Make sure the pre-registration fee for vehicles are adjusted after trip is completed. The estimated miles driven and length of time using truck must be adjusted at the end, at turn-in. I was billed the estimated cost of $74.41, when the acutual miles driven was less than, which I was billed on my receipt, that final bill was $60.00, after I I replaced the gas a quarter tank higher than initially received on pick-up.. I was billed the estimated cost on my credit card. preregistration does not look good...what wrong???? must correct errors.GEORGE W.

Guy at the counter was rude! My license is expired and due to COVID PA is mailing out licenses once paid for onlineâ€¦I has paper showing my new license is on its way and the paper is valid but instead he tried to send me to the Driver's License Center down the road. Clearly he doesn't know or understand that due to COVID Driver's licenses aren't being renewed in the center. Update your policies or workers for COVID! RUDE RUDE RUDE!Sheena P.

This location is being run by a bunch of scam artist. The guy outside at the drop off told tell me since I picked up the truck at another location there would be charge of a couple hundred dollars, but I could pay him a few bucks and he would handle it. When I asked to speak to the manager he quickly changed his story and checked me out. I asked the manger the name of the guy outside and he stated he didn't know his name. So I guess they're all in on the scam. This place is a disgrace!CHRISTINE H.
I will not use Uhaul again. Two weeks prior, I had a truck rented and the Uhaul website went down in the AM. Although I waited for an hour, no one could check out the truck to me. My entire day's plans had to be cancelled. I never heard from Uhaul again. No apology, no follow-up, not even that the website was running again. Stupidly, I tried renting the same truck again from Uhaul 2 weeks later. Having signed in using their online check-in system, I was told to wait in the parking lot for an attendant. I waited for 30 minutes and when I asked what was going on, I was told by an attendant to keep waiting outdoors. Almost an hour later, When I finally went inside, where they were handling many customers at the counter in person, I was told very rudely that the website wasn't working for phone check-in, and that this was not their problem. Had I not gotten angry, I would still be waiting in their damn parking lot. People here are RUDE and do not care about customer service. Never again, Uhaul.KELLYANN G.
Make sure your vehicles match your advertisement, my request was for the newer cargo van, I received an older model with a broken passenger mirror, which is my next issue, the vehicles should be prepared earlier before customers arrive, last I had to wait an extra 1/2 hour while the mirror was replaced, one more issue the brakes squeaked the entire time which made it a dangerous ride, we were high in the mountains and made for a scary ride, please prepare for your customers, we're putting our lives and items in your hands, thanks!CYNTHIA B.

I only rented a dolly because I my reservation included a dolly but the place I picked up my truck didn't have a dolly so I had to drive to another place to rent one. Then I'm doing a one way move and I couldn't keep the dolly. I had to use the dolly and return it back. So once I reach my location I'll have to go to the uhaul there and rent another dolly. Moving is stressful enough and having to do all this extra stuff has added so much more stress.SYLVIA L.
The counter person wasn't very friendly but everyone has a bad day. My biggest complaint is the mandatory 2 day rental. I had half. My family help me and had the truck unloaded the first day. We were forced to pay for 2 days even though we didn't need them which was a waste of money. Also he holds up your trucks longer than it needs to be because if I'm being charged for two days regardless, I'm not going to return it early. The truck sat in my driveway for an extra day for no reason. Should give people a choice or if they have to rent and pay for two days give them a discount if they return it early. The staff was not friendly and extremely unprofessional. When I arrived I was told that they did not have the van I reserved. After waiting a while they located a truck. The facility smelled like weed. The rental truck was not cleaned and checked prior to receiving it. When I tried to return they advised me that I would have to pay a cleaning fee, until I explained what happened. I would rather pay the extra miles to travel to a different location for better service.MARVIN B.
I have used this location a couple times before and never had any issue. I would maybe put a sign that says that due to the nature of service that UHaul offers, there may be a little more wait time when taking care of customers. I understand this is not an in and out type of business but it's just a thought...ANDREANA T.
