I've used them twice now and both times, they have been FANTASTIC. Moving is stressful and exhausting. But they answer questions patiently, are super helpful and overall just fantastic! michelle mSome of our items had a greasy black film-like substance on them that we believe may have been from the floor of the trailer. It was multiple items with the only common denominator being that they were in the trailer. It wasn’t a huge mess, but did leave some marks when we sat them down on our new white rug. We did let the facility in Indiana know about this.

JERRY MRented a 26ft truck, you couldn't get over 55 mph due to it would shake so bad you couldn't stay in your lane. Brought this up when I dropped the truck off and I felt it was just blown off. The truck is dangerous and the lady was like oh well. I will never use Uhaul again. Even showed them a video and they just didn't care. Really shitty service!!

TEFFANY WOnly comment: ratchet anchors were very rusty and didn’t want to work. They need to be lubricated. All else was fine!
LANE ERental experience continues to improve. Perhaps someday your system will remember information from previous rental, ex: vehicle description. No complaints and you rep was very helpful 👍

JILL LThe lady checking the equipment out to us was rude and was trying to push an auto transporter on us instead of what we reserved and then when I stated we could not use that equipment we needed the one I requested she got ignorant and wanted to argue why we needed the auto transporter till we almost left to go somewhere else to rent equipment

Was expecting to pick up the truck keys and drive. Also, didn’t have some of the equipment that I had reserved available. I would rate the facility excellent- brand new. The staff was helpful and friendly. The on line sign up was a waste of time.
