed in the system. Well nothing was done and now I’m being overcharged double the amount that I was told. I’m still trying to the issue resolved, hopefully I get my money back.

WALTER BThe Manager and her staff was awesome. The only thing that was missing was Chris!!! Where is he at, be brought big energy to the place!! The other staff was exceptional but Chris always had a story or joke for you.
SHAWN WThe professionalism of the customer service was deplorable. It was the worst I have encountered in years. I rented at this location several years ago and the customer service was above board. Overall, I was able to achieve my move in spite of the unprofessional customer service.
SHYLITHA OThere were no dolly’s. I was supposed to have $10 credited. Instead they charged me for SIXTY miles. I called and am still waiting for a refund of $37.

WILLIAM DIt was well maintained, but it was dirty not too bad just had a lot of napkins behind the seats, and when I got the truck it was empty I had to go pour gas as soon as I left the u-haul store.
WENDY FThe rep was supposed to reserve a 15 ft truck for me two days prior my needing it. He forgot to do anything. I arrived 2 days later and there was no record of my reservation at all.

Thomas ARental truck was old and in poor condition. The driver side - side mirror was not usable. It did not stay in place when driving. It kept tilting to the ground. The driver side sun visor did not have a clip to hold it up. It kept falling into the center of the windshield. It then fell off the bracket. The driver side window handle knob was not attached. The ignition wouldn’t start unless the key was jiggled and twisted several times. U- Haul roadside assistance was called for assistance. I have rented many trucks from this U-Haul location but I will need to think twice before I engage in their services again!

VINCENT BThe trailer had asphalt debris, oily and stained a few things we placed inside. Luckily it’s garage stuff like tent, tarps. Coolers, But still, I like my stuff clean. Everything had black oily asphalt. The reason why I would recommend this place. Because they don’t inspect when you leave or return. I myself took photos before and after pick up and drop off. Also, 4 employees standing around looking at each other as to who is going to help a customer. Place (office) smelled like marijuana ( I don’t have issue with people smoking) , it’s just a time and place for everything.

I never had any problems at all if I ever had any questions the staff that was there was very kind and courteous and very professional. If I ever need storage in the near future I would definitely use U-Haul.
