While this location was awesome, my overall experience with U-Haul has been awful lately. With this reservation and a previous reservation I booked at one location and after driving almost 30 minutes to get to the location where my reservation was I was advised that I would need to drive an addition 15 minutes to another location due to the equipment not being available. This has been a complete wast of time and gas for me. And not once has the staff apologized or offered any type of discount or compensation for not having my â€œguaranteedâ€ equipment.JAIRETT B.

I reserved a 26 foot truck on Sunday at the pace Boulevard location when I showed up Wednesday morning at 9 AM to pick up my truck that I have reserved they had no trucks on the lot I asked young man working there if he could find me another truck somewhere else but to him seem like I was just disturbing him and wasting his time so I had to go to another location on mobile highway to see if they had a truck that they could reserve for me and hold for me and lucky that location had a 26 foot truck I can get as far as the reservation part of U-Haul I definitely do not recommend reserving a truck because the truck I reserved was not at the lot at the time it's shit I was gone it was going to be there I wasted half my morning to find a U-Haul truck so I could get my move done in one day unfortunately it took me a second day to get my moving done and I had to turn the truck in the following morning at 9 AM nobody seem to care that I ran through these problems no there was no condolences all I'm sorry this happened or anything is like oh well take our truck and move on I figure with U-Haul being a multi billion dollar corporation the service should be a lot better when you reserve a vehicle and expect to be there three days later so you can start your move on time the location I went to on mobile highway they were friendly they did a good job I was very happy with them I just was not happy with the reservations and the pace hwy locationKENNETH G.

App to check in didn't work well for me. Took 30 min to check in. The truck was terrible. No trash but was not clean. Whole in muffler and was extremely noisy. Alignment was way off and hard to drive. Couldn't use app to return truck and had to get a person. Told him about how noisy it was and he blew me off. Will not use this location again.Gwenn H.

Very typical U-Haul truck. Functional but beat the hell. Slightly slipping transmission and it seemed like a U Joint in the front suspension was about to go out because of all the clicking. Still functional for local moving. Great air conditioning though. The young man that took my order when I picked it up was sort of a smart ass but when I dropped it off "everyone" was fantastic and very professional. I think it is a ripoff that you do not pro rate. I emptied my unit on the 27th by 8:3.0 am. My rental renewal date is the 24th. The 25th was Thanksgiving. When sending email/text to confirm pick up of empty u-boxes please mention that the pads need to be folded. We had movers on both ends of our move, so we didn't handle them at all, just locked and unlocked them for the movers. We didn't know the pads needed to be folded and the uhaul pick up person was a bit snappy at us because they weren't.Amanda M.

I reserved a two bedroom 10x10 storage online when I got to the U-Haul store staff could not find my reservation I was given a 5x10 storage all my stuff did not fit into the storage I had to give some of my stuff away and store some of my stuff at a different location. Moving is already stressful enough as it is, but assigning an occupied unit is just unacceptable.
