Perhaps get more staff at busy times. There was only one person serving and the wait time was exactly one hour. I realize that everyone is short staffed these days, and I commend the attitude and helpfulness of the staff you do have. It made the waiting easier to take and nobody in line was complaining.Roy G.

Very friendly and helpful in the pick-up. GM is very kind and positive. On the other hand, when returning the trailer, no one came out to help. When i went inside to obtain help, the helper seemed put off, never said hello, wasn't friendly, never said a word to me. Instead, he unhooked the trailer and walked off. I returned the vehicle and 2 bundles of furniture pads, on-time,cleaned and full of gas. When I told the Mgr. at the desk that I never open the 2 bundles of pads and I ask for a refund for the pads he told me that the company policy does not allow refunds for the pads. I COULD NOT BELIEVE WHAT I JUST HEARD. I have rented from this U-haul several times in the past year since moving to Prosper, Tx. If I don't receive a refund for the pads, I'll be taking my business to another truck rental company and let my family and friends know of this ridiculous issue, I will also go on social media and let people know to take their business elsewhere. I picked uhaul up at 1150a I should have had till that time next day to bring back, and for those reasons, I certainly will not recommend anyone use uhaul. I rent trucks frequently and since I now live by Uhaul I will be renting more from you. It's extremely convenient. Only negative thing I have to say is that your policy about renting trucks with 1/4 tank is terrible. Those should be full every time they leave your lot. This morning my truck paperwork said it had 1/4 when it actually had 1/8. My guess is that your system doesn't allow the employees to enter less than that in the system because Uhaul doesn't want them going out with less than a 1/4 tank, and they didn't want to drive it down the street to fill it up. I literally had to drive the truck from the lot straight to the gas station. I also had to make sure I returned it with more gas than when I borrowed it so that I wouldn't potentially be charged a fee for bringing it back with less than a 1/4 tank. Anyways, it's not a big deal but if I owned that location I would want to know.DANIEL W.

I wouldn't recommend uhaul at all. I'll be checking out other options. They gave me a truck that had so little gas in it I was worried. I put gas in it and when I returned it I was told that I gave them free gas. They Tried to explain that there was this whole formula to determine how much gas to put in. The van I rented had the filthiest window (interior) I've ever seen - could barely see to drive it. Only saving grace was the phone-based return system, so I didn't have to wait again to return the vehicle. I'm never going back to this location, for sure!James P.

The employees at this location were very rude and did not attempt to answer questions or address concerns. When we asked about the gas being marked incorrectly at pick-up in an effort to see if the situation could be rectified, the person checking in the UHaul simply got in it and drove away. We also tried to ask about a receipt and received no response. While we were waiting to see if someone was going to come outside, talk to us and answer our questions; the lights inside of the store were turned off and the doors locked. This was the absolute worst UHaul experience I have had after renting multiple times.Miranda P.

The staff are just not responsive to customers and don't follow through. I again had to wait 15 minutes for your staff to stop chatting in your parking to close my storage unit account. Then after requesting to close the account i was told they would need to inspect the unit and then send me an email. None of this occurred.
