Extremely disappointed that I was notified two days prior to pick up that a 26' truck was not available, I was assigned a 20' truck, and the pick up location was moved 30 miles away. That's a 25% reduction in space and forced me to drive over 150 local miles to move my items, all for the same price as a 26' truck. I really expected some sort of accommodation.Todd B.

I am a former employe of you i rent a lot of stuff from this center.I am disabled so i reserve and check in on line so i never have to go into the store.at the most an agent would come outside to see that its me Not this time!! Agent would not rent to me unless i came in My brother explained that im disabled and not really able to come in .Did not matter.So really need this trailer so i make plans to go in it's very painfull but i make it .He asked me are you kevin wright? I say yes ok i had to verify Never ask for any id i could have been anyone what was the point?? Just a power trip? I went back to my car. Still no id check i did the rental returned the trailer about 930 pm thursday.Sat morning morning i get a call asking when am i bringing back the trailer? While on hold another call ask the same thing?Finally the first call says it good and hangs up When i worked for uhaul this behavior would not be tolerated!! The vehicle gas gauge was incorrect, which can only mean that this truck had not been serviced properly. After bringing it to the attention of the staff, they still charged me $20.25 for gas that I didn't use. The employees were very hostile and unfriendly. I was able to make a reservation via the app, but found out upon arrival I was on a do not rent list. I spent 30 minutes of my allotted rental time on the phone resolving the issue. I should have been made aware of this when I made my reservation.Richard R.

Make sure the pre-registration fee for vehicles are adjusted after trip is completed. The estimated miles driven and length of time using truck must be adjusted at the end, at turn-in. I was billed the estimated cost of $74.41, when the acutual miles driven was less than, which I was billed on my receipt, that final bill was $60.00, after I I replaced the gas a quarter tank higher than initially received on pick-up.. I was billed the estimated cost on my credit card. preregistration does not look good...what wrong???? must correct errors.GEORGE W.

Guy at the counter was rude! My license is expired and due to COVID PA is mailing out licenses once paid for onlineâ€¦I has paper showing my new license is on its way and the paper is valid but instead he tried to send me to the Driver's License Center down the road. Clearly he doesn't know or understand that due to COVID Driver's licenses aren't being renewed in the center. Update your policies or workers for COVID! RUDE RUDE RUDE!Sheena P.

This location is being run by a bunch of scam artist. The guy outside at the drop off told tell me since I picked up the truck at another location there would be charge of a couple hundred dollars, but I could pay him a few bucks and he would handle it. When I asked to speak to the manager he quickly changed his story and checked me out. I asked the manger the name of the guy outside and he stated he didn't know his name. I will not use Uhaul again. Two weeks prior, I had a truck rented and the Uhaul website went down in the AM. Although I waited for an hour, no one could check out the truck to me. My entire day's plans had to be cancelled. I never heard from Uhaul again. No apology, no follow-up, not even that the website was running again. Stupidly, I tried renting the same truck again from Uhaul 2 weeks later. Having signed in using their online check-in system, I was told to wait in the parking lot for an attendant. I waited for 30 minutes and when I asked what was going on, I was told by an attendant to keep waiting outdoors. Almost an hour later, When I finally went inside, where they were handling many customers at the counter in person, I was told very rudely that the website wasn't working for phone check-in, and that this was not their problem. Had I not gotten angry, I would still be waiting in their damn parking lot. People here are RUDE and do not care about customer service. Never again, Uhaul.KELLYANN G.

Make sure your vehicles match your advertisement, my request was for the newer cargo van, I received an older model with a broken passenger mirror, which is my next issue, the vehicles should be prepared earlier before customers arrive, last I had to wait an extra 1/2 hour while the mirror was replaced, one more issue the brakes squeaked the entire time which made it a dangerous ride, we were high in the mountains and made for a scary ride, please prepare for your customers, we're putting our lives and items in your hands, thanks!CYNTHIA B.

I want to give a beyond the highest rating possible for the associaite Ms. Precious...My experience at this location has always been cordial and mostly comfortable...I have complained about the locations inability to put curtains or a visual barrier up to block the street traffic from viewing my unit and I when . entering to do work...This is a safety threat to me and anyone else that has a unit in that area...For almost a year I was unable to have the issue remedied or corrected...I have been asking for a new unit to accommodate or a barrier to block the visual field from street traffic...Ms. Precious remedied this on our 1st encounter...She secured me a new unit and ensures that my needs were met and accommodated...I was grateful and elated with Joy...I had considered using another company throughout the year but thanks to Ms. Precious this is no longer a consideration...This is why I want to thank Me. it was the worst experience I ever had with everything that's going on in the world I could have put my items in storage and not have to worry I ask for a storage unit to fit the size truck that I wanted I rented a sixth a 17 foot truck and got a closet for a storage unit it was at least a two bedroom apartment size trucks and I got a car trunk for storage I don't understand in what universe that matched I could not get into the unit it was un locked that could not find the key granted it was just one person in the office I just wouldn't recommend anyone use this facility at this timeNATASHA T. | First Impressions
