Instead of stars it needs to be rated with trash cans. The most horrible and appalling experience ever. Absolutely scam, so much so that I didn’t pay a cent to them in over two months of being there. Complete wasteland and poor excuse for a legitimate business. Wouldn’t recommend this place if it were the only place to store your valuables on planet earth

ILLERY J | First ImpressionsThis is the most UNPROFESSIONAL U-Haul store. When I first rented the storage I was giving a specific storage number on 9/17 do to a system interruption U-Haul closed early that day so I came the following day. Someone was living in the unit that wasn’t supposed to be. I had to switch unit the guy told me it was going to be the same price but it wasn’t, and no discount that he claim would have because I really didn’t want my items outside. While walking to the unit the guy was smoking cigar. I expressed how unprofessional that was, he said his manager was fine with it. In February a red lock was place on my unit I went in the store and asked why the lady look my account and said she didn’t know why because the account wasn’t delinquent I asked her to remove the lock she said another person put the lock on and wasn’t there at the moment I explained I had a party to get to and I wanted to get my 360 machine but I couldn’t she was an old black woman in her 50’-60’s said she was the only one there at the moment and no manager. I left my phone number for the gm to call he never did (Miguel) I called 1800- U-Haul they gave me his cellphone number he never answered I left messages every time I called the store he was never around about a week ago I called the store again asked for him the woman said he was busy I explained I been trying to get a hold of him for months and if my call wasn’t returned I was moving my storage, about 5 minutes later Miguel returned my call I told him about the situation he than tells me I was at the wrong unit I told him I have pictures of the lock and his on staff apologized for it him and myself went back and forth i told him I would never use this place and that money was the last I would every spend in that store management is HORRIBLE staff are lazy and careless they don’t know what customer service means.

Too much standing when you have people sciatica, etc. Overall the crowd remained loyal & respectful. The elderly man that took me to my unit was very very helpful. Thank you.
